Equium A110 - wireless connection loss

Hi all
can you help me?

I lost the connection on my Equium A110 and also an another laptop (Toshiba no) it askes for or an incorrect IP address.

I have a linksys router that took her to date filmware

Hello

For me it s definitely not a laptop issue because on other cell phones, you have a problem with the Wi - Fi connection too.
It s not that easy to tell what the reason is for this

In your case I would try the command line the command ipconfig / renew
It work?

If it doesn't work you should try unplugging the router of the adapter AC/DC for at least 5 minutes. Then plug back the AC/DC adapter and try it.

Good luck!

    Hello

I bought my laptop in December and have been using broadband wireless since but yesterday he lost the wireless connection. My provider has said that it is because I need my card rank up. Is that correct, and how can I do this?

I'm not very good with the technical side of things.

    Hello

It's very strange because the wireless connection worked all the time and all of a sudden it doesn t.
    Have you changed something?

Hmm in my opinion, you should first check if the wireless network adapter is enabled and try to configure your WLan router and WLan connections again.
All WLan check the encryption, keys, etc.

Your service provider recommends updating the map?
I think the guy meant the WLan driver!

You check you WLan card and if it s a card WLan Intel visit just the Intel site and download the latest version of the WLan driver.

  • BEFW11S4 wireless connection loss

I activated the 'B' BEFW11S4V4, after a rest of two years... after the FW1.52.03 I'm able to maintain (or almost)... put in place a stable relationship with a single customer is: WPA - PSK TKIP, Chan 11, SSID enabled, restrict access to a client, the group key renewal 600, failure to other... (I live next to the boon docks but am still able to see the four networks wireless on the client, so without decommissioning of security is not an option.)

The customer 'loses' the connection after a random time period... sometimes a few days, sometimes hours...

  • Equium A110 - how to connect to PowerMac?

    Hello

I'm trying to connect a laptop Equium A110 (XP Home Edition) to a 7500/100 MHZ PowerMac (o/s 7.6.1) to descend mainly photographic files.

I need to be able to share files via a connecting cable Cat5e Crossover, which I said must connect to a PC, Mac to Mac, and in this case Toshiba PC on Mac. Is this possible?

At a certain level of basic, the PC seem to see the Mac (in trunk of LAN - except if it means some migration authorization Code any?) but I can't get a physical connection that allows you to transfer files. The original seller of cable and Belkin have been no help whatsoever!

I think that should be a computer server (most recent laptop?) and the Mac of a customer?

I got a lot of people saying: 'it should be possible. "

Miss a software or drivers in order to make a connection with success or have I missed turning a setting somewhere?

I relaxed potentially conflicting software while trying to achieve this goal.

    TIA.

    JimJam

    Hi jimjam,.
What do you to manufacturers so this isn't a hardware problem?
    You must do your homework!

This is a problem that is bound to network protocols...
what you need is a Router + 2 lan cables or a cable crossing of files, some time to read and patience...

SMB or similar will do the job
    file-sharing rights are also required

If you are not experienced in the network protocols, use a drive hard usb to transfer files

use an internet search with "smb file sharing windows mac".
I'm sure that the results give you useful answers

BTW: the apple support site has a howto exactly for this problem
so I won't copy and paste it here...

  • Equium L40 - lost wireless connection

I have an Equium L40-156 under Vista and wireless became intermittent. The switch light would go out or maybe turn on at startup. In the end, I did a restore of the entire system from scratch and installed the latest drivers (Realtek) wireless.

This seemed to cure the problem and it has been fine for the last 2 months. However, the light is now out again (it was working an hour ago), and there is no wireless connection.

I tried a restore of the system and also installed the latest driver from Toshiba, but I still can't run. I hesitate to start over again once it takes all day to load programs and updates. Can anyone suggest what I can do or is this another bug of Vista?

    Great news

  • Loss of wireless connection casual on satellite C660-115

    Hey,.

I have a Toshiba Satellite c660 (2.5 years now, I think) and I have problems with my wireless connection (for 3 weeks now).
Never had any problems with my connection before.

When I use my laptop + - every hour my laptop disconnects Internet and immediately connects again.
My computer is often used for playing games online and after 3 weeks, it's starting to annoy me, because I need to restart the whole game etc...

Now, I have already updated all my WLAN drivers, I have the latest version of the BIOS update, and I adapted my energy profile settings to make sure that my computer is not turning off my wireless connection.

I really think that the problem is on my computer because I have the same problem on 2 different networks.
Don't know what to do, I hope someone can help me.

    Kind regards

  • Satellite L850-A696 (loss of pilot + no wireless connection)

    Hi you
    I have a laptop model Satellite L850-A696 serial No. 3C264274R Windows 7

I remove the driver programs by mistake after that I noticed that the wireless icon disappear
Now I use the cable to connect to the internet.
How can I fix this and restore my wireless connection?

    Thank you for your cooperation.

    Hello

I think that the best way to get the WLan back is to use the option which would fix the system returns to the point of time at the beginning, to the point until you have deleted or uninstalled the driver WLan.

If this is not the option for you, I recommend reinstalling the drivers.
    Google is your friend ;)

He said that Satellite L850-A696 belongs to the PSKDLV series

On the website http://www.toshiba.eu/innovation/download_drivers_bios.jsp? You can find all the drivers for this device!

    :) easy, isn t it?

  • Equium M40x - wireless not connect not

I recently changed ISPS to Orange for Virgin [cable] I used the Orange Livebox provided with my laptop and there is no connection problem. Virgin provided me with a Netgear WGR614 wireless router.

Now my Equim will not connect to it. Can anyone offer a beginner assistance or advice? Is there a necessary driver update or do I have to buy a new wireless card for my laptop? My wireless network connection is currently via an Atheros AR5005GS.

Don't you see your router's WiFi network and can connect? Don't forget, you must enter the key again to your new router.

If this isn't the case, I think that the thing with Netgear router is to activate the wlan functionality.

To do this, you must connect the router with normal lan cable. Then enter the IP address of the router in the internet browser, you can find this information in the manual with user name and password too.
Try this, as I don't know what exactly is your problem with your wireless connection.

  • Equium L300: can't get a wireless connection

    Hi all

I bought a Satellite L300 PSLB2E and can't get a wireless connection. I checked the network cards and she said that working the Realtek RTL8102E Family PCI - E Fast Ethernet NIC (NDIS 6.0).
I tried the FN + F8 but you don't receive any symbol for Wi Fi.
I have the wireless switch to the fornt of the appliance.

    Any help much appreciated.

    Hello

    > checked network cards and she told me works the Realtek RTL8102E Family PCI - E Fast Ethernet NIC (NDIS 6.0).

It is a LAN card and not a WLan card.
    You see a different device in the device-> Realtek RTL8187B Wireless 802 + ECS as Manager. 11b / g 54mbps USB 2.0 Network adapter +.

  • Loss of wireless connection on Satellite Pro L10

I have a Toshiba Satellite Pro L10, with wireless capabilities built-in. I recently bought an ADSL Modem Belkin Wireless G Router. My desktop PC can connect to the internet via cable and cannot therefore have my laptop. However, when I connect to the internet via wireless connection my laptop sometimes everything stops. This isn't something to signal that I'm only about 2 feet from the router, and it is not that I can't connect to the internet, as I am on this at the moment. Is that in a few minutes, the connection will be lost and I can't seem to find what I can do about it.

The other problem is that when I click the icon at the bottom right of the screen, the "Wireless network connection" window opens. Here, it shows the wireless network I'm trying to connect and it shows with a strong signal, but it is almost always said not 'connected '. He said never 'connected', even when I am connected to the net and surf away!

Anyone has any ideas at all?

It sounds a little to the Wireless LAN card is unable to obtain a valid IP address.
These interruptions may occur for different reasons.
But especially the new version of the driver Wlan and/or Bios should help resolve these interruptions.

What card Wlan do you use?
If you are using the Intel Wlan card you can also visit the Intel Web site to download the most recent version of the WLan driver.
Please also compare the BIOS version available on the Tosh site with the version preinstalled on your laptop.

Wlan card properties contain some useful options that could improve the quality of the connection. Energy saving options should also be required to check other functions in the tab advanced and disabled.

  • OfficeJet Pro 8600 Plus: loss of wireless connection, printer does not accept the password wireless

My printer has suddenly lost its wifi connection. It's the only phone connected to my network to do so.

Through the Wireless Setup Wizard to restore the connection. Assistant tells me that I entered an invalid password wireless, that is not true. (I confirmed that all devices connected to the network using the same password).

Reset the router (Technicolor of Time Warner). Reset the printer. The 'Restore default network' done. No luck.

Zero has changed since yesterday, when my printer was working fine. I used the same router for months, do not change any settings. Any thoughts on what may be the issue? A bad update happen?

    Thanks in advance.

My apologies for the late reply. I managed to get this problem resolved by phone to customer service.

The security mode of the router had to be changed to 64 WEP for wireless connection to be restored. According to Support HP, it's a common problem with the routers in Technicolor. There was no explanation as to why the printer has suddenly lost the ability to connect wirelessly when safety was created to WPA2-PSK. The network has been configured this way for more than a year.

I have almost solved this problem on mine (I had read about changing of security in a different post), but ran into a hiccup because of Safari. For some reason, Safari prohibited access to a menu page for my router security settings. You can imagine how boring it is to look at the HP Support use Firefox to access the router and do what a mouse click more, and then I had to make the change. So, if you make this change, be sure not to use Safari to access the gateway of the router Technicolor. Use Chrome or Firefox.
