The situation is further complicated by the fact that the laptop has never been saved, and there is no XP discs for me to reinstall from.

Wipe the drive and starting over is not a huge loss, but I need instructions on how to do that, without being able to use the last good config or the factory restore to XP disks.

Usually, I get this error when you try to transfer a hard drive from one pc to another, or after replacing a motherboard. The problem is probably the chipset/mass storage drivers.
I had limited success by starting in safe mode and (re) install the drivers downloaded from the manufacturer's website.

    There are two questions.

    1 - athw8x.sys (your wifi atheros driver)

    2 - Symantec.

I would completely remove the atheros driver and remove Symantec and use the built in Defender

Remove the driver current completely and install the latest driver available.  For instructions on how to do read everything to update the drivers of my partner JMH3143 http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/wiki/windows_other-hardware/updating-a-driver/a5e6345e-af9b-4099-bef0-8d22254aa1c1?tm=1436753520149 here

  • ERROR ON STARTUP BLUE SCREEN

    Hello

I have a computer laptop dv6-7010tx, and very often I get a blue screen on startup. I installed a windows 7 ultimate 64 bit and I tried to recover as well. But the issue refuses to go. I have two pictures here that will give an idea of the problem. Please help as soon as possible.

    Hello beginner1993,

You get a blue screen from time to time when you turn on the computer.

Run the diagnostics in tapping F2 at first upward and run the test to start. Make sure that you do not encounter any problems with the equipment.

After the test to load the command prompt and run the following command SFC /scannnow. This should scan the computer for any errors of software and fix them if possible.

Here is a linkto the command prompt.

I would like to know how everything goes.

    Hi Icesolar

According to me, you know that there is no magic solution for BSOD problems. As far as I know, it happens more often because of pre-installed software. On my camera, I got only 3 times and always after installation of some third-party applications.

Have you noticed something similar? BSOD is started after you install an application? Try to delete the most recent pre-installed software, or restore the system to an earlier time before BSOD begins to appear.

    2. McAfee applications have a reputation of ugly in my humble OPINION when it comes to protect users of such things (and even less able to detect & remove them); and

3 McAfee applications are notorious for not upgrading properly. (Assuming that your version of the McAfee application has been automatically updated you bought the computer 4 months ago).

Not afraid to open the site of icicibank.

    Help, please...

    Hi anilraavi,

    ·         What web browser do you use?

    ·         Did you do changes on the computer before the show?

    ·         What is the full error message?

    Follow these methods.

    Method 1: Follow these steps:

Step 1: Start the computer in safe mode and check if the problem persists.

Step 2: If the problem does not still in safe mode, perform a clean boot to see if there is a software conflict as the clean boot helps eliminate software conflicts.

Note: After completing the steps in the clean boot troubleshooting, follow the section How to configure Windows to use a Normal startup state of the link to return the computer to a Normal startupmode.

After the clean boot used to resolve the problem, you can follow these steps to configure Windows XP to start normally.

    (a) click Start, run.

    (b) type msconfigand click OK.

    (c) the System Configuration Utility dialog box appears.

    (d) click the general tab, click Normal startup - load all services and device drivers and then click OK.

    (e) when you are prompted, click restart to restart the computer.

Method 2: If you are using Internet Explorer, perform an optimization of Internet Explorer on the computer of the article.

  • error on a blue screen after you set new Athlon Proc and motherboard - Strop 0x0000007e (0xc0000005, 0xba2cb756, 0xba4c742c, 0xba4c7128)

Original title: I need emergency with a blue screen error after new Athlon Proc and motherboard.!

I had to fix my computer professional brothers due to its motherboard out. So, I advanced and ordered a motherboard latest and processor and also much more memory because the PC was about 6 years old. After installing, I he started and configured the BIOS and thought that it should start right up because it was working fine until the motherboard is out and also I left to himself, the hard drive that has XP installed, because he was also big enough for what he needs. But instead of cranking up XP, I get this error every time even when I try and boot in safe mode.

I have also ordered him a new copy of Windows 7 to update his OS, but until I can get into XP and do an upgrade, I'm stuck. (I have to do an upgrade because of her inability to save his business files before exiting the motherboard.)

    * Without the [] error code: [stop: 0x0000007e (0xc0000005, 0xba2cb756, 0xba4c742c, 0xba4c7128)]

Any help will be greatly appreciated, thank you.

There is the old motherboard-specific drivers (for example, video, network, bridge, BIOS, etc.) in XP loads that are not compatible with the new motherboard. Conversely, you may need drivers specific to the new motherboard (see the disc that came with the motherboard for details). You might have to perform a repair installation on the existing XP. When you started on the XP installation disc, do not take into account the first mention of repair and then accept the option the second time, you are prompted to repair the existing installation.

To be honest, you also get a new drive of 500 GB for Windows 7. A hard drive of six year, or approximately 80Gb (...?) and who will get eaten up real quickly by installation of Windows 7. In addition, I don't think you can update directly from XP to Windows 7. I'm sure that there must be a Vista installation in the meantime, but I was called incorrectly.

Is the hard drive in this SATA? And if the SATA drivers are installed. When you installed XP?

This stop error message may mean, if the SATA drivers have not been installed during installation (and AHCI has been disabled in the BIOS). And someone changed it AHCI after. And it can not find the hard drive now

  • first error: load key not found ERROR 999 (on blue screen...)

I don't know what I was doing before the crash. But I know that after a reboot, I walked back and saw the following on a BLACK screen:

    No operating system found

After panic completely, I rebooted and got this:

On the blue screen: "key of loading not found error 999 (STHIVE =).

Everything I tried to do since that time is up to us as 1. Memory is intact, 2. Hard drive needs to be replaced.

I've been it for 15 years, reformatted computers, can hardly pull most problems, if it does not know where to look for answers.  But I've never had a total system crash.  I would like to have more information.

WHAT I TRIED: recovery of Microsoft: failure |  HP recovery: failed

I tried both several times.  I went into the bios diagnostics for, and that's when I got the 10008 = hard code it had to be replaced and code 10000 = memory? intact or something like that.

Please someone... I need at least, recover the files if possible and learn how to replace a hard drive and get one at a great price.  I'm barely making it on the invalidity of the social security (because of Lupus, fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue, Addisons, several chronic autoimmune problems).  Some days my only contact with people using a laptop in bed is human.  That's why my sister bought and I would pay for 2 years.  2 years increased in March.  Now his seven and he broke down. Photos, MP3 files, etc., some are saved on flash drives.  Recording to an external hard drive... but alas, never did.

FYI - I don't have a recovery disc - that I can find.  I ordered a drive recovery Windows Vista from MS yesterday, but if the hard drive is shot, it does not, right?  I also have HP files, for my HP Pavilion Entertainment PC, laptop, dv6736nr model.  Number of files available for download, boot order changed to ensure he'd be first boot CD, but he always comes back "no windows operating system" instead of launching the cd.

Also - I don't know how to get into the back.  I bought my first computer in 94, post back and therefore never really learned much about it.  I can't do certain things in the BACK?

Thanking in advance anyone who might help!

    Kathie aka Tobebo

(Tobe and Bo are my two service companion Lhassa Apso dogs)

    Hello

First thing to do is to replace the hard drive because apparently there is no. Data currently on the disk can sometimes be recovered by a person with technical knowledge, but you must be willing to pay for the service. It can be quite expensive.

Running recovery disks will be futile until the above is accomplished. You will find that you will need to replace the memory as well. Maybe your system experienced a power surge?

There is nothing to do in the BACK like that no longer exists as an underlying layer for the Windows operating system, it expired with WinME 10 years. Vista, XP, Win2K and NT line that they stem, using a command-line environment, but is not BACK and you can load it on a damaged disc. For what it's worth, you wouldn't be able to run the BACK of a hard drive from damage in any case, you'd have to load it from a floppy disk or a disk, and it is inefficient for an OS NT-based modern Windows.

So my system is blue screening on a daily basis now with the IRQL error.

I had this problem in the past, whenever I've played GTA online, after the end of the game, commissioning of some programs would result in a crash.

netr28ux.sys "blue screen error" has been crashing the OS of the computer of my home at startup - can someone help me to cure this?

I read online that this file system is something to do with the wireless network card driver... not sure if it is the OS or driver... However, the pilot works fine, and I connect to the internet OK with it.

I took a minidump files and the error is an error PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA (50) compatible caused by the netr28ux.sys, who is a driver for the wireless.

No other third-party driver is involved in the accident.

The problem may be only with the netr28ux.sys that could be damaged or updated to a problematic version.

I would say to uninstall the wireless drivers are now installed and install the next version of Dell:
