I tried 2 my hp printer Configuration 2 my laptop.i windows 7 again had 2 download the drivers from the hp site in the sequence 4, it work 2 with windows 7, but now im getting an error message on my followed spooler.i on-screen instructions he gave me 2 test and start the service, but this isn't work.is it something else I can do 2 make it work?

If your driver might be allowed, check again from the Device Manager . In Device Manager , locate the printer driver and right click. Click Update driver software and let Windows search for an update.

Step 1: The problem could have caused by the corruption of windows by virus or any other malicious program file. Check that when the message is indicated which services are active in the Task Manager. To do this, first restart your computer. Open the Task Manager, and then take a note on running services. Start the printer and wait for the error message. When the error message appears check the Task Manager even once, you will see the process number and identify what new service appeared increased. Take note of this and ensure that this is not a system file. End of the service, and then see whether or not the message disappears. If the message disappears after that particular service, then it will be clear that this particular .exe file is either corrupt or cause this behavior. If he sends the name of file for further investigation here.

Step 2: Press Windows key + R to get the run command box. Type services.msc and press enter . In the list of services to locate the print spooler and check if it is enabled or disabled or stopped. If disabled then enable it and see the result.

Step 3: Monitor if any startup program creates the problem. Open run and type "msconfig.exe" and press enter . Click the Strartup tab, and check if a suspicious program is present which could be associated with the problem and try to disable it and see the result.

Hope this will help. If this is not the case, make sure that your computer is not affected by a virus. If possible, contact the manufacture of the printer for assistance. If possible, try to connect and install another printer to test and determine if the problem occurs on all printers that connect to your PC or not, also, try if possible under Windows XP. Thank you.

  • Printers are lost after installing updates and could not start get error 1053 service print spooler service message has failed to demand launch or control in a timely

Original title: print spooler does not - error 1053 - Windows 7

I have a HP Pavilion dv4-511 with Windows 7.  2 weeks ago I ran a Windows Update and all my printers installed have disappeared after a reboot.  I did a system restore and they were all back.  Yesterday, I installed an update to a software (Soonr) and it's the same thing.  I clicked on the print spooler service to see if I was able to restart and got the error 1053 saying "service did not respond to demand launch or control in a timely." If I click on "Add a printer" in the menu devices and printers, I get the following message: "Windows can't open add printer."  The local print spooler service is not running.  Please restart the spooler or restart the machine. "I rebooted the computer and the same thing continues to happen.  I did a system restore and the printers are all back.  It seems that every time there is a change to any software, it creates this problem.  Help, please! Thank you.

    Hello

The system cannot find the specified file.

Is that error on this post code, IE something deleted, probably your antivirus or you.

For problems to explore, which has nothing to do with this post, try this (which covers almost any problem).

    Explorer

Explorer (explorer.exe) is the program that is the start menu and taskbar, windows folder and the office (which is a folder window).

To see if a fix is available

In Control Panel (and select Classic discovered in the left pane) select reports on the problems and Solutions (problem of type in the START search box), go to historical problem, right-click of your error and choose check for the Solution.

You can also right-click and choose Details for more information. Post these details here. The name of the Module fault is important information.

If the problem affects Panel press the Windows key + R and type wercon (or type it at a command prompt).

Close the browser and start a command prompt

    • Close Windows Explorer
    • Start - All Programs - Accessories - right on command prompt and choose run as administrator.
    • Click Start. Ctrl + Shift + Right-click on an empty spot (just above the power of buttons is one place) then Exit Explorer.
    • Press Ctrl + Alt + Delete then Task Manager.
    • Control all processes to explore are closed. On the process tab select explore and right-click and choose end process, repeat if more of an Explorer in the list.

Then to restart the Explorer after trying all of the following

    • Press Ctrl + Alt + Delete and choose Task Manager
    • In the Task Manager, click the file menu and then click new task (run) and enter explorer

If you cannot start the Explorer at all

    • Press Ctrl + Alt + Delete and choose Task Manager
    • Under the processes tab, click Show processes from all users to elevate to administrator
    • In the Task Manager, click the file menu and then click new task (run) and type cmd
    • Other things you can try typing

      Explorer
      Explorer c:\
      Explorer/e, c:\
      wercon
      control
      Iexplore
      Rstrui

If you cannot start a folder window you can use the Browse button in the new task dialog. Don't forget that you must right click and choose Open rather than double-clicking.

    Reregister the shell registry entries

It is important that each order is accepted. If the command fails it means the file is damaged and must be repaired.

    Hello John Wirkkala,.

How long have you had this problem?  You still have the disk that came with your HP Officejet?  If this isn't the case, I've included the link below for the drivers and installation.  You have any other devices synchronize you with your computer via USB?

If either reinstalling the device or updating the drivers is not a workaround, see the event viewer for the error log.  Please let us know status.

  • Windows fails to start due to the registry error

Original title: this is a double whammy.

My windows XP crashed he keeps coming with the registry cannot load the hive (file0\systemroot\system32\config\software. I know there is a way to solve this problem through the reg change but do not know how. Also, I thought I could get around this by installing windows xp home edition on a different partition. the problem is that I forgot to put it as a dual boot. Now I have the same windows xp on a partition. Fortunately, we're on the C:\ drive and the other on the D:\drive. Help, please. Thank you

What does 'crashed' mean to you?

What is your system brand and model?

What is your Version of XP and the Service Pack?

Describe your current antivirus and software anti malware situation: McAfee, Symantec, Norton, Spybot, AVG, Avira!, MSE, Panda, Trend Micro, CA, Defender, ZoneAlarm, PC Tools, Comodo, etc..

You will see messages like this if the file system is corrupt and XP just cannot play or read the file, then XP stops loading and complains.

Rarely, it means that the file is really corrupted or missing (unless it happened by human hands).

Run chkdsk /r from the Recovery Console XP will straighten the file system if nothing else is wrong and that I would always start by chkdsk/r when these types of messages are encountered.

The question was preceded by a loss of power, aborted reboot or abnormal termination? (This includes the plug pulling, buttons power and removing the battery).

These can cause corruption in the file system that must be fixed before you do anything else.

If none of these events occurred (or even if they have not taken place), you must verify the integrity of your file system before anything else (especially "try" things).

There is zero logic to begin to try to begin to try to modify or copy files to a hard drive that has a corrupted file system, so this must first be fixed using the XP chkdsk program and run chkdsk /r on your hard drives may solve your problem completely.

Boot into the Recovery Console Windows using an XP bootable installation CD.

If you have no XP bootable media (or aren't sure you have) create a bootable XP Recovery CD of Console and do not forget.

This is not the same as recovery disks that may have come to a store to purchase the system.

You can make a bootable Recovery Console CD by downloading an ISO file and burn it to a CD.

The ISO bootable image file you need to download is called:

    xp_rec_con. ISO

    Download the ISO from here:

    http://www.mediafire.com/?ueyyzfymmig

Use a new CD and this simple and free program to burn your ISO file and create your bootable CD:

    http://www.ImgBurn.com/

Here are some instructions for ImgBurn:

    http://Forum.ImgBurn.com/index.php?showtopic=61

It would be a good idea to test your bootable CD on a computer running.

You may need to adjust the computer BIOS settings to use the CD-ROM drive as the first device to boot instead of the hard drive.  These adjustments are made before Windows tries to load.  If you miss it, you will need to restart the system again.

When you start on the CD, follow the instructions:

Press any key to boot from CD...

    Installing Windows... going to pronounce.

Press 'R' to enter the Recovery Console.

Select the installation that you want to access (usually 1: C:\WINDOWS)

You may be asked to enter the password (usually empty).

You should be in the folder C:\WINDOWS.  It's the same as the

C:\Windows folder that you see in Solution Explorer.

The Recovery Console allows base as file commands: copy, rename, replace, delete, chkdsk, fixboot, fixmbr, cd, etc.

For a list of the commands in the Recovery Console, type help at the command prompt.

Start by checking the integrity of your file system by using the chkdsk command.

In the command prompt window, run the chkdsk command on the drive where Windows is installed to try to fix any problems on the afflicted player.

Running chkdsk is fine, even if he finds no problem.  It won't hurt anything to run it.

Assuming your boot drive is C, run the following command:

    CHKDSK C: /r

Let chkdsk finish to correct the problems, he could find.  It may take a long time for chkdsk complete or they seem to be "stuck".  Be patient.  If the HARD drive led blinks always, chkdsk is something.  Keep an eye on the amount of the percentage to be sure that it is still making progress.  It may even seem to go back sometime.

You must run chkdsk/r again until it finds no error to correct.

Remove the CD, and then type "exit" to exit the RC and restart the computer.

You have not to set the BIOS to boot the disk HARD since the CD won't be.

Do, or do not. There is no test.

I need YOUR voice and the points for helpful answers and propose responses. I'm saving for a pony!

    Thank you

now it is a problem if we improve SOA to 11.1.1.3.0 with no upgrade of the remote control.

Ideally, you should pass both RCU.

11.1.1.3.0 SOA is about 1.9 GB in size, any other solution for updating a patch for example?

11.1.1.3.0 is a patch itself. No other way to upgrade.

Finally, can I configure weblogic server 10.3.2 on SOA 11.1.1.2.0 and UCR 11.1.1.2.1 to the new server.

Yes, it should work, but you may miss the PS2 (11.1.1.3.0) features and bug fixes.

    Kind regards

  • Windows 8 KB3000850 update fails to update due to the corruption of system files in MSDTC.log

    Greetings,

I seem to have a serious problem with corruption of system files. And before anyone suggests, I ran the SFC and MARIKEL, can repair corruption. Corruption occurs in the MSDTC.log file and causes the update to KB3000850 to not settle. I know that it is the source of the problem, because I checked in the CBS. I'll copy and paste the appropriate section below.

In addition, my OneDrive has problems with commissioning. Stuck it doing. No idea if they are related. I tried to do a system restore to a restore point that several days ago, and he almost killed my computer. Somehow he damaged a file critical and would not start Windows, update the system would not work because it claims that the drive has been locked, he tried claiming my recovery media was not valid (it was originally windows 8 CD I used to install from), and finally I was able to get Windows to recover using the tool to restart system available on the CD. After reinstallation of updates, problems persisted. I don't know how to deal with this type of file corruption. Could someone please help.

If you nead the SFCdetails, I can post them.

I got exactly the same problem with the MSDTC.log. I finally just gave up any attempt to install the update. The tendency to blame the problems with this update on Avast (that I have not installed) have obscured the fact that there is something in this update that wreaks havoc on many computers Windows 8.1.
