Failed to load all the themes!

Hello, it makes me crazy! I have a HP desktop, W7, 64-bit, 2.8 Ghz, 8 G ram I just bought and it has all new updated hardware to update: new motherboard, new 2 TB HDD, cool W-7 w/essentials running all the upgrades. It was just tuned and purged of all the bloatware, spyware, spam etc... give me the best possible performance/Visual display. But now, for some unknown reason, I'm stuck on the Office page one photo w/all the icons are functional, I tried to download new themes, re - install the ones that already exist, that I saved. I have enabled the Aero/off, calibrated my screen by M.S W/7 customer and yet I am unable to activate any kind of theme on a slide frame, nor he can move on but only a picture of a long ago I forgot to theme. The only option that seems to work is to select a non-aero to of display type by choosing a background unlimited solids that do not chg, a different solid color of the same program. ??? FYI: It used to work perfectly right after a major update. I already ran all shooters of boredom and they all came back negative, I did so that all upgrades were current up-to-date (excuse the pun!) I did put a disc of recovery plant, nor do I want to do a factory restore. I'm almost embarrassed to bring it back to best buy Geek Squad, who have worked at least 12 times on my 3 PC devices since registering in their free unlimited support of 2 years for up to 3 devices less than 3 months ago! It seems that I drop an office away from pickup following up after yet another major problem! Does anyone have an idea how I can find the problem causing the current problem of the new weekly! Finally, I am strongly considering selling all my 3 HP Desktop upgraded generation touchscreen more recent he HP Envy w/W8. What is the general consensus on these new models? Can they carry out also although similar to the price of the PC 'old school '? They have the same functions of systems of desktop-screen-keyboard-mouse older but proven? Or are they just lotsa 'bling' to attract new young users? I would really like to hear as many peity or cons as possible, no need to explain in detail why, but I'm looking for a weakness or a common resistance before plunking to near 1 K for brand all in one monitor w / all the bells and whistles! I know that I can move to an SSD in my old workstations, upgrade everything else you end up with a kick * machine! Please all much more intelligent people on this forum that keep me and other electronically challenged users to take a bat to our system for a real "start"! Sincerely, Alan

    Hello - anyone can help me find a solution to my problem?

    My problem: Windows failed to load because the system registry file is missing or damaged. Status: Oxc000014C

    I tried everything the sytem advised through SafeMode etc... Also, I tried to reload my OS - last updated through the windows update site. However, he did not - probably because all updates from MS, which means that it would not load from the DVD.

    It's a whole new system customized with MS Vista 64 bit, Office 2007 Untimate, Asus MB, 250 GB HD ATI video card. I used Vista for almost a year and had no problems until today. All of the original software.

    I have my thesis and several files, I was working on someone - I was doing consulting work to supplement my income as a student... Unfortunately, when I finally used my system last night it was ok. Now I canoe get my system up and running.

    Mark Merci for your comments.

    I found myself communicating directly with Microsoft and they were able to get my system up and running without losing me data. Hooray for Microsoft!

    My system is back to normal and I am assuring you that all my files are backed up on DVD.

    I downloaded the iso file for vista, the restore disc but it not start when I restart my computer. what im supposed to do or am I missing something?

    You need to change the boot sequence:

    At the startup/power on you should see at the bottom of the screen either F2 or DELETE, go to Setup/Bios or F12 for the Boot Menu

    Go to your Bios/Setup, or the Boot Menu at startup and change the Boot order to make the DVD/CD drive 1st in the boot order, then reboot with the disk in the drive.

    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    Follow these steps to try to solve your problems of boot.
    Restore point:
    http://www.howtogeek.com/HOWTO/Windows-Vista/using-Windows-Vista-system-restore/
    Do Safe Mode system restore, if it is impossible to do in Normal Mode.
    Try typing F8 at startup and in the list of Boot selections, select Mode safe using ARROW top to go there > and then press ENTER.
    Try a restore of the system once, to choose a Restore Point prior to your problem...
    Click Start > programs > Accessories > system tools > system restore > choose another time > next > etc.
    http://www.windowsvistauserguide.com/system_restore.htm
    Read the above for a very good graph shows how backward more than 5 days in the System Restore Points by checking the correct box.
    If restore work not and you do not have a Vista DVD from Microsoft, do a repair disc to do a Startup Repair:
    Download the ISO on the link provided and make a record of repair time it starts.
    Go to your Bios/Setup, or the Boot Menu at startup and change the Boot order to make the DVD/CD drive 1st in the boot order, then reboot with the disk in the drive.
    At the startup/power on you should see at the bottom of the screen either F2 or DELETE, go to Setup/Bios or F12 for the Boot Menu.
    When you have changed that, insert the Bootable disk you did in the drive and reboot.
    IM currently using vista, and when I turn on my computer
    What does this mean message?
    that means "nls"?
    is my information on my hard drive in danger?
    How can I fix?
    Recovery discs would be Windows Vista installation files.  It would be safe to use if they are needed when the sfc/scannow scanning.
    A recovery disc is a general term for media containing a backup State initial factory or a favorable condition of a computer such as configured by an OEM manufacturer or an end user. OEM supplied recovery media is usually comes with most computers to allow the user to reformat the hard drive and reinstall the operating system and preloaded software as it was when it was shipped.
  • All of a sudden my Elements 7 won't load all the video files not saying not supported
    Suddenly my Elements 7 won't load all the video files saying not supported, I rebooted, uninstalled and reinstalled but it refuses to work any ideas please
    If you are video comes from a Hi8 camcorder, then it is analog, which has been digitized. And how and what facilities allowing you to scan this video may be important. But, since you say that you have changed this video before in Premiere Elements without a problem, I'll assume this isn't the question at the moment - although it could certainly be. Especially since you use a such relatively old version of Premiere Elements, one that requires you to manually configure your project.
    In fact, try to download the trial version of the latest version of Premiere Elements and see if you experience the same problem. The current versions of the program are many more automatically and are capable of managing a much wider range of video file formats. You don't have to buy the program. Just try free trial and see if you still experience the same problems.
    If nothing else, install the trial version 14 version COULD even repair what has been damaged in your codec library, if that's your problem in version 7.
  • How to load all the data without uncheck Journalized data only option?
    Hi all
    Currently, I have configured an option only logged data for many game data and interface.
    But I need to load all the data (once) without clear logged Data Only. After that it will work with the CDC.
    Please help me on this.
    EBA
    Hi Eba
    Another way is to copy the source data to another table (two copies).
    If you have 10 source table and then create another 10 tables in doubles in the backend.
    Now truncate these original paintings. Then insert the data in table duplicated in the original table. Now CDC will detect these are inserted.
    But I guess you have more than 300 paintings, which is again difficult to manage.
  • 'Library not found or failed to load' on the other system
    Hi all
    I searched a bit on the forum and found similar problems, but not really a solution. So I'll give a try with this post:
    I have two similar computers: Windows 7, 64-bit, Labview 2011 (service pack 1) is installed.
    And the goal is to acquire images of an acquisition card BitFlow.
    BitFlow software provided for the frame grabber, which has been tested for windows 7, 64-bit and Labview 2011. With a machine (machine A), the program works very well. No problem.
    On the other machine (machine B), Labview is unable to read the supplied library: after selecting the library in the library function node call, Labview gave the error 'Could not be found or failed to load library' on the node library function call.
    Machine b - in all my knowledge - the same configuration of all software compared to a machine, so I don't know what the problem is here. The only difference is that machine B has a different computer security protocol - but it has administrator rights...
    In addition, I tried a stand-alone executable file (and the installation program) who worked on a third computer, but not on the machine B - because of the same problem.
    Does anyone have an idea what direction am I looking for the solution? Or what may be the problem? Or what I'm missing here?
    Let me know if you need any additional info.
    Best regards
    Michael
    Haverdings wrote:
    "Library could not be found or failed to load." I guess this would mean a "failed to load" error (because the library is present), but I don't know that the 'fault' it is.
    Bitflow is installed by simply copying the files on your computer. No installer is required - even though they claim. Is there a way to check if the required version of the C runtime is used?
    Thanks for the replies
    Well, then the message could be more developed and make a difference file not found explicitly and not being not able to load, if LabVIEW would make some extra humba mumba woodoo, that's exactly what Windows shows a request when he tries to load a DLL. This code error, simply said, sorry, I could not load the DLL and that could be because it does not exist, but also because I couldn't load it for other reasons, such as the missing dependencies, (a corrupted OS or anything else). Not very useful to you, and I don't know LabVIEW must try to be smarter than Windows here, trying to see if the DLL actually existed. For all it's worth can be a text file or what is not a DLL, the DLL name!
    An interesting read that actually explains the problem a little more can be found here. You see that it isn't a problem of LabVIEW but just about anyones problem faced DLLs that can go just about anywhere.
    The best way to see what your DLL dependencies, is to charge with the program of the mentioned dependencies in this viewer. He has problems it is today on Windows 7 systems, but still can give you some useful information.
  • Windows Vista does not load all the black white backlit display.
    I'm repairing computer of my aunt. It's a laptop gateway M-6320. Windows Vista. It loads the bios and goes through the MAIL. After the POST, it just goes to a screen backlit black white with no mouse and nothing happens.
    Tried to change the boot order to boot from the cd first and put the disc of windows 7 in to run a repair (I don't have a vista cd), but it does not always load. everything sounds like it turns on and works fine. the dvd sounds like it runs for a few seconds. I also tried to boot from usb with windows 7 there. still won't load what it is. I took out the battery tested cmos it is 2, 5V. I think it was. still nothing. I left the computer for a whole night. still nothing. I changed the hard drive even though it sounds like it's working. still nothing. I even tried a windows xp cd in the freak chance, it was a bad cd. and nothing is connected to the computer while I'm trying to start. He's not going for advanced options or to try safe mode.
    I also tried to put the memtest on USB, but it will not load anything from him even with usb as the first boot option. and I tried different usb drives also.
    I can't figure what's wrong... my only thought is that the bios is corrupted or the RAM is bad. Anyone have any ideas? Oh and the bios is Phoenix
    Hello
    Since you've already tried all the troubleshooting steps, including booting from a Windows 7 disc to repair the Windows installation. If all else fails, then I think that
    It's a hardware problem. I suggest you contact the manufacturer of the laptop computer or take it to a tech store to get help.
