  I have a laptop Dell Inspiron 1545.  I did a clean install of Windows 7 (x 32 Edition) and since my drive CD/DVD is not found except in the BIOS and when I manually eject the drive it will pop up for a few seconds.  It's a TSST corp DVD +-RW T5 - L633B ATA Device.  Dell has released a driver for the problem, but as my computer can not find the drive it will not download the driver.  It will only appear in a few seconds Device Manager when I eject it, but then it disappears again and will not reappear unless I have the eject again.  When I put a disk it then the drive will show up but that's it.

  I tried deleting the upper and lower registry and I also tried the suggestion of integrity checks off without success.

  I just receive my MBA a few weeks ago to Apple and noticed my Razor mouse worked only with BluTooth but not when it is plugged into a usb port.  Other mouse usb and external drives readers work well.  Razor support told me the plug-and-play subsystem has screwed up, and errors have been associated with Automator.

  I have only a local account and I have not linked to the iCloud account.

  I don't want to reinstall my laptop because I have 300 GB of data on it, as well as some programs that I installed.

  I think that a package is not properly installed or missing, but my OSX knowledge is poor, because I have just started using a Mac!

  Another possibility is that the cables are loose. Remove ALL power, then make sure that the cables at both ends. Remove and replace, do not just tight. For laptops, you can often clean power and contacts data with a pencil eraser.

  Some DVD players do not use the Windows default drivers so check with the system manufacturer and the manufacturer of the device to see if there is a firmware or drivers for your drive if necessary.

  Lately, when I chose a .ai or .eps file for editing in InDesign CC (links Panel > pencil icon), the file does not open in Illustrator CC. • burner CD/dvd does not burn but plays the media on drives

  I tried to burn music on a blank cd but it keeps opening the cd/dvd tray and invites me to insert a blank disc. I also tried to burn a movie I would have done on a dvd, but does not recognize the blank dvd even though it's brand-new. He seems to be able to play CDs and CD-ROMs, but does not burn. pls help.
