Filled with color HP do not print

I filled cartrage color HP in the past and all worked very well.  This time the yellow & blue will not print.  I have the head of alcohol-soaked and cleaned, but no change.  He did dry a lot so I don't know if it is the cause or not.  Anyway to clean better what should I do or is it irreparable?

  • OfficeJet 6000 E609n: One color (black) does not print

    Background the color black does not print.
    Background page printed from the printer status indicates that there is no black ink. This impression has said that there is sufficient (at least 20%) supply of three coloured inks. Per the comment above, no black printing does appear on the page printed of the status of the printer, even if the black cartridge has been rather recently installed (2015-12-24).
    Background none of the four "low ink" lights on the printer are turned on.
    Background the State indicated by the HP Solution Center utility displays a green check mark, that is to say, that everything is OK.

    It seems as if the HP product registration service is temporarily unavailable.

    Normally you get invited to register immediately after installation is complete.

    It's a Web page that can help you know if the printer is listed, or as aid re-register once the number of available service - Registration Question Index.

    The term of defective kernel is used which means that the defective part you are replacing is the same part that you send back.

    When you select the option to change the replacement part is usually repaired or refurbished, is why there is such a difference in price between the parties. It seems that if the defective part is not returned within the specified time. 'faulty base tax' is loaded.

    I can't say for sure 100% that the problem will be resolved to the replacement printhead. If the printer was in warranty, it would be the normal order of operations.

  • Framework will not completely fill with color InDeisgn CS

    I have a recurring problem in InDesign CS, but this project don't happens only every six months, and I don't remember how I came across the solution from last time. Hope someone might be able to help.

    I have a page layout left magazine, that I have used for years with just a couple of blocks of text and a picture. I have not changed in ages content, except to switch text updated with each new issue. (It's just an editorial page, essentially).

    Behind this layout, I placed a picture and filled with a beige background.  It begins at the gutter (right side) and then reaches the purge in the other three directions.

    For some reason, on the left side and at the bottom, I have a domain that will not color fill.  If I duplicate the image on the right page, this substantive area extends all the way at the bottom of this page, too.  It's almost as if there is something with a text wrapping or a white fill bumping into the outer edges (not the gutter and not by the top) of the page.

    For the life of me I can't figure out what it is.  I have recreated the spread, started, stopped the program.  I paused to screw up my preferences because I hate the idea to recreate.  But I have this vague memory, the last time I think than that, it was something pretty simple and does not require screw up my preferences.

    I know I'll feel stupid when the answer presents itself - whether by someone on the forum or if I remember on mine.  But of course, I do not no progress trying to figure out or work my memory.

    I have, moreover, ensure transparency, attributes and effects.  Nothing there.  I'm puzzled.  And I'm in the middle of a date limit.  Anyone who has the magic answer?  Do not hesitate to make me feel as stupid as you want

    There could be a corruption in your InDesign document in this case.

    Try the following:

    1. Choose file > save as
    2. In Save As Type (Windows) or Format (Mac), select InDesign CS4 or earlier (IDML)
    3. Click Save.
    4. Then choose file > open in InDesign and go to the. You have already saved and open the IDML file.
    5. If everything seems OK, then save this file and use that one.

  • OfficeJet Pro 6830: color ink is not printing

    We just received our 6830 Officejet Pro a few months ago and feel sometimes but not often. Yesterday when I tried to print, printed only black things on the page. None of the colorful text printed at all - not even in a different color or a shade - so it appears none of the color ink cartridges has been used. The printer indicates that all four cartridges are about 50% full.

    Things that I've checked or tried:

    The computer has the choice of the color selected.

    Color copy gives the same result - no color.

    I checked the vents and they don't seem to be blocked. I stuffed them with a needle just to be safe.

    I hit the bottom of the cartridges where the ink comes out and ink on my fingers. They are not dry.

    I'd clean the print heads.

    I tried putting the printer off, and then restarting the computer.

    The "test page" and the "print quality diagnostics page" do not print with any color either.

    The printer indicates that it not there no new updates.

    Color printing perfectly fine a few weeks ago, no sign cartridges drying up. It is under warranty, but it's our third of these printers and really, I prefer not to be yet another replacement if it is possible to solve this problem! (The first two were a high pitched noise all the time while it is plugged). Thanks in advance for advice.

  • HP LaserJet Pro CM1415fnw color multifunction does not print PDF files

    I recently met a problem where my HP LaserJet Pro CM1415fnw color multifunction wouldn't print the PDF files.  I tried printing from a snippet, Adobe Reader, Word and PDF Pen Pro and the document will not print.  But the printer had no problem printing other formats like JPG, etc. DOCX from the same computer before and after.

    What has happened is that the computer said he sent the document to the printer and the printer screen showed "Print Document" momentarily - but then the screen of the printer would return to the ready screen and the document will not print.  There are no indications that the printer was having a problem.

    I reinstalled the drivers of HP - no change.

    Finally, I was able to print the document open in Photoshop and save as a JPG file.

    I am running OSX 10.9.2.  on a MacBook Pro.

    When I went to add a printer, the only choice of HP, I got was 'HP LaserJet CM1415fnw @ Mac Book Pro' which is described as a generic PostScript printer.  It did not work when I tried to print a PDF file.

    I then removed the printer and reinstalled it - and I see that in the last step of the installation, I had several choices.  The default choice is the print version of air, I chose the version that showed a printer HP Laserjet series CM1410.

    Problem solved.

  • Fill with placeholder text does not

    My order of "Fill with placeholder text" no longer works.  No text only inserted when I select the command. (He used to work. I used it a lot.) I have read on the substitution.txt file and made my own and place in the InDesign Application folder, following the instructions that I found on one of the forums.  I can see the file, and it is named correctly. But I still get all inserted text.  It seems that something is broken. It's like InDesign does not see the substitution.txt file, even if it's in the right place. (I use CS5.1). Does anyone have a suggestion as to what might happen? Thanks in advance for any help!

    I have to fill with placeholder text works again. In my opinion, it may have been something fishy with the sequence of several frames on the line that has been not to let the text get inserted. I'm embarrassed to say that I did not sufficiently stable before that I blamed the control. I did learn some things, however, and appreciate the advice I got.

    Hmm, if any snippet allows you to take a look at these Printer preferences one last time before going to uninstall/reinstall. In the printer preferences, click the Advanced button. In the window that opens check the grayscale option. Set it to off, if you can't check a little further down remember resolution is not defined in black and white only.

    I recently got a few new computers that were shipped with Windows 7 Professional. I forgot that they do not comes with a parallel port.

    These computers are intended for a point of sale application, which requires a matrix printer. First I tried USB to parallel to connect the printer, however, this does not work, because the printer is not smart enough to identify itself, it will not appear as a printer.

    My next solution was to add parallel ports via PCI cards. The card installs very well, and Windows 7 detects the drivers for it and installs. No errors appear in the Device Manager, but a couple of weird things happen.

    1. the device manager gets the parallel ports under Ports (COM & LPT) but it also gets a "multifunction adapter" in a different section (not in front of the PC now, so I don't remember which.) Both devices appear to be fine and report that they are working correctly.

    2. under "Devices and printers", I get 1 (or in the case of a card dual parallel port, 2) ' Microsoft aw Port"devices.

    I then install the driver from the printer and add the printer to "LPT3" which is the device of parallel port added in Device Manager. Print a test page, and... Nothing. Open the print queue and it is empty. Try printing a test page, and it will appear briefly in the queue and disappears, just as it would if the print job was successful. If I try another device, it (as expected) reports an error that the device does not exist.

    Although it does not directly concern, article in the knowledge base at the http://support.microsoft.com/kb/883253 seems to describe some similar circumstances, enough so I wonder if there may be a connection. Maybe the parallel port arbitrator is not installed in Windows 7 by default if the PCs have no one? If this is the case, how do I install it?

    If it's a goose chase wild... Well, that's why I asked the question.

    Well, call it weird...

    I found an another USB to parallel adapter, rather than trying to directly convert the printer, it installs like a USB IEEE1284 adapter. (If it's a USB parallel port). This appears also in the 'ports and devices', but as an adapter of 1284. Try the printer. Bingo.

    Here's the weird part. Once Windows 7 installed the drivers for this device, I unplugged and then reconnect the printer parallel port PCI. I changed the printer I have installed (on the USB001 device) unit LPT3 and bingo. It still prints. He continued to work even with the unplugged USB adapter.

    So I strongly suspect that there is some kind of pilot missing for a missing parallel port, which Windows 7 don't think he needed to use a PCI parallel port but he knew that she needed a USB parallel adapter. I only wish I knew precisely what pilot that he was. Maybe this will give some clues so people who know Windows 7 might be able to understand. I'm more than willing to answer questions if anyone wants to know what really happened here.

    For memory, the sequence I went through was: I tried the printer (installed with the drivers from the manufacturer for Windows 7, 32-bit) installed on LPT3 device which Windows 7 acknowledged the parallel port as a map. Checked the symptoms that I have stated above. Print job appears to be completed, but the printer does nothing. Uninstalled the printer. Plugged in USB to parallel adapter, expected for Windows 7 recognize the device and install the drivers. Plugged into the printer (PnP does not.) Install the printer using the same drivers as before, but using the USB001. Printer worked. Disconnected the printer from the USB adapter and reconnect the parallel port card. Changed the printer to use LPT3 Ports print configuration tab. This time, it worked.

    Repeatability, I did the same thing with the other parallel port PCI card and a similar printer on another position of the same work. This facility began with the installation of map of parallel port PCI first, then followed the same sequence, with the same results.

    So, my problem is solved, but I think that it is unreasonable to plug a USB adapter for a PCI card.
