Firefox crashes every time at this moment I have activate the flash plugin. I uninstalled and installed a plugin once again without any positive result. What should do?

Firefox crashes every time when I activate a flash plugin. It started today after an automatic attempt to update shockwave. I uninstalled flash and installed again. Always the same story. There is no previous version of flash available on the adobe site. What should do?

In the menu do help-> Check For Updates and follow the instructions to get 3.6.6 who will stop the Flash blocking Firefox.
