How can I block spam on Windows 7 Live mail? The settings under security options do not work.

I'm trying to block spam by limiting e-mail to those on my contact list. I put the security option for this setting. He can't have something. Is there something I can do? I paid for premium support and spent hours trying to get help on the phone.

  • If the spam is delivered to your junk mail folder, then the junk mail filters work as expected. It is up to you to examine the contents of the file and recover any legitimate mail before emptying the folder.
  • If none of the messages are delivered to your junk mail folder, junk mail filters do not work. Fix installation should help:
    All closed Windows Live programs, type wlarp in the start search box and press enter.
    In the window that opens, select repair...
    When it is finished, restart your computer and launch WLMail.

    You can not force it really, but you can encourage it... For example, you can set the file read-only and add a statement to do it before the file is saved using a script.

  • Windows XP hangs at the splash screen, safe mode does not work either

    I've updated my laptop with a windows update and when I went to restart, it crashes just in the start screen.  I tried in safe mode hanging at MUP. SYS and I tried the last known configuration.  So far these options do not work.  I tried Memtest, HDAT2, Ultimate Boot CD tests, chkdsk/p and chkdsk/r, Windows XP, CD recovery and rebuild, tried to start up with each opening of USB port and even tried formatting and installing Windows XP Pro SP2 and Windows XP Home Edition SP1.  So far I have always in step 1, where nothing has solved nothing.

    I noticed that there is a thread here where a person has had the same problem and he said that it has updated its BIOS.  For hours, now I did research on how update my BIOS by creating a bootable disc...  I'm thumbs on a mile it looks.     Well I tried to Win 7 on a bootable disc.  I followed a bunch of instructions I found on youtube.com, but for some reason that I could not burn to disc.  Kept getting an error even if I followed every perfect step.

    In any case, I watched my CMOS on compensation, but the battery is soldered on.  I just messed with it a little bit to see if it was lost or anything thing but I didn't rip out and one other solder on because I have never done this before.  So I put everything back together, turned on my laptop and it finally starts up the Windows installation screen.  FINALLY!  Thanks for everyone's help and patience.  I guess the battery has lost... but not quite sure.  I left the laptop off for about 4-5 days before I tried to play with the CMOS this morning.

    Why do you not use the Junk folder (or Spam) to move the messages classified as junk to.
    You can define a retention time so that you can still read the messages you want and are looking for false positives.

    I'm VERY angry with anything that does not work on my computer with Adobe, and everything appears to be from a missing or wrong creative cloud installation.

    I downloaded the latest installer from the program and started it. Initially he installed the creative cloud, but the program does not work as required.     But guess - it did not work.

    I'm very upset that *, I tried now for about 6 hours to get this working. I am in desperate need of InDesign to get running, but that gave me errors of editing that ACC PEUT be incorrect or damaged.

    I hope someone can tell me what's happened, or maybe what I did wrong and how do I get rid of this programs and issues.

    Depends on what it means CHECK.

    If you want to confirm that you really know your username and password go to the Charter webmail page and log on to the account there. If it works, you have passed the test. If it doesn't then look for a link reset the password that you can remember.

    Follow these instructions to see what has been recorded in Thunderbird or to remove and replace the password recorded by a new to match any new password that you create with the Charter.
