How to install Service Pack 2 on an old computer?

I have an old computer that I am trying to get running for a friend, and he need to Windows Service pack 2 (it works on XP), but it doesn't have an internet connection. I'm not sure what action I can take that are plausible and legal. I tried to burn to a disc, without success. How to get the update to the other computer?
