  Then, go to the following site and fill out the form:

  Download the following files:

  -Chipset driver
  -Toshiba Value Added Package
  -Driver Chicony webcam

  Before installing the files downloaded, you need to remove all previous installations of your webcam (from programs and features in Control Panel of Windows 7)
  First install the chipset driver, then install Toshiba Value Package added after installing the driver for webcam.

• SUGGESTIONS NEEDED: Graphic designer who needs to organize my graphic library

  Ive been wanting to find a better way to organize my extensive library of what follows (art of vector and Raster): Raster/vector designs, Logos, icons, vector graphics, backgrounds, Fonts (I use FontBook), print & web templates, Stock Photos, a large NUMBER of vector art, something frills to multi color images complex Web Design stuff (icons (, buttons, banners, etc) and last but not the least swatches native Adobe CS, patterns, gradients, actions and brushes.  I'm sure I've left out some, but you get the idea.

  I build my large collection for the period of 4-5 years and has grown to 40g of HD space to house these vaguely catergorized subfolder (i.e., vector Art, Stock Photos, plugins (degraded, brushes, etc) PS backgrounds/Textures, so on and so forth.)  I would like to store my data on the outside but with the speed of the USB flow, am not wanting to slow deck more than it does already. But help with external storage and quick access to the files would also contribute to

  3. properly manage and store the art as it comes to me several times a day to keep everything up-to-date if I make a backup of all my design files, every month or so to keep stored on computer or on the cloud.

  More details on your laptop would be interesting. You use the pre-installed Windows version or you have installed another OS?

  Theoretically, it could be a hardware malfunction or software/driver problem. In a first step, I would reinstall Windows using Toshiba recovery disc.

• Satellite M45-s3553: problems with computer disc dumping and blacking out major

  My laptop just suddenly started to freeze and turn to the while I used it. I have not downloaded any programs or files on it quiet in no time so I'm pretty sure that it s not a new program causing the problem. I just reformat it and installed ONLY MSN messenger.

  As I was talking, flashed a blue screen and then it turned black with the DVD player just clicking several times every 5 seconds that thought he was looking for a disc. I'm not able to turn it on and it does nothing.

  Well, very strange question.
  But you are not able to turn on the laptop or the CD/DVD drive?

  If you're not able to turn on the laptop, then you should try to remove the battery and unplug the AC adapter from the laptop. Wait several times (> 15 min) and plug in the battery and the AC adapter. Then, you can try to restart the laptop.

  But if you re not able to activate the reader, then you should check the Device Manager. Check if the drive appears in the list and remove them from the list.
  Then after restart of the new mobile operating system should recognize the drive again.

  The automatically close down might be caused by the malfunction of software or overheating.
  I put t know how old your laptop is, but you should check if the CPU and any other devices are properly cooled. Check if the cooling functioning correctly modules.

  Sometimes the dust and debris is a reason for this closure of the bottom and, therefore, you could clean the fans.
  But if you have no experience so, you should ask an it expert for assistance.

  I m afraid. I have bad news for you ;(
  I think you ve you have a problem with the hardware in my eyes, there might be something wrong with the GPU chip.
  The white lines on the screen could be related to a faulty graphics card and get the BSOD error due to a hardware malfunction or software serious questions

  I m sure that the recovery CD does not contain software problems and therefore only the fault of hardware could be the reason for the lines on the screen and the BSOD.

  In my opinion, you should contact the ASP in your country for assistance if all goes well you guarantee is valid.

  OK, I have a lot of knowledge about computer and please I need the Bios update but not windows based.
  I need BIOS update traditional back!

  Unfortunately, Toshiba doesn't provide updates of the traditional BIOS. Only the win versions are available on the page.

  By the way; Why are you 100% sure that the BIOS update would solve this problem?
  BSOD problems are mainly related to the hardware malfunction or software problems.
  Usually, you should recovery the Qosmio with the restore CD provided. If the BSOD will appear during installation or immediately after installation, then the hardware problems are possible

  The Blue error screen usually occurs because of a hardware failure or / and serious malfunctions of software. If this error occurs after installation quite clear, so I guess that it s a hardware failure. Maybe the flaws of memory module. But to be 100% sure you should check it out. I think the best way is to contact the service.

  In addition I checked the site s driver and it seems that there are drivers for 3 different notebooks to A100. In this case, you should be sure that you use the correct drivers.
  As far as I checked this laptop your A100-692 has PSAA9E number.

  But have you created a CD of drivers & tools before formatting the HARD drive? This option you will find in the assistance of Toshiba.

  However, you can download the drivers from the Toshiba site and here it is very important that these drivers will be installed in the right order!

  It looks like you area speaking the BSOD (blue screen of death).
  Usually this BSOD appears only if there is a serious malfunction of software or a hardware problem.

  There is only one way how knowledge which could be wrong you should recover the laptop using the Toshiba Recovery CD and must be reinstalled the operating system.
  If this problem appears running Toshiba picture then the chances are that the material isn't ok.
