  I see you are trying to print a UPS shipping label, but it will only print 1/4 across the PSC 1410. What is the operating system you are printing from Windows or Mac?

  You print the shipping outside the Web label? If Yes, what web browser are you using, Internet Explorer, Firefox, etc. It would be a good idea to try to use another browser on the computer.

  Are you able to save ups label your computer as one. PDF, printing, it can work in this way as a work-around.

• Is it possible to have the accordion of top boxes smaller than the content of a menu drop-down?

  I am trying to create a drop-down list for my desktop site. The problem is the roll over area covers the other links (on us and facilities). Is there a way to make the box expanded content or the first dropdown to be narrower than the content area? Or is there a better way to implement?

  Have you tried composition of the ToolTip? In the composition of the balloon, the size of the trigger and target are not interrelated.

  And you can also hide the target area once you have finished the design by unchecking 'Lightbox see the part when editing'

• Why my all-in-one printer HP Photosmart 4780 now only print all other lines of the document

  My printer was working fine two weeks ago and now he decided to print only all other lines and some lines that print also have a pale line through it runnung. I have Windows XP. I uninstalled and then reinstalled the printer but the problem is still there.

  This problem is now resolved. Again, I changed the black cartridge and now everything is ok. I threw the defective cartridge.

  I don't think that this is possible. I double checked the help section of Arboards, and it doesn't seem like you can do it.

• C4680 only prints the top and the bottom of the page.

  No text or image on the paper. Only print "page 1 of 1", the right upper and info on file:///C...ect on bottom left of page as well as the current date on the right. I just installed 2 new HP ink cartridges. The test page was ok. This only happens when I want to print a page of my email. I have windows 8

• HP Officejet Pro 8500: HP Officejet Pro 8500 ceased only printing partial page in pink only

  Printer was only print a partial page of the multi page document. Replace the printer cartridges. Has run HP Diagnostics and cleaned the print heads. Still no change. For priting only a small amount of test page in pink only. Also have cartridges removed and rehabilitated. Have restarted printer several times. Please notify.

  The Forums of HP is a great place to find answers to the questions/problems you may have, welcome! I see that you are facing some print quality problems when you print to your HP Officejet 8500. It is printing in pink only and partial pages. You have performed the steps in troubleshooting without success.

  1. When you performed the cleaning and printed the test page, have you seen all the colors on the page or is - this only rose as well?

  2. are you able to make a black copy?

  3. When you upgraded to Windows 10 you would update the software and drivers for the 8500 JO so?

  I am trying to print a copy of a statement online and my printer prints the first page and then stops.  I don't see any error anywhere.  It is connected wireless.  Thank you.

  The printer may have ran into the content, that may not translate correctly.

  What?  Printing software must translate everything you want to print on the paper in the "printer language.  Some content is easily converted, not-so-well other content.  Banks, these sites that offer tickets and coupons sites, in particular, tend to create content that is not always understood by the printer.

  What should do?

  Ideas

  • Reinstall / update your PDF reader (Adobe Reader DC / Foxit)
  • According to the Web page format > download content on your computer as PDF - print as image using Adobe Reader / Foxit
  • Easier overall: use Snip to create an image of the content > save image > print the picture using your printer software.
  • Try using another browser - for example, if you use Firefox, Chrome.
  • Check your Web site for more information 'browser support' - use a supported browser interface
  • Use a newer version of Internet Explorer and print "according to your choice on the screen.

  Open the Web page in Internet Explorer >

  Left click and hold > highlight / Select the area on the screen that you want to include in your print >

  Click file > print Preview >
  Replace "built on scree" BY "Under the name selected on screen" >

  Set any other options and print

  • Enable cookies in your browser
  • Beware of put too much of a good thing > if you block all THE Popups, some content on your Web page may be not visible and / or available to the printer.   You may need to loosen restrictions temporarily.
  • Allow the Web site to use its own fonts - this may or may not help based on the content

• When printing emails, it will only print the top of page 1

  I can print my emails. When you hit print only page 1 of 1 print at the top of the page. Apparently not read the emails. Everything will be printed.

  If you are using Internet Explorer 8 or 9 and you can not print online then I suggest you follow the steps in troubleshooting mentioned in the link below and check if the problem persists.

• OfficeJet 6500 only prints the top of the page

  Have a problem with getting my Officejet 6500 to print the entire page.  Top of the body impression seems to be running on the top of the page, as if the paper was not inserted enough away early in the cycle of printing.  Became "paper mismatch" error message briefly, but that does not appear now.  To check the installation of the printer for proper paper size (8.5 "x 11").  Was printing normally until recently.  Uninstalled and reinstalled HP web page software.  Any suggestions?

  Problem seems to be resolved!

  The printing Assembly that fits into the back of the unit was not completely seated.  There is no warning generated unit that the Assembly was not in place, just erratic behavior and various messages like "out of paper" and jamming of paper.  I recommend that if you are having similar problems, that you check carefully that the back print Assembly is properly inserted into the machine.

  I am trying to print on my printer assignments. My printer prints only even if I select double-sided printed double-sided. I have a fairly new Mac Book Air with printing software downloaded on it. When I try to print a word form document there not a box to select or clear double-sided printing. I can't find anything online that will help you. Help, please!

  I see that you are unable to stop printing double-sided on printer HP Envy 5535.   I understand the frustration you feel. We need to locate the settings.

  Reset the printing system:

  To start, I'll have reset you the printing on your Mac system. Please click here for instructions on how to perform the reset. When the Web site open follow the steps under'Resetting the printing in OS X Lion system "that the steps are the same for Mac OS X 10.10." This Reset deletes each printer on your Mac. However, it does not uninstall printers. Therefore, if use you other printers on the Mac, once the reset is complete simply make sure printers are attached via a USB cable or connected network and (+) add hide them in. Do not add your HP Envy of return at the moment.

  Check and repair your Mac disk permissions:

  Open Macintosh HD and go to Applications

  Go to the Utilities folder

  Open disk utility

  Select the hard disk volume, you use (usually on the left)

  Check the permissions of the drive

  Once this process is complete, select Repair disk permissions

  Manually install the driver package: https://support.apple.com/kb/DL907?viewlocale=en_US&locale=en_US

  Please click here to manually download the Apple update package for v3.1 HP printer drivers. Once the site opens, select the download at the top button. Follow the instructions on the screen to install the driver package.

  Check the Apple updates:

  Go to the Apple

  Select System Preferences

  Select software update

  Click Update now

  Install your available updates

  Restart your computer

  Add device:

  1. click on the Apple menu and then click on System Preferences.

  2. click on print & Scan and then check if the name of your printer appears in the printer list.

  3. click on the name of your printer, click the plus sign (+) and then remove the printer.

  4. click on the plus sign (+), click Add a printer or a Scanner, click the name of your printer.

  5. click on the area of use or using Print and then select the name of your printer on the shortcut menu. Make sure the driver HP Envy is selected. Select the name of your printer in the menu use

  6. click on add to add the printer to the list. Do not add the AirPrint driver.

  Method 1.
  Then, try the printer troubleshooter, which will attempt to diagnose and solve your problem automatically.
  Here's how:
  a. open the printer Troubleshooter by clicking the Start button picture of the Start button, click Control Panel.
  (b) in the search box, type troubleshooting and then click Troubleshooting. Under hardware and sound, click on use printer.
   
  Method 2.
  Clear printer spooler files and activate the spooler service
  Stage I.
  a. Click Start, type "Services.msc" (without the quotation marks) in the Open box and click OK.
  b. double click on "Printer Spooler" in the Services list.
  c. click on stop, and then click OK.
  d. Click Start, type "% WINDIR%\system32\spool\printers" in the opened window and delete all the files in this folder.
   
  Step B
  You must be logged on as administrator to perform these steps.
  a. open administrative tools by clicking the Start button, then Control Panel. In the search box, type administrative tools, and then click Administrative Tools.
  b. double-click on Services.   If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
  c. right-click on the print spooler service and then click Properties.
  d. on the general tab, next to startup type, make sure that automatic is selected.
  f. e. the service is not already running, under Service status, click Start and then click OK.  If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

• Only prints half page

  I have a HP Officejet Pro 8600. When placing multiple controls on the glass and hit "copy" it prints half the page top. When I place a sheet of paper on the window with a text on the entire page, it copies the entire page fine. I use a Dell desktop with Windows 7 64-bit and all the HP drivers are up to date. Any ideas?

  I see when trying to copy with the 8600 Officejet, cheques, it will copy only the top of the page but the text will copy entirely. The printer displays an error during the copy or after?

  Try to check the updates on the printer, getting the latest Firmware and updates. The firmware may not be reading the separate elements.

  Are you able to scan all the checks in the printer to the computer?

• When I try to print a page, I get the entire page of very low, either I get only part of the page. Which setting I'm missing?

  I am trying to print a page of a web page. If I check, 'reduced to fit' print / page setup, I get the whole page but small enough to be useless. If I uncheck 'reduced to adjust', I get only about 1/3 of the page. I tried the % function, and it only changes the size of the narrow portion I see already. How to print the whole page in a reasonable size?

  If Firefox does not use the entire sheet of paper, it can result from Firefox after having extracted the Windows incorrect paper size settings when reading data from the print driver. Compensation it may involve conclusions some mask parameters, but here goes:

  (1) in a new tab, type or paste Subject: config in the address bar and press ENTER. Click on the button promising to be careful.

  (2) in the search above the list box, type or paste print and make a pause so that the list is filtered

  (3) for each parameter which specifically mentions the problem printer, right click and reset The fastest way is to click with the mouse and press the r key on the keyboard with your other hand.

  Note: In a few discussions involving Brother printers, printer_printer_name.print_paper_data preference was established in 256 and when the user changed it to 1 which, in itself, solve the paper size. If you are using a Brother printer and see a 256 here, you can change the value by double-clicking it or by using the right click > modify.
