  Have you used mobile data on SIM2 before connecting the WiFi?

  I have the same problem after the lollipop. Figured out that exclamation point appears them on WiFi sign only after I used mobile data on SIM2. When I use mobile data on SIM1 and then turn on WiFi, everything is OK (the WiFi sign is without '! ")

  So how you can solve this problem:

  1 turn off WiFi

  2. activate the mobile data on SIM1. Wait for that 'H' or 'E' sign indicating that mobile data sucessfully working. Put access point sometimes lost: mobile networks goto-> Access point names and be sure that this radio button is active.

  3. turn on the WiFi. Now, there is no exclamation point!

  And if you use mobile data on a single SIM card. just swap the SIM card in the first slot.

  Surely this is a bug. Big bug in Lollipop for Dual SIM MOTORCYCLE G. Motorola's remedy.

  Printer HP Deskjet F380 all-in-one works fine on Windows 10. I was ale to use the HP Service Console to print, scan, etc. However, after the latest software and driver (exit 14) I can't open the Console from the HP Service. In addition, after installing the HP software does not recognize the printer and cannot print a test even page.

  1. uninstalled and reinstalled HP Deskjet and Officejet full feature software and drivers - AIO_CDB_NonNet_Full_Win_WW_140_408-4; After (1) has not helped

  None of the steps above helped. When the Win-10 adds the printer the printer and the scanner work.

  However, the value of the HP software is that it allowed me to scan directly into the file in TIF or PDF format.

  Hello, im the owner of a HP deskjet f380 and has used without problems in Windows xp, it is practically new, because I bought a couple of months. I had an update on my PC and installed Windows 7 to go with the new system, and now when I try to install the drivers for your site... those for Windows 7 32 bit, I get a weird error message telling me that I am using a bad system, WIndows XP, to be more precise. I have checked and rechecked my installation of windows and I'm sure it's Windows 7, so I don't understan why I got the message. I even tried to install the package XP, thinking that maybe that will work if Setup, my Windows is XP. It did not work eighter, I started recieveing a few errors 'file missing' of some .inf files and some .dll which are missing or cannot be accesed. The problem is quite urgent so if you can send me it please with the solution I would me more apriciative. Thank you.

  Hi Uuf11, the printer software installation is recommended in safe mode. Safe mode is primarily used to resolve problems with Windows by only running the bulk of Windows operating systems and device drivers. Once the passage in secure mode, the user can execute commands and charge the devices one at a time. So in this mode the print spooler service is not started which is essential for the installation of the software.

  As suggested steps to come to your question did not work, you can try the steps below:

  Note: The printer must not be connected to the computer before beginning the installation.

  (1) perform a disk cleanup. Start ==> All Programs ==> Accessories ==> System ==> Disk Cleanup tools

  (2) right click on the software driver that you downloaded and select "Run as" or "Run as Administrator". Enter the user name and password. This information is on your user profile on the computer.

  Note: Make sure that the driver that you downloaded is supported for the OS you are using. If you have doubts redownload the file.

  If the error persists, then:

  1) click on the Windows icon in the bottom left of the screen of the computer and in the 'search' in a box type, %Temp% and press enter on the keyboard. This will open the Temp folder

  (2) open the last file 7z

  (3) double-click the file hpzsetup.exe

  Of the Original installation CD:

  1. Insert the CD in the drive and then cancel Setup

  2. open my computer and click right then on the CD from the drive and select open

  3 open the Util folder

  4 open the CCC folder

  5. run the L4uninstall.bat6. Once the uninstall is complete, reboot the computer

  7 run the Accessories\ System Tools Disk Cleanup

  8. download and install the latest version of Adobe flash player

  I see that you have some problems with printing from your PC to 10 Windows for Deskjet F380 all-in-one printer. I can help with that.

  Here's what we will do:

  1. If the printer is connected to your PC via a USB cable, remove it.
  2. In your search type in printers bar and open devices and printers.
  3. Right-click on your printer icon listed.
  4. Click on remove the instrument.
  5. Repeat for all other icons printer listed.
  6. If you have removed the USB cable and plug. If not, click Add a printer to add to the queue new print.

  At this point, you should be able to print. If you are unable to do so, the next thing to do would be to start printing and scanning doctor. You can find the Print and Scan Doctor by clicking on this link. It will be either allow you to print, it will provide you with a list of questions, he found.   Very strange. The download works as I tried it on my system. Maybe it's a "glitch" in your Internet browser.

  Rather that running can I you select Save. If you see the option you just save the download on your desktop then it will be easy to find later. Once the download is complete, you should get the option to run it. If you see this race to success. An extraction will occur automatically. Once extraction is complete the installation window should open for you. Once you see the installation window you simply continue through the instructions on the screen to install your printer.

  If 'Save' the download doesn't download number, please click here to access the download page again. Once this page please right click on the file name and click on Save target under or Save the link under.

  I have a HP Deskjet F380 and I bought a new computer with Windows7: HP Pavilion 2015so g6. I didn't want to load the printer software from the old CD (from 2007), so I tried to download from HP.

  I don't know I chose the right operating system: Windows7 64-bit and downloaded the installation file. Download took a lot of time. The name of the file is: AIO_CDB_NonNet_Full_Win_130_141. Then I tried t run it. My computer got warned that the file from an unknown source. But I started it and it all started with the unpacking. After a few seconds, my computer crashed with black screen. What could have caused this probem?  It is interesting to try again?

  If I buy a new HP Deskjet, e g 3520, will then get the software on a CD?

  I have a deskjet F380 who gave me excellent service. 4 days ago it stopped talking to my computer or at least on the side of feeling that's as I can still scan documents in. I'm not particularly computer savvy, but I tried to reinstall the drivers and software that came with the printer. It can print a page of test manually, so it is obviously in full working condition and I lived the gamut of online help and he gave me :-) The LPT1 port is obviously working properly I can still scan and save documents, but I'm the Director of a local company and on the side of impression is the most important for me...   I work under Windows 7. I checked the toner level - not low; cleaning cartridges does not help.  When the power is turned on, the first page prints ok, not strong. The following pages, it acts like it is printing but prints pages white, totally clean.

  Thanks for your suggestions.  I wonder if it's time for a new printer.

  I'll be happy to help you.

  I would disable all the start up programs to make sure that something in the background is not cause printing problems.

  Go to start, run, type msconfig, click on the Services tab.
  Click to select the hide all Microsoft Services check box.
  Click Disable all.

  Click on the tab at the top of the page, select Disable all the startup, apply, OK and restart the computer.

  Temporary disable all Antivirus software.

  Then try to print again.

  You will need to go back and allow all when done and turn on the Antivirus software.

  Let me know how it goes and we'll go from there.

  Thank you, for your advice Sanal.  It was good advice, but it was the same steps that I had performed several times over the last few days.  It was also the same steps as your colleagues made when they took my computer in 12 hours of chats on Sat, 10-1.
