HP ENVY 7640: Credit/Exchange for the Hp ink cartridges
My all-in-one HP Photosmart6520 has stopped working and when I called HP Customer Service they offered me the opportunity to buy a reconditioned 7640 ENVY. After woking fine for 2 days the reconditioned printer froze and when I contacted HP Customer Service they sent me a new 7640 WANT to replace the nonworking time. When ordering, the representative of HP told me to contact the ISBescalationteam@HP ".com" for more information on how to return unused of ink of the HP Photosmart printer for credit/Exchange. So after stopping my printer print in black ink, I came across the forums looking for the problem. I tried all the recommended / suggested "patches", nothing happens. To realize that it is a known problem with these printers, and after talking with a HP technician by phone who informed me that the printer is broken, I spent the rest of my morning trying to find someone at HP for please compensate me for the $58.99 I spent on HP ink cartridges I can no longer use or return - it was only after I installed new cartridges that I learned the printer is Broken - in order to buy another HP printer. (I have been perfectly willing to buy another HP printer because the 5220 has been very good for us).
The best they could offer me was $17 a $99 replacement printer that is off * not * compatible with new ink cartridges I currently have. Then, after my calculations, this would be 58,99 $ + $82 = $140,99 to be able to print again.
Not exactly a lot, IMHO.
Very disappointed with the HP customer service. Will not buy products more HP.

After posting my question on this forum, I was contacted by an army of knowledgeable, helpful HP of the people who have worked hard and quickly to help me and solve my problem. Compared to the frustrating help/customer service I received through call HP, it's like dealing with a completely different company. In hindsight, I regret to have never wasted my time trying to solve my problem by phone, but to be honest, I've posted my question here of frustration, not expecting any resolution, but rather an opportunity to evacuate.
What happened after I posted here is, indeed, a very pleasant surprise.
I was put in contact with a representative of HP who gave me a discount on the purchase of a new HP printer (which I got yesterday) and with his help have also made arrangements to return my ink cartridges (still expensive) open but little used in Exchange for a set of new compatible with my new HP printer cartridges.
Just what I was looking for was for HP to support their products - who loved us and we served well and were ready to buy again - and ultimately, they did it just to our satisfaction.

We've had this printer for several years and she did beautifully until I bought a new ink colored and installed and all of a sudden, he said that there was a lack of ink cartridge. Then I went out and bought black ink (because it is low in any case) and installed it but this message kept popping up 'the following ink cartridges need to be replaced' (for color) even if she had new ink cartridges. HP Deskjet 1000 J110: Intense black print with the black ink cartridge only

I am trying to print the darkest possible black, but simply by using the black ink cartridge. How do I get there?
My printer is HP deskjet 1000 J110 using cartridge HP 301.
I do my drawing in Adobe Illustrator and set the color to be CMYK 100 100 100 100.
If I insert only the black cartridge, the printer will leave empty place where color CMY ink should be or it will fill the space with black ink?
Basically, what I'm trying to do is to increase the density of ink to the highest possible but only using only the black cartridge.

You can use the mode single-cartridge:
Use single-cartridge in the HP printer with a single cartridge. Mode single-cartridge begins when an ink cartridge is removed from the distribution of the print cartridge. In the mode single-cartridge, the product can only printing from the computer.

CP1215 reports that all of the color ink cartridges are empty
HP CP1215 reports that all of the color ink cartridges are empty, but they were rarely used, the BLACK toner then indicates 72%, all three color inks report 0%.

Hi, I am the owner of this very good printer for 10 years now. Used only a single all these years ink cartridge (I use it only for work related missionery) with not a single problem. When we bought it we also bought a replacement ink cartridge. However, when I put in place the new ink cartridge, I have a problem of printing documents. Each document gives me the same results. I took it to the store of the local computer, which shook the cartrdige vigorously and I also ran the service option in the HP printer Toolbox. The guy at the computer said I need to print a lot of papers and see what is happening... what I did. But the result in each impression remains exactly the same. The annex in the printed document. Can we still do this ink cartridge work after having been stored for 10 years? Thank you for reading my message.
You have a bad toner cartridge. Given that this printer is very old, there is a lot new in the old box of cartridges of toner there stock. Over time, the wiper blade will hurt comes from there. Think that buy you a new toner from a big box store which should have new actions and you will come back if the cartridge is bad.

The printer include setup of cartridges in its original box, those who are required to configure the printer for the first time and can be purchased separately, so must be provided in the box.

Error message on the printer for the second time in a month. Ink cartridge problem: the following ink cartridge appears to be missing or damaged. (Blue ink) Refer to the printer Documentation. This error message came in January so I replaced the blue ink cartridge (I use genuine HP cartridges) it is now once again, so it takes the printer not the cartridge. There is nothing about it in my "documentation" and nothing relevant came in "troubleshooting."

I understand that you see an error message on your Photosmart C310a on the ink cartridge is missing or damaged. The print head may have a problem that could trigger this error. I have a troubleshooting guide that I recommend that follow you, however, if you have already tried no steps, ignore them, as the replacement of the cartridge.

DeskJet 932C, you can print with just replace the black ink cartridge?
My question is basically simple. The printer DeskJet 932C can operate with only black ink? Color ink was empty for a while now, but the printer kept working, printing in black and white. Due to the cost of the ink and the absence of any income available, we just changed the black ink cartridge. The problem now is that the printer will not print not even black and white. Do I have to scrape some funds to replace the color ink cartridge, or y at - it another way to get the printer working with just the new black cartridge?

Your printer can print in black only, but up to a certain point , you need tri-cartouche color otherwise it will not print. It's a little late now, otherwise if you only need to print B & W, a monochrome laser printer is very good and much cheaper to run (in terms of cost per page).
