  After using the steps in the document shared in the previous answer, make sure you select the paper size in the application that you open your photos with. From my experience, 10 Windows by default uses the Photos app when you open an image saved on the computer. He has a set of menus to change different print settings. You should see a menu Format paper here.

  If you open your photos with another application, click on file > print then look for a link Printing Preferences or Properties open the HP driver settings. This includes an option in the Advanced Options box or under the features tab paper size, if they are available.

  Will not to happen because your school is displayed using business authentication which may require a user name and password. You want to never connect a wireless printer to a public WiFi as everyone on campus is your printer and printing reams of paper it without reason. Connect via a cable of the printer for safety.

  I saw your post and wanted to drop to answer you! The printer does not have a memory to print, some units will store a memory fax 30 days, but that's all. The factory reset you have already done on the front would be the reset I would have suggested to try for peace of mind.

  I have a printer HP envy 5530 works well for my laptop.

  When I connect to my Win7 Remote Desktop Server (on which HP envy drivers are also installed) and try printing locally on my HP local printer, it does not work.

  When I look at my local mobile print queue, I see two copies of 'Remote Desktop redirected Printer Doc' contained in the queue. One of the queue said copies and then print. Impression size document in the print queue shows 4 KB that is abnormally low, then the missing documents from the print queue, but are not printed on the printer.

  Note that I have no problem with the same laptop, same Remote Desktop server, but using a different printer (not HP).

  I saw that on several forums (including this one), many users have this same problem but I've never seen a valid response that solves this problem with RDP.

  I solved the problem by creating a new printer on the local computer and configure the port to the Standard TCP/IP port with the IP address of the printer and the HP Deskjet 6940 driver use. Deskjet 5500 driver may work as well.
  
  The problem is with the specific Envy 5530 driver.

  They can scan and copy in black and color only. There is no option to gray scale.

  My desire 4520 won't print in black. I have downloaded the Print and Scan Doctor posing some problems and the so-called fixed. I ran the test print and darker band in the black section is missing. The ink levels are OK and I ran the head of the vacuum. I restarted it Print and doctor Scan which didn't say now no problem. The test page I was yet no more dark black band. Youn can help?

  The operating system that is supported for want 4512 is Linux, Mac and Windows. ChromeOS is not supported, so there is no drivers

  I came across your post about your 5530 craving with a paper jam that you encounter problems of compensation and also previous copies and prints that continue to print your system Windows 10.   What are the exit/scanned files?  They are pdf files? If so, you can try a product called PDFsam. You can download from the following link:

  This free product allows you to split a large file to many small files and also to merge several pdf files into a pdf file.

  I understand that you can print PDF files in color, but not of Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop, with your HP Envy 7640. I am pleased to see that for you!

  If you are able to print PDF files in color, but not Adobe, then there must be a setting that should be changed in Adobe. Take a look at this article, Let Photoshop determine printed colors, if that's not enough contact Adobe Support, for further assistance.
