AVG continues to report warnings of virus being resident in this utility and screen brightness keys continue to not work. I tried restoring the system (in safe mode) which fixed the problem temporarily, but the virus came back. I tried to reinstall the hot key utilities and put the rogue named file in AVG admitted of exceptions. Again, F6 and F7 worked for a while and then stopped with the warning of viruses yet to come. Any ideas?
