HP Laserjet cp1525nw: BlackBerry Passport Printing

Try with BlackBerry Passport Wi - Fi is a challenge that it has no owner application on their system. Several apps are not compatible with the printer. Any thoughts?

Hello @chesbeau,

Welcome to the HP forum.

What impression Blackberry devices do not have a lot of options. Little if any support the HP ePrint app.

Most often, users must send the documents to the address of @hpeprint printers, if the printer supports ePrint.

I recommend you to call the Department of the Cloud Services.

  • My Laserjet CP1525nw disconnects frequently and does not print. What should I do to put online?

I recently bought a LaserJet CP1525nw color printer. Firstly, I have established a wireless connection, via a router, with an Acer PC (Windows 7 Professional 64-bit operating system) using the CD of the printer by following the guided procedure and with attention to connect the USB cable when asked me to do. The printer worked very well. Then I installed the software in the CD for the printer on an Asus PC (operating system Windows 7 Professional 64 bit) who was in another room of my house and establishes a wireless connection between the Asus PC and printer. During the installation I was not asked to make the connection with the USB cable. I was able to print from the PC Acer or Asus PC regularly. Finally, I have a wireless printer on my laptop (operating system Linux Ubuntu 12.04 32 bit) using the HPLIP software. On the PC the LaserJet has been set as default printer. Printer LaserJet printed all three PC regularly. I left the printer. The next day, I try to print but I did not do it from a PC. The printer display showed 'Ready' and the correct printer (192.168.1.7) IP address. The blue led is on continuously. However open the control panel of the printer on the PC, I realized that the printer is offline. I tried to solve the problem to read the guide to the printer, but I wasn't able to find any suggestion. PC Acer and Asus have firewall Windows is activated and installed AVG antivirus. The netbook nothing. On the Acer PC, I uninstalled the printer and do a new installation using the CD for the printer. Really, I cannot understand what is happening and should deeply grateful to receive any suggestions on your part. Many thanks in advance and best regards. sdrrmit

  • Printer driver LaserJet CP1525nw moved

All of a sudden my Laserjet CP1525nw color printerdriver reinstall on a USB cable. Technical support is unable to find the problem. I also cleaned my registry and my hard drive but nothing helped. I rarely meet driver problems and have never had a printer driver install fail. Can anyone provide any indication this problem?

    I'm under Win. 7 (32-bit) on a desktop computer.

    Hi Ron,

You are right, it would be something in the operating system at the origin of the problem. Unfortunately I can't help you with issues related to your operating system. The only thing I can say is that you back up your data on the hard drive and then reload your OS. I'm glad to hear that you were able to successfully install the printer on your computer and the other computer. Have a wonderful weekend.

    Hi @jrmunn ,

I want to help you get the printer works on the wireless network.

There are a few different ways to install the printer on the wireless network.

    • Thanks to the support WPS.
    • Through the installation, by connecting the USB port, it will configure the wireless.
    • Once the USB installation is done. You can configure the wireless via an Ethernet connection.

    Cycle power to the router.

First, we must restore the defaults on the printer.

Press the OK button on the printer, go to the service, and then select restore default settings.

Print a printer configuration page to make sure that the IP address and SSID are erased.

    Print a Configuration report.

    Uninstall the printer software.

    WPS configuration method:

To connect your printer to your wireless router wireless using WPS:
    (your router must support WPS)

Start the mode of the WPS button on your printer.
Within 2 minutes, press the WPS button on your router.

Then run a printer from devices and printers Add Wizard.

    The USB method:

Perform a clean boot on the computer and disable the Antivirus software and any analysis in real-time in the Antivirus software also. How to perform a clean boot in Windows.

Then run the installation immediately after connecting the USB cable, follow the steps described in this document to update the drivers so that's not new error. A fatal error during Installation of the software. Then the installation should continue. (you can use this procedure for any type of installation)

If you are still having problems and you have an Ethernet cable, we can install the printer as a USB connection again and then configure the printer via wireless Ethernet.

    Method of Ethernet:

Restore the default settings of the printer.

Connect the printer to the router with an Ethernet cable.
Wait about 1 minute and the printer must have a valid IP address.
Print the configuration page to get the IP address of the printer.
Type the IP address in the address bar of Internet Explorer which should open the printer's built-in web services page.
    Installing wireless over here now.
Click the networking, wireless on the left, fill in information about the network and apply the settings.
After the confirmation, then disconnect the Ethernet cable.
Now you should have a flashing light on the printer in 1 minute wireless about.

Print a printer configuration page, to get the new IPv4 address.

Then create a new port with the new IPv4 address.

In the devices window and printers, click right on the printer and on the left, click on printer properties, select the Ports tab.

Click Add Port, select the Port TCP/IP Standard, then New Port and follow the instructions in the wizard.

    LaserJet 1022

    Windows 7

When I have updated to Internet Explorer 8 to 9, I can't print with my Laserjet 1022. This printer works with all my other programs.

It looks like IE9 dislikes the print driver for your printer. The fix for this would be to uninstall IE9, or use a different browser like Chrome or Firefox (both linked below). A solution would be to use a different print driver for the printer. These instructions are below. I don't know which driver will work as a good replacement then you may need to try a few. Hope that helps.

    Chrome:

    Firefox:

  • HP Laserjet CM1415fnw does not print wireless

    Original title: HP Laserjet CM1415fnw

My printer has stopped printing wirelessly from my PC (but prints OK when connected with a CAT5 cable). My PC is connected to the router (BTHomeHub) wireless, I can browse and enter in the config. My printer says it is connected to the router with the identifier SSID is correct and past Network Test Wireless HP on all points. I got the impression of having a fixed IP address in case it was a DHCP problem and a static IP address reservation in the router. However, in the router settings advanced, the router says the printer is not connected and I cannot ping the router from my PC. It was working fine until recently. Any ideas? THX.

  • LaserJet CP1525nw: Claer'style Wireless configuration - Laserjet CP1525nw

I had to replace a router in a neighbor's House, they used the object connected wireless printer.  The new router has forced me to change the password for the connection Wireless which was previously used.  The same SSID IS used on the router again.  I tried all attempts to reset the network settings on the printer, and whenever I do, and then repeat the wireless configuration, whether through WPS, PIN or CD-ROM and USB cable, in all cases, the connection fails and in the best case said security password is wrong or in the most serious cases that the printer is NOT the CORRECT wireless network.

More bizarre, set part aside from the absence of a solution on the forums of HP, or in the manuals, is that the printer keeps picking up an odd-ball, "HPCP1525-135f8d" SSID, mode is ad hoc and the INVESTIGATION period comes up with a "fake" number that does NOT correspond to a local network, 169.254.123.35.  I've seen IP like this before on the PC NIC cards that can not connect, I think that it's some sort of IP assigned internally, not any network device.  That combined with the fake SSID, I am convinced that the printer is at the origin of these BAD configuration data.

I tried to manually set the IP address, using a reserved IP address on the router that I've set up just for this printer.  Still nothing, it fails to connect, and collects and records this bad SSID and IP.

How the h * ll get you the NVRAM on the printer to remove this IP and FORGET that SSID?

Don't tell me to re - run the installer, I tried several times, which can temporarily erase data, but by re-running the installer again collects and RECORDS the wrong configuration data.

My best guess, and another solution that cannot be found ANYWHERE, is how do you do a HARD reset printer factory?  I had about my fill of the usability of these interface software and setup of HP!

    Help!

I found this on a post above and it works for the person.  You must first connect the printer with an ethernet cable to your network router properly available ports and then follow the instructions below:

The non-taureau * beep * way to Setup your HP CP1525nw for Wireless Printing

      1. Connect the printer to your router via an ethernet cable.
      2. At this point, you will need to navigate through the LCD keys and a printer to the network installation. It is a simple menu tree that you access via clicking on the arrow buttons and clicking OK. Simply connect via Ethernet and use the DHCP protocol. It needs to connect to your network.
      3. Once the printer connects to your network, it will display its IP address on the printer's built-in LCD display.

Enter the IP address in a web browser on a computer that is on the same network. After clicking on enter you will be presented with an administration interface based on the web for your printer.

      1. Click on the tab 'network '.
      2. Click on "Wireless Network Configuration" in the options on the left.
      3. Status should be 'ON '.
Configuration method must be "join an existing network.
Name of the network is expected to present a list of available networks. Click on yours.
Authentication should be set according to your network
      4. Click on APPLY and disconnect the wired connection to the router. The little light on the front of the printer wireless flashes because it connects to your wireless router. Once the light is solid new IP address of the printer should be displayed on the built-in LCD screen.  You should now be able to connect using this ip address.

My HP Color Laserjet 2550n will not print in color?

I spent half a day Googling this issue and could not find any solution?

When I press the go and cancel the 3 test pages print fine in color set button.

But if I try to print anything from my laptop, it's all B & W.

I already installed the latest version of PCL5, PCL6 and PS drivers from today:

I think that is the question:

    But, how to fix this?

My OS is Win 8.1Pro x 64 with all updates installed.

The colour toners are 100%, black is at 28%.

rk_russelking: your suggestions have been COMPLETELY & TOTALLY USELESS.

    I found the answer here:

... «in the printer properties, select the tab settings of the device, scroll to the very last item at the bottom, which is 'Device Type'.» The value displayed (which of course got auto-installé as a default value, for both PCL6 drivers), is "AUTO-DETECT". You would think that would work, but it apparently does not.

In any case, by selecting the drop-down arrow, it turns out that there are three available values: AUTO-DETECT, COLOR and MONOCHROME.

Of course she then had me select COLOR, click APPLY and then click OK. I repeated the process for the other printer PCL6. »

  • LaserJet M1212nf: HP LaserJet M1212nf will not print, claims paper jam

My LaserJet M1212nf do not print, and it has never printed. Whenever I have create a print job if printing from a PC, copy something via the scanner, or print a report in the menu, it goes through the following:

    1. Initializes the printer,
    2. During initialization, printer pulls in a piece of paper in the tray,
    3. Paper stops halfway in (seems to me like he already spent fuser, then probably would not print correctly in all cases), then the printer claims there is a paper jam.

Note, this printer has never properly printed a single page. The number of impressions is zero (0). I've never had a paper jam.

Note that regards the position of the paper as it is pulled into the printer, I use letter size paper, and the printer menu shows that it has set up to accept size stationery. I confirmed duplicate by checking through the web interface of the printer as well.

    Any help?

And CV: If I can't get this problem solved, I'll have no value outside of this all-in-one at all. It will have been a large lemon and probably will poison any possibility to buy HP products in the future, including those based on the experience of support I've had so far, which has been zero. I tried to get the official support of the guarantee, but despite me documented proof of purchase, my warranty has been backdated to a until I bought itand now I can not contact technical support via the Web site options. I put in another conflict guaranteed, but on the basis of the likely response time will not get an answer until after a guaranteed year is officially over.
