  I use Microsoft Office 365 under the Windows 10 64-bit operating system. Just bought a HP OfficeJet 5740 printer and the need to address an envlope size e6.   Assuming you are using the full feature software (printing software):

  If the envelope size does not appear in your print as a standard size preferences, you can create a custom template for your envelope E6.

  No problem.  I'm always happy to help you.  Looks like you might be on the right track with the cable.  What you are discribing it seems it's a communication problem, more of a problem with the drivers.  Make sure that you do not use a USB cable that is more than 6 feet (2 m).  Anything more than that and the loss of signal can cause problems like this.  Let me know what happens.

  You can do this in two ways:
  ePrint printer (set up an email from the printer and send a document to the Android)
  * Use the HP ePrint home & Biz app that allows you to print directly to the printer of the Android

  In both cases, the officejet 8600 should be connected to your network wirelessly or through ethernet. To start using home & Biz it android should be connected to the same wireless network that the printer is working correctly.

  My Officejet J6450(All in one) was working fine and all of a sudden started showing paper jam. In fact, there is no paper jam, and the "Print Test page" print just fine. If you try to print something other than "print a test page", I hear the sound of rolling paper, the print head moves to print, then a pause and here is the error msg 'Paper jam' tried all the utilities and power off / on etc, but always the same result.

  Thanks for your reply and I solve the problem last night.

  The problem was updated spooler settings the: sort options changed to "print directly to the printer" and disabled the queue. I changed it to winding and everything works fine now.

  I recently got a Lenovo T510i. He got a Core i5 CPU, 8 GB of RAM and a dedicated card nVidia NVS 3100 gfx with 512 MB of RAM, Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit running. When I got a week ago, he was using all 8 GB of RAM. Having brought to work after a week off and join it to the domain, I noticed that Windows is now saying that 3.92 GB of RAM can be used.

  This is the first time I looked at him since the laptop and so don't know when this change occurred.

  I tried to start by using the two Maximum memory option in msconfig turned on and off. When I enabled it and tells Windows to use all 8GB, he used only 2.99 GB after rebooting. When turned off, it uses 3.92 GB.

  I tried to go into the BIOS and enable the memory remapping feature, but this option is not the in there.

  Has anyone else had this problem and found a solution?

  I decided to download the update of the BIOS again and install it. Well, obviously, I could have updated with the previous wrong version once I've had the laptop and after update now, I 7,86 GB usable. Not sure what happened to the remaining 150 MB, but I can live without it for now.

  We will, carefully remove the printer from the computer. I want to uninstall, delete and otherwise remove any printer folders or files on your computer.   I have a PC that has Windows XP (sp-3), the HP OfficeJet G85, all works well with a parallel cable of the G85 to the computer.  I got the updated operating system upgraded to Windows 7 (64-bit).  Put everything back with my parallel cable, I installed the G85 on the computer and tried to print a page.  Nothing.  So far, help did not help and I'm getting nowhere.  Someone knows how to fix this?

  I'm not sure if Win7 will come back to the parallel cable. Is there a reason any your using the parallel cable instead of USB? This printer driver is included in Windows 7, but AFAIK you must use a USB cable. Here are the instructions on how to install Win7 with a USB cable: the driver for your product is included in the Windows 7 operating system

  When I bought my Officejet 7310xi and installed on my Windows XP desktop PC it worked fine print double-sided documents automatically. I recently bought a new desktop PC with Windows 8 and improved to 8.1 Windows and downloaded and installed the Officejet software drivers from the HP download site. But now not printed double-sided documents AUTOMATICALLY - when this option is selected, I get a pop up screen telling me to remove the documents from the output tray, turn around, and then reinsert them into the feeder, that is, that it acts as if I asked for MANUAL duplex printing.

  I found this to be the solution: the "Général" tab: I clicked on "Edit properties"; This time when I clicked on the "Device settings" tab, the "unit duplex (for printing on 2 sides): not installed" line was not dimmed, and I was able to change the setting for "installed". Automatic printing two-sided works now. Thanks for the help.
