  Switch the main account (Microsoft Account) as a local account, and then switch back to a local account on behalf of Microsoft.

  To switch to a Local account, you can refer to the following steps:

  b. press change PC settings. (If you use a mouse, point to the lower right of the screen, move the mouse to the top, click settingsand then click change PC settings).

  c. tap or click accounts, tap or click on your account.

  d. click on disconnect, you may be asked to confirm your current password.

  e. follow the on-screen instructions.

  To switch to a Microsoft Account, you can refer to the following steps:

(If you use a mouse, point to the lower right of the screen, move the mouse to the top, click settingsand then click change PC settings). Press or click accounts, press or click on your accountand then press or click to connect to a Microsoft account. You may be asked to verify your password, follow the instructions on the screen.

  The printer uses a newer version of the software, and your solution center of older printers will not see this printer. You should have an icon on your desktop like the one below which is the new center of solution for this version of the software. Let me know if you need assistance?

  • What is the operating system you use, Windows or Mac? What version?

  I just replaced the cartridges for my PHOTOSMART 5520.

  After that, color printing has no black color.

  All HP cartridges are not new.

  It's very frustrating.

  for some unknown reason, this problem is gone when I tried printing 2 weeks later.

  I replaced the 4 cartridges again purchased at HP online.

  After that, the black will not print if I choose to print in color.

  But if I print in "black and white only", black is in fact works very well.
