HP Photosmart Premium C310a: Applications with internet connectivity problems

My printer has developed recently a problem with printing applications does not connect to the internet. The wi - fi connection is very strong, and the printer will always print things wireless laptops on the network.     I wonder if anyone can comment on a subject that I have with a (a) wireless on my home network devices.  The problem is that a Dell laptop knows slow or no internet connectivity using wireless at all.  Sometimes 1-2 minutes to load one page, other times the message 'not able to display the Web page' dreaded.  That's using Ethernet.  I have another laptop (brand/model exact even) and it has no problem.  I also have a Macbook Pro and other IOS from Apple (iPod/iPad) devices which are very good.  Several connected Ethernet devices are very good as well.  The laptop in question had no problem with my previoius Linksys devices, which are a BEFSR41/WAP55AG and a WRT-54GS v2.  This laptop was the first day or two on the EA4500, but something happened that causes this problem.  I had to add the WAP55AG on my network so my son is happy again, but my plan was to dismantle the other devices.  Suggestions regarding what I can do to fix this are greatly appreciated.

    Thanks for the suggestion.  I tired who, but it did not work.  I then called Dell and they found that the wireless adapter on battery power has been set to maximum power saving.  Changed for maximum Performance and it's been very well.  Fortunately there is nothing wrong with the router.  Thanks again for the suggestion.

    Hi all

    I bought a HP Photosmart Premium C310a this weekend. Everything works fine except the scan. This is what the problem is:

    When I try to scan (through the centre of solutions) I get an error message as soon as scanning starts software (hpiscnapp.exe) that says: (translation of the Dutch for some of them may not be accurate) the scan cannot be made because the HP imagingdevice has a network and is used by another program or computer. Try again later.

    Description of the error extended; 4, [(0,400,80004005), (2,33,80040013), (3,33,0)]

    Nothing (no other program or computer) is using the scanner at the moment. The strange thing is I have Windows 7 64-bit systems and on the system, 32-bit and Windows 7 32-bit system works very well.  [EDIT: just encountered the same error on the PORTABLE 32-bit too :-(]

    Scanning from the façade C310a and selecting the computer also translate this error.

    Wireless connection to the C310a directly via an "ad hoc" connection does not either.

    I deleted all HP components (including using the abduction utillity L4) and them reinstalled several times. Through the page Web of the C310a scanning is possible, but with resolutions lower (max 600 dpi). I ran the diagnostic HP, no result (HPPS.exe) program.

    Context: C310a is wireless in the same network as the three laptop computers box.

    Laptops: 2 x Windows 7 64-bit, 1 x Windows 7 32 bit

    No problem: 1 x Windows 7 32 bit [EDIT: just encountered the same error on the PORTABLE 32-bit too :-(]

    Problem: 2 x Windows 7 64 bit.

    Been strugling with this problem for a few days. Would be very happy if someone knows how to solve this problem.

    Hi Travis (and maybe somebody else who will have the same problem in the future).

    So I finally got to do the work. Here's what I did. I backed up my data, wiped my laptop completely and reinstalled all software, including 64-bit Windows. Now everything works flawelessly. Don't ask me why, or what caused the problem because I know and still can not understand.

    At least everythings works as it should and I hope it will stay like that.

    I have a HP PhotoSmart Premium C310A get error code 06x10011bef, no idea what it is?  It was error 0x610000f6 I found to be 'Transport Jam'.  Found a sunken world of black ink cartridge cartridge everywhere inside the printer.  took the print head and cleaned and do not have this error more, but now the news.  Any help would be appreciated.

    Usually, the error refers to a print head or of ink system failure.

    I bought a HP Photosmart Premium C310a and now I am trying install the drivers for it on my new computer with Windows 7 x 64. I tried only the driver (PS_AIO_07_C310_FSW_Basic_Win_rus_140_246.exe), and the full package (PS_AIO_07_C310_FSW_Full_Win_rus_140_246.exe) official website - both of them give me the same error: when I agree with the license terms, the installation checks the update and then disappears without notice or cause.

    Please help me as soon as POSSIBLE.

    PS: I can't find the original CD.

    My Photosmart Premium C310a printer print is darker.  The following information may be useful:

    • Product number: CN503A, model number C310a
    • Two PC printer: we're a Windows 8.1 operating system (64-bit) and the other is a Windows 7

    So far, I conducted the following remediation efforts:

    • Replace the ink cartridge
    • Used HP support assistance to try to clean the printer and align the printer.  Alignment failed.
    • Replace the print head with a refurbished HP printhead.  (This also includes cleaning the area specified in the replacement instructions).
    • The printer still does not print in black.
    • Tried to align the print head.  He failed.

    Any suggestions?  The printer is no longer guaranteed.

  • HP Photosmart Premium C310A...

    HP Photosmart Premium C310A... Error message indicates that the smaller black cartridge is missing.

    I bought a black XL and put it in the slot of the largest. I threw the small cartridge and now the printer does nothing with an enpty slot.  I went to the store and bought a new rear cartridge that said XL on the box.  When I got home it IS a XL and custom insert into the smaller slot. Stores here carry not more the smaller cartridge for blacks.  It's so frustrating.  This printer has been a huge disappointment. Even when I have all new cartridges I don't get over 10 pages until the ink is gone. It is $ 3.00 per page to print in black only or in color. (BS.)

    How can I get this printer to bypass the smaller cartridge slot and read more?

    The smaller "black" cartridge is a photo cartridge.  You need to replace the photo cartrdige, the printer cannot print without all cartridges installed.  (Further - withdrawal from a tape for a long time will allow the print head to dry out, which can cause damage permamant...)

    I have a printer Photosmart Premium C310a that I already returned a printer to the store for this same problem. After that initial set-up of the printer was working fine (not to mention that the white lines printed in the photos, but I could deal with it). As I said, I returned the first because I couldn't get the printer to print anything. Would make sounds as it was printing, but then spit on a blank page, no matter how, I have printed or copied.     apeace, I recommend you do as you did, uninstall the printer under programs and features but also by ensuring that this printer he is removed from the Manager of peripherals and devices and printers.     On HP a6542p PC with factory installed Windows Vista (64-bit), Vista operating system program does not take account of Internet broadband, which, in reality, a good connection.  for the first 2 years of operation, the PC internet connection worked well, but a year ago, he started this OFF intermittent / WE internet problem.  SOMETIMES, I can manage to temporarily restore the internet after running randomly across the machine diagnostic & installation programs available to the home screen, OR SOMETIMES also after running REGEDIT in the start (search) bar and watching the TCP/IP settings (do not change them, just watch), but the internet connection drops again after the machine is idle for a few minutes.  I get very tired of the exercise Dog & Pony to run through the different random procedures & hoping that something will work.  I tried the fix from Microsoft using a flashdrive D/L from the Windows site to my XP machine and tried a few manual corrections proposed on various websites, but nothing seems to work.  I have no HP manufacturer disk to reload the Vista operating system.  The connection is good, the cable is good, but Vista gives me contradictory information about the diagnosis, such as ERROR 815, and he tells me also a cable is disconnected (not true, the cable is plugged & good & works very well when the Vista connection is restored), while another diagnostic message indicates the internet connection is good, at the same time other messages say is not.   What can I do to fix this problem in Vista?  Personal e-mail is: * address email is removed from the privacy * -I will check that URL of Web site for the possible answer.    Thanks in advance.

    Imrand - Thanks for the tip, I tried it & it didn't work.  However, I found an update of the HP driver for the network card Realtek in my machine, & after d/l this new driver, the problem seems to be fixed.  The Web connection is still good after several cycles of closing & reboot.  I'm not sure, because with this HP Vista PC, I can never be sure of anything, but I think the problem might be due to the rotating system off the NETWORK adapter in sleep mode, & so not put on when waking up.  Diagnostics messages confused and contradictory pages of different screen Windows were of NO use, it looks like the internet connection was good (which it was), while the other would be at the same time say there is no connection due to the disconnection of the cable, while the other at the same time say that the DNS server broadband couldn't recognize my internet query.  Total BS of Vista, which has compounded the problem than he was.  I only am not surprised Microsoft abandoned the Vista operating system so fast, so many other users of Vista have similar internet connection problems.  The user friendly and very stable XP operating system I have on an old PC of Insignia is my favorite.  Microsoft had to quit with it, IMO.
