HP PRINTER P2035 NOT RECOGNIZED USB.

I BOUGHT THE NEW PRINTER HP P2035 LASER PRINTER AND NOT ABLE TO INSTALL IN WINDOWS 7. I USE THE ORIGINAL CD TO INSTALL IT BUT WHEN THE TIME TO CONNECT USB, I CONNECT BUT NOT RECOGNIZED AT ALL. I CHANGED THE USB PORTS BUT SAME PROBLEM. ALL USB PORTS ARE WORKING OTHER DEVICES WORK IN ALL THE USB PORTS ON MY DESKTOP COMPUTER.

I DOWNLOADED THE NEW VERSION UPDATE OF P2035 HP/SUPPORT STILL THE SAME PROBLEM. I FORMATTED MY DESKTOP SAME PROBLEM. I UNINSTALLED THE ANTIVIRUS BUT NO USE. THE OPERATION OF THE SOFT WARE TILL PRINTER CONNECT THE USB CABLE AFTER THAT NO RESPONSE. NOW I AM IN TROUBLE, SINCE I AM NOT ABLE TO USE THIS NEW PRINTER. I HAVE OTHER MODELS OF PRINTERS HP (P1006, P1102) AS THESE ARE INSTALLED VERY SOON. ONLY THE MODEL P2035 IS FACING PROBLEM.

I INSTALLED THE USB 2.0 & 3.0 DRIVERS TO CHECK IT OUT. SAME QUESTION. EVEN WITHOUT INSTALLING ANY DRIVERS, ANY PRINTER IS ON AND JUST CONNECT WITH THE USB PRINTER CABLE TO THE COMPUTER IT WILL RECOGNIZE. THIS PRINTER HAS NO ANSWER AT ALL.

NOW WHAT SHOULD I DO?  IF YOU SOLVE MY PROBLEM, I TRY TO INSTALL MY NEW PRINTER.

Thank you

Hello Prabha,

Thanks for posting your query in Microsoft Community Forum.

  1. Do you have an error message when it is not detected? If YES, what is the exact and complete error message that you receive?

I understand that the USB device is not detected by your computer. The question may arise if the currently loaded USB driver has become unstable or damaged or if your PC requires an update for problems that could conflict with a device USB and Windows. This can also occur if your USB controllers may have become unstable or corrupt. So, I would suggest trying the following steps and check if the problem persists.

Method 1:

Please try the fixit (s) provided below which will help you solve common problems associated with devices and USB ports.

If method 1 does not work, try Method 2.

Method 2:

Remove and reinstall all USB controllers.

  1. Open Manager devices by clicking the Start button, click Control Panel, click system and security, and then, under System, clicking Device Manager. If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
  2. In the list of the categories of equipment, locate and expand Bus USB controllers.
  3. Right-click every device under the Bus USB controllers node and then click Uninstall to remove them one at a time.
  4. Restart the computer and let the USB controllers get reinstalled.
  5. Plug in the removable USB device and test to make sure that the problem is solved.

If the problem persists, go to method 3.

Method 3:

Disable USB selective suspend framework. This method prevents your power off USB device.

  1. Click the Start button, type power management in the search box, and then click choose a power plan.
  2. Next to your currently selected plan, click Change Plan settings.
  3. Click change advanced power settings.
  4. Click in the box USBsettings, and then expand the USB selective suspend settings.
  5. Click on the area, and then click the menu drop down and select disabled.
  6. If you use a laptop, click the cell, and then click the menu drop down and select disabled.
  7. Click apply, and then click OK.

If your problem still exists, go to method 4.

Method 4:

This method will install the latest drivers from device to your USB device.

  1. Click the Start button, type Windows Update in the search box, and then click Windows Update in the results pane.
  2. Click find updates. When the scan finished, click optional review updates.
  3. Click the check box next to the update, and then click install updates.
  4. If you are prompted, read the license agreement, then click I agree.
  5. Follow the instructions on the screen to download and install updates.
  6. If you are prompted, restart your computer.

More information: Update a hardware driver that is not working properly

If the device fails after updating the driver, you can try to roll back the driver with its previous version.

Restore a driver with its previous version

Hope this information is useful. If the problem still persists, please post back for further assistance, we will be happy to help you.

Kind regards

    Hi Mariano,

I recommend that you check with Lenovo,

As you mention, the printer is fully functional with your WIndows XP and 8.

There are different factors to conseeder on a print server.

It is the driver for the specific printer?

Support a printer based on the host as the M1132?

Lenovo may be able to provide a better response to those as being familiar with possible configurations and capabilities of the print server.

  • Device not recognized USB message with iPhone 3g

Here's the story from the beginning, I hope that I have provide sufficient detail.

I got my iPhone 3 G is replaced. Therefore, a new phone... I went on iTunes in the middle of the restoration... It gave an error message and put my phone in recovery mode. Since my computer gives me the message "USB DEVICE NOT RECOGNIZED" and appears as an "unknown device" in Bus USB controller in Device Manager.

I went to apple and they finished the restoration... I plugged the phone on other computers... It is therefore not the phone.

Still nothing pops up... It keeps giving me "USB DEVICE NOT RECOGNIZED" I have uninstalled iTunes the right way... as Apple people walking through and reinstalled... the Apple Mobile Device is started.

I still get nothing... everything is... newly installed... Windows doesn't recognize just... that it doesn't show up as a camera... and it does not even charge my phone.

I tried different ports... and I get the same message... my camera and my sisters iPod shuffle connect correctly.

I really need help! I don't know what else to do... I need to work on this computer. It's a Toshiba Satellite Windows Xp SP3

I just went through two weeks of tampering with my 'old' computer trying to recognize my new 4370dn Canon multifunction printer after installing Windows 7.  I tried to reinstall Windows XP, uninstall the USB ports and hubs in Device Manager, update the printer drivers and several combinations of these elements.  In my case the ports would recognize external hard drives and flash drives, but my printer would come as a device not recognized.  Finally, what worked for me was to uninstall all the ports/USB hubs listed in Device Manager (they get automatically reinstalled with a soft reboot of the computer) again, download a driver from the Intel website (http://downloadcenter.intel.com/confirm.aspx?httpDown=http://downloadmirror.intel.com/16023/a08/infinst_autol.exe&agr=&ProductID=&DwnldId=16023&strOSs=&OSFullName=&lang=eng) chipset installation utility and restart the computer.  When I plugged the USB cable from the printer, the normal process of new device was launched.
  • LASERJET 1022 device not recognized USB

When I connect my laserjet 1022 printer on my computer, I get the message "USB device not recognized". normally, I use Windows 7 64 bit, but I try to connect another computer that has Windows XP OS. Win7 or Win XP allows to print anything with appropriate drivers. I think that this is not a driver problem, it seems to be a hardware problem. Everybody respected this problem before, I can't use this printer.

also we have an another 1022 that works, I replace my printer to it and my printer is not yet printed.

If I have a hardware problem somebody advice me anything.

    Thanks for your help,

The printer will print a test if not connected to the computer page? If this isn't the case, then the hardware problem is the printer that is connected.

If you print a page of test if not connected to the computer, then the problem is on the side of the computer. Try another cable USB or port. Some computers, especially laptops, can have very delicate USB ports (my laptop Lenovo's ) and USB cables can go wrong.

    Hello

Thanks for the reply with the status.

You use a desktop or laptop computer? What is the make and model?

If you are using a laptop, I suggest you disconnect all external devices, remove the battery and keep it idle for 5 minutes. This would allow the motherboard drain his power. After 5-7 minutes, we can re - insert the battery and check with the question.

    Hope this information helps.

  • Portege R700-17Z bios not recognizing USB devices

    Hello

I'm after some advice on a problem I'm having with my R700, I can't get the laptop to recognize USB hard drives start-up stage. I am trying to use Acronis to create an image that I have 40 of these laptops.

The CD-ROM USB CD drive is recognized and is therefore a Corsair USB pen (which is unfortunately not large enough), but I have three hard drives USB (a Freecom Tough Drive, Buffalo MiniStation and Western Digital passport) and none of them are recognized by the BIOS. Legacy USB emulation is enabled.

    Am I missing something?

    Thank you, Karen

When I plug it into the same old PC under XP Pro SP3, it is recognized and works.
When I plug it into a new PC running Vista Home Premium, it is recognized and works

There are a lot of bleating like a lost sheep on the run faster if connected to a USB 2 port, but if I plug it directly into the port from Toshiba it does not at all.

Is the gap of 4-port hub powered by the USB port of your satellite or is it a KVM?

If self-powered it s then it s obviously needs a lot of power combo card reader which can be provided by all of your computers, but not the satellite.

It is a theory that might make sense... :)

  • Nighthawk R8500, USB 3.0 Flash drive not recognized USB 3.0 Port, Port of only 2.0

My Nighthawk R8500 router with the latest firmware, V1.0.2.54_1.0.56, does not recognize my SanDisk Ultra Fit 128 GB USB 3.0 Flash drive when it is connected to the router USB 3.0 Port. The Ultra Fit is formatted in FAT32 and works fine when plugged into USB Port 2.0 router or my laptop.

At first, I thought maybe USB 3.0 Port on my router wasn't working at all, but it recognizes my SanDisk 16 GB Cruzer USB 2.0 Flash Drive that is also formatted FAT 32. Unfortunately both my laptop have USB 2.0 Ports, so I don't know if the problem is with the router or the Ultra Fit Flash Drive. Everyone knows about this problem of their Flash 3.0 player is not recognized in USB 3.0 Port their router, especially with a SanDisk Ultra Fit? This problem can be resolved through firmware? I'd really like to take full advantage of the speed of USB 3.0 as I like to share files through my router via ReadyShare and ReadyCloud.

Thanks in advance for any help, Carlos

Technical support with me. Installation of a updated firmware, V1.0.2.64_1.0.62, which became available shortly after my post, solved the problem. -Carlos

  • Not recognized USB-6251 (detected) to the MAX but is detected by the Windows 7 Device Manager

Does anyone have a solution to our problem?

USB-6251 is not recognized (detected) in MAX but is detected by the Windows 7 Device Manager.

    Is our configuration: Windows 7 (64-BIT), DAXmx 9.3.0f2, MAX 4,8 and USB-6251 (S/N 12B647A. P/N 194929 D - 04 L)

    We had a 'ready' indication/led the 6251.

We tried several things... (all do not work)

    1. we have installed DAQmx 9.3 (for Windows 7)

    2. clean MAX Database by the following

    http://digital.NI.com/public.nsf/WebSearch/86256F0E001DA9FF86256FFD005B827C?OpenDocument

    Michael B.

Yes the 6251 appears as a DAQ hardware.  Device charger OR placed in the auto-start services window.  We have refreshed MAX.

Success!  I had to manually start the device loader.  Even if the service has been set to autostart, it did not work.  Right-click on the service shows that the beginning was selectable.  Click Start and the service began.  Start to MAX and can now see the device.  Open the front panel.

How does the monitor devices OR running in the interface of the status bar to the device loader service?

I don't understand why the service was not working.  Is it a security issue?  I am logged in as administrator.  I'll try once again as a normal user.

Our HP computer does not find the printer wireless above.  We made the updated IP address, which is correct, have restarted the router, the computer and the printer.  Convenience store is unable to detect a problem

    Hi Karen,.

-What version of Windows is installed on the computer?

-What antivirus/firewall software you have installed on the computer?

The document from HP concerning "printer does not maintain the wireless connection.

    http://h10025.www1.HP.com/ewfrf/wc/document?cc=us&LC=en&DLC=en&docName=c02817031#N80

You have tried most the steps mentioned in the document, but please try once more.

Additionally, make sure that you disable the antivirus and firewall programs just to make sure that these programs do not block the detected printer.

Note: You must enable the /firewall antivirus as soon as you've done troubleshooting. If this is not the case, your computer will be vulnerable to viruses.

Let us know if the steps of troubleshooting mentioned in the link will help.

Well, you don't want to uninstall the controllers, instead, R.click USB

on them (one at a time), select "(mise à jour de logiciels ou pilotes), achieve internet,"

do it for all, close when thru.

Also, try to go to the web site of mfg MB (intel, amd, etc.), download the chipset installation utility.

or the update to the youre MB chipset. This includes software drivers for USB
