HP psc 750xi: printer psc 750xi stuck in auto test and ink cart move.

When you reconnect psc 750xi printer for the office, when it is powered on, psc 750xi printer is stuck in the self test and ink cart move. The printer is recognized by the computer so that it seems to be a problem with the printer. Diagnosis of HP is nothing. Restart the computer and the printer does not change. It worked before I unplugged.

It seems that there might be a power supply problem or there might be a hardware malfunction. Please, try the following steps to see if we can solve the problem.

Try the steps in the order presented:

  • Unplug the USB cable.
  • Let the printer and disconnect the printer cable and the wall socket for 60 seconds.
  • Reconnect the power cable to the output of the printer and the wall, and not a surge protector. This ensures that the printer is full on and can help this situation.
  • Make sure that the printer is connected directly to a wall outlet (do not use a hub or a surge protector). This ensures that the printer is full on and can help this situation.
  • Connect the cable USB in once the printer has finished his departure without errors.

If the problem persists, follow the steps in this guide: print cartridge error.

I have a HP 4620.  I sent a print job to the computer via the network.  It will not be printed, so I tried to delete the job.  It is stuck on "deletion" and will not erase (it has been like this for days).  I tried the other options such as restart, pause etc. and it is just stuck say delete.  I restarted the computer and activated and on the printer, but can not do the work to remove.  So just now I can't print anything because new jobs will not be printed either; guess that they don't print until that first job is deleted.  Can I remove the new print jobs.  Someone at - it solution.

    Hello

From the desktop, hold down the Windows key and press R.  In the run window, type services.msc and press to enter.  Scroll down to the print spooler service, right click and select Properties, then click the Stop button.  Now search for C:\Windows\System32\Spool\PRINTERS, then delete the work inside this folder - you may need to click a command prompt to get the authority to open the PRINTERS folder.

Restart the computer and you should find that the documents have been deleted.

print job is stuck that pf HP psc 5210 series, will not erase Paul job, cannot print anything now

I have a printer HP psc 2510 series deskjet.  Print many documents, it has notified me that I was low on ink which I was aware of.  I had a little more what to print, and chose the young project option for printing of no more than 1 to 3 pages.  I constantly tried to cancel the job that kept the origin of the printer show (not answer).  It aligned to the top other jobs, but after trying to delete all, printer then turn on again, it still shows the original print job, and I'm unable to find a way out of Quebec

Verification of updates, there are only two listed as "optional" still thought by downloading them, it can solve the problem.  It does not; He gave the error message on the print job in that causing a feeling of power.

I've never seen this before; I was always able to plug & play on my desktop printer and trying to use it on my Sony VAIO VGN-NW310F series.

It is imperative to get this resolved.  School assignments are due and professorts not only does not want to hear the excuses of any kind, printing problems have always been easily resolved so far.

Please - I need immediate assistance.  I already used the troubleshooter printer online which, as said earlier custody indicating the print job to Québec, is causing the printer to not answer.  I cancelled each time, but it will not go away.  I turned off the printer, reinstalled in the hope it would be empty, but it will not.

I appreciate your atttention guest on this subject.  I work with Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit operating system.

  • Wireless printing problem-Documents stuck in print queue

    Original title: printing problem

Until yesterday, I was able to print OK using Windows XP and a pro HP Officejet 8500 wireless.  Reported network test wireless (on printer) and report indicates that there are no reported problem, also did the diagnostic test and which shows no problem either.  I can't print and documents are just stuck in the print queue - please can someone help, it drives me crazy because it's probably a very simple solution.

I guess you do not have all of the error messages.

It is possible that comes to mind that your printer has received a new IP address of your router (this could easily happen if you have several computers and other devices that connect to your wireless network).

Find the IP address of the printer of his network diagnostic page.
Click Start > printers and faxes, right-click the printer and select Properties
Select the Ports tab, then click on the button "Configure Port" (be careful NOT to click anywhere in the list of ports)
Make sure that the IP address in 'Port settings' is identical to that shown on the diagnosis of your network printer page.

Although some printers wireless HP install a driver having a box in the "Parameters of the Port" tab that says always "print to this same device if its IP address changes" it is best to configure the printer to have a static IP address.  See your printer User Guide for instructions.

Choose an appropriate subnet address (i.e., has the first 3 groups of numbers the same as the other addresses in your network) but who is not in the range of addresses assigned by the DHCP server on your router.  See the User Guide of your router for more details.

  • docx does not print, just gets stuck in the queue. What should do?

W/docx sent electronic to my pc, can open the docx, but it will not be printed. Becomes just hung up in a stone impression. Have you tried printing cancellation and said only: 'deleting printing' but printer still in the lower tray icon, and the print queue seems frozen.

Operating system: Windows XP w/SP3, Windows 2000, HP 1350 printer. Turning and disconnecting / reconnecting printer/disable does not work.  By restarting (and by unplugging / plugging computer) has worked in the past to get the 'non-frozen' print queue but still no printing of docx, same thing.  When I save the docx to doc, seems to print ok. It's one thing to doc docx vx?  Why and what to do? Thank you very much.

    Help, please

If you have a cable network or usb connected remove it and power on.  To do the samething.  If so, then the trainer probably has problems and needs to be replaced.  Now to test, with the power off, remove the formatter and on the same side of the printer is a test of the motor button.  There is a little hole where you can paste a Publix stick and press on after switch on/off the printer formatter and wait about 1 minute.  If the printer prints a test page with lines on what would confirm that the trainer has a problem.  If it's ready with a network cable or usb removed, then you have a bad print job which is originally the printer restart.  If the test engine does not work, you may need to implement because it could be any component in the printer causing the reboot.

  • Printer HP Officejet 6100; Win 7; Access the ink cartridges

Printer HP Officejet 6100; Win 7;  If the ink cartridge access door is opened with the printer, the cartridge printheads do not change access.  No error reported.

    Well, couple of questions:

First, they move with the door closed while printing, I want to say it actually prints, which would indicate that the transport is not stuck on the side? If it does not move, it may be blocked behind the paper or something inside the printer. It is not recommended to reach into the printer.

Second, is there an indication (light/message) which shows the door is actually open? Otherwise, there is a tab inside the right side of the door near the label to ink cartridge number? It is located on the edge of the door, and goes into the printer indicating open or closed to the printer.

If all this seems correct, try a hard reset on the printer. Powered on, unplug the power cord of the printer, wait at least 30 seconds, then plug the power supply cord. Turn on the printer and see if it will allow access to the cartridges.

  • Why my printer always say its in offline mode and how do I change

I can barely get my printer to print from my laptop it says printer offline, but it is not checked, how can I get it online and stay there

The same thing comes from happening to me and I found the problem in a few minutes exploring.  I use Windows 7.

    1. Go to the menu 'start '.
    2. Select "devices and printers".
    3. Double-click your printer
    4. "Click on the link above to the right that says ' printer: Offline"
    5. Click on "Printer" at the top left
    6. Down and uncheck "use printer offline".

If you use Firefox to print most documents (boarding cards, identified mastercard, genealogy documents) printing shows only 1/4 of the page, is located in the left lower quadrant and doesn't print not part on the right side of the information. When I go into Safari and print the same documents in 2 minutes what they always print very well. We like Firefox and prefer to continue to use, but if we are unable to print, we use Safari more often

  • HP ENVY 5660: Connected printer & print desktop PC and tablet. Print & Scan doctor says he is not and cannot be.

A couple of weeks ago, we changed Internet providers & I plugged our devices (desktop, tablets, phones & printer) in the new system.  We now have AT & T U-verse with a cable of optical fiber to a hub not far from our House & a circuit dedicated copper from there to the router/gateway. They claim that we have a regular service of Mgbps 18.

Everything seems to work very well. We had anything drop and do not cause any problems. However, our range of printers HP says that it is connected to the Internet. It provides all the correct information and it works very well in our devices. But the Asus desktop computer insisted that the printer is offline, even if I print documents from him. Today, Windows did an update and when I checked the update report that he said he could not update the printer because it is in offline mode and it will not be printed. Then I printed something again.

This update failure is my real problem. When I checked in the settings in Windows 10 on the desktop, it also insisted that the printer is offline. So I clicked on the icon of the application for the Print & Scan doctor. He also insisted the printer is not connected and that it is unable to connect from the Internet. Yet once again, the printer prints despite this reported disconnection.

I don't know if the printer is actually updated even if update report says that it is not. I have had no problem since the printer from the reconnect the devices and printer or the update today. After I've done 4 or 5 tries to install the software with printing & Scan app, I checked in the settings of Windows 10 and again, he has insisted that the printer is offline.

However, earlier, I checked in the settings, printers and scanners again in 10 Windows on the computer from Asus desktop & for the first time it reports "Series of 5660 HP ENVY (network)" & "Serial number (5660 HP ENVY series)" as the customs declaration.  The first says that it cannot print when I tried a test page; but, the other printed a test page. Is the first representative of the scanner and it cannot print because no document has been selected?

When I created this Asus desktop / printer in February when I bought them, I did it using WIFI only, using no USB connection, to do and the printer has always worked our devices just as it continues to do so.

Again, my real problem is declared failure to Windows 10 update.

Thank you for taking the time to browse this message and I thank you for your help.

    Hello

Thank you for using the HP Forums.

Can you try using a TCP/IP port?

    Creating a TCP IP port

    1. print a Configuration Page to get the printer IPv4 address (you can also tap on the icon wireless on the front panel of your printer to obtain the IP address)
    2. on your PC, go to the Panel control, devices and printers, right-click the printer and on the left, click printer properties, select the Ports tab.
    3. click Add Port, select the Port TCP/IP Standard, then New Port and follow the instructions in the wizard.
    4. Enter the IP address of the printer.

This video resource will show you how do:

Create & use TCP IP port

Note that you can ALWAYS go back to the original port the HP software installed by selecting the HP port on the Ports tab (in the properties of the printer)

Let us know if it works
