HP: updating Windows stopped 10

Hello! I had Windows 10 earlier. Just yesterday I was working on my computer and then I decided to restart it because it was a little slow. I chose the option "update and restart", because generally it should not be more than 15 minutes.
Then my computer started to update is version 10 of windows (without my permission). Now, he works 12 hours and 91% for 4 hours already... What should I do?

Hi @mariakos,

Welcome to the HP Forums!

What is the number of product/model of your laptop? How can I find my model number, serial number or product?

In the meantime, please take a look at this article How to challenge Windows Update when it gets stuckand let me know what happens!

If it helps, please consider clicking on "accept as a solution." And, please click the thumbs up icon. The two icons are below this post.

I hope this article helps!
