I installed apex 4.2.6. apex login screen is empty.  No failure on the game.

Recently installed APEX 4.2.6.  Already had a working of the APEX 2.1 installation.  Installation has been successful without any error message.  Documentation Oracle say he had no problem installing 4.2.6 for a previous installation of the APEX.  When I try to access the APEX host login screen: port / apex I get an empty screen APEX login in my web browser.  I wonder if I should do a before uninstalling I did the 4.2.6 install anyway.  Any suggestions what might be the problem?

Not enough information. See: How to get answers from the forum

Should include information on the middle tier you use (OHS/EPG/ADR) as the white page is related to the web server is not properly pages / content or content of pages / are missing in the expected location.

This problem is mainly related to the incorrect loading of the images to the web server.

Given that you use EPG (Embedded PL/SQL Gateway).

It is a wire recent similar problem to which I answered in detail:

blank page after you successfully install apex 4.2.6 4.2.0

This thread, I explained to upgrade, that applies also to the installation.

Specifically, the path you give during the loading of images for the sql scripts apex_epg_config.sql/apxldimg.sql is incorrect when you use the EPG.

I hope this helps!

Thanks for getting back to me. I sold my old laptop to my son-in-law, and he asked me to remove my name from the computer off so that my name wasn't on the screen all the time. so I deleted the profile of cook of lorraine and made one for him, but I didn't give it a password. then I realized what I had to do (I got Lorraine where time is on the bottom of the screen), but was unable to highlight to remove it without a mouse. so I plugged a mouse, but the computer does not read, then I restarted the computer. When I restarted, all I could get was the windows login screen.

then I typed in the name son-nlaws and they said that he was kidnapped, tyoed in mine and got the same and then typed in Administrator, but did not know the password. I have since reinstalled windows. XP Professional would not install saying a file was missing, so I installed xp family and is working again. He just has to click on what edition it wants to run. Professional XP of course happen just with the display of connection... but it can use again.

This means that JavaScript is not enabled in your Internet Explorer.

Without your Internet Explorer is the ability to run JavaScript, there is no way for Skype create login screen, short using the workaround solution 'legacylogin '.

  • Login screen broken

I use the latest version of Skype (6.22.81) on Windows 8.1, I broke the Skype login page - it's the display without style. Except this everything works fine.

I looked at all the solutions - probably, but none of them does not work for me - in the registry I text/css, I have all installed Windows updates, my IE can run JavaScript and so on.

Even if I deleted all the files in my profile and Skype recreate the same problem occurs, but when I connect to another account them on the machine even the login screen looks very good.

The only solution that has worked before going to AppData\Local\Skype\Apps\login and editiing index.html file:

    TO

It has perfectly solved the problem. But unfortunately it doesn't work anymore, because now, if I edit this file and launch Skype, Skype deletes this file and creates the same as the previous one with the same content (with IE = edge).

On all computers where the style css works properly with Internet Explorer and registry settings .css is correct, the login screen displays with correct style also.

    You can also try this:

    Change the metatag "IE-8.

Now open the folder of installation of Skype

    C:\Program Files (x 86) \Skype\Phone\

You should see it files named Skype.exe and Login.cab. Rename the Login.cab file to something different, for example Login_old.cab.

Double-click the Skype.exe file. Skype should now start using the file updated the index.html.

  • Mouse and keyboard not working only not to the login screen

Hi, I was recently infected with Antispyware Soft virus. In my attempt to remove it, my screen went black, so I had to restart my computer. Entering my login screen, I was unable to connect because my keyboard and mouse no longer works. I tried to start the safe mode too and they still do not work on the login screen. However, they work at the start of the BIOS. I looked around, but I couldn't find any option for Legacy USB drivers. I went to a few USB option and select [Enabled] and it still doesn't work to the login screen. I have no PS2 port, so I can't try it. I was also able to use my mouse and keyboard when you attempt a repair of the system to do a system restore, but that solves nothing. I am at a loss what to do. I hope someone is late, as I'll be gone tomorrow/more day late today. I am writing a computer laptop and unable to remember any care my office except the fact, it's Windows Vista.

    Hi HellMuT1,

We recommend to use a different mouse and keyboard, then check the result. If the problem persists, try the following steps.
    1. Insert Windows Vista DVD.
    2. restart your computer.
    3. let the computer restart (boot) from the DVD.
    4. If you are prompted, press a key to continue.
    5. When you reach the screen install Windows, select your preferences in the language to install, time and currency format and keyboard or input method boxes, and then click Next.
    6. do not click on install now. Instead, click on repair your computer. The System Recovery Options dialog box appears.
    7. make sure that the appropriate operating system is selected, and then click Next.
    8. After you click Next, the System Recovery Options menu appears.
    9. click on command prompt.
    10. type devmgmt.msc and press enter
    11. on the window Device Manager, in the object list, expand mice and other pointing devices.
    12. make a right click the sub element and click on uninstall.
    13 expand keyboards.
    14. make a right click the sub element and click on uninstall.
    15. Type exit and press ENTER to restart the computer.
    16. remove Vista DVD and restart the computer to see if the keyboard and mouse works fine.

    I hope this helps.

I have Windows7 64 bit installed on my machine. I can't use my keyboard and USB mouse to the login screen. I tried to boot the system in safe mode, but I am facing the same problem here. When the login screen if poster my keyboard freezes and if I press num lock does nothing. My mouse stops on the login screen. I don't want to reinstall windows as it will scan all the settings I have on my machine. Is it possible to solve the problem without having to re - install windows. I tried to fix the problem using my installation disc, but I couldn't find the solution.

    Hi Philippe,.

I suggest you to disable and re-enable the USB controller and check if it helps.

Use Device Manager to disable and re-enable all the USB controllers. This allows controllers to recover the port USB of his condition does not respond. USB controllers represent the USB ports in Device Manager.

To disable and re-enable the USB controllers, follow these steps:
    a. Click Start, type Manager of devices in the search box of start and press ENTER.
    b. expand Bus USB controllers.
Note that you have to scroll down to find this point.
    c. the first USB controller under Bus USB controllers right click and then click on uninstall to remove it.
    d. Repeat steps above for each controller USB is listed under Bus USB controllers.
    e. restart the computer. After the computer starts, Windows will automatically check for changes on the hardware and reinstall all USB controllers that you uninstalled.
    f. check the USB device to see if it works.

Also, try updating the chipset drivers on the computer manufacturer site.

  • Black screen with cursor, no login screen; Windows 7 Home Premium 32-bit

    Hi all

I have a Dell Inspiron 1501 running Win7 Home Premium 32 - bit with IE9. It worked perfectly fine for over a year. The last update listed in the system restore was on 23/04/2011. He installed the Windows updates.

My husband used the computer very well the next morning. When I tried to start the computer, it wouldn't so I thought that maybe the battery should be charged. I plugged it in and nothing helped. The load button wouldn't even nothing worked at all. I bought a new battery and it came yesterday. I changed the batteries and let one over new-completely. I then tried to start the computer and he did something I could not do in months... He ran the disk check.

The disk check lasted almost 2 hours. He wouldn't let me cancel it either. He said (from the pieces that I could see) that system files have been moved, a ton of them said that they have been replaced, others have been removed, and some have been updated. I knew not what do when it restarted because it did it is normal startup, showed at the Windows startup screen and then when I thought he was going to the login screen, it became black and only the cursor has been visible and moving.

I restarted again and this time the display of incorrect closing came. I tried all the options - normal mode, safe mode safe mode w/networking and safe mode w/prompt - all results were the same. Then I tried using the recovery tool to fix the problem. Startup Repair showed no problem, System Restore showed either deleted or corrupted files and I ran Windows Memory Diagnostic and it showed no problems. I even ran the Diagnostic tool in the start menu.

I think that chkdsk deleted my files of Windows, but I don't know how to get back them. I have the OS disk and tried to use the repair feature, but nothing yet. Also, I had to ask my husband did it to my laptop and he answered nothing. So I had to be more specific, and his answer to my questions were: ' I didn't download anything "and" I just closed the laptop, I never disconnected or shut it down. I guess that's the reason for the battery works not properly the next day.

If someone could help me with this, I would be very grateful.

Why my screen is black when I start Windows 7?
    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows7/why-is-my-screen-black-when-i-start-Windows-7

References to Vista also apply to Windows 7.

No registration necessary data and re - install Windows 7 might be the best
the option but here are some others.

You can save your files by putting the drive in another computer or a
drive enclosure external hard and then save the. Do this using several
methods to redundantly. Of course a real computer store or
the manufacturer of your system can help to recover the files.

Or you can use a boot Ubuntu CD to back up data.

You can access Mode safe? Repeatedly press F8 as you start? If yes you can try Control Panel - Device Manager - Display Adapter - Double
Click on - driver tab - click on UPDATE driver - then right-click on
    Devices and UNINSTALL - REBOOT.

A method to try to get to the desktop (try in two regular windows
and Safe Mode) is to CTRL + ALT + DEL - Manager tasks and the
Processes tab find EXPLORER.exe and END PROCESS on it-
then on the Applications tab - lower right kind - new task - in
EXPLORER.exe. Safe Mode is available by pressing F8 repeatedly
you the trunk upwards. CTRL + SHIFT + ESC also begins the Task Manager.

  • BONES of Sierra crashing to the LOGIN screen while using the service of mission control.

After Sierra OS upgrade my MacBook Pro hangs on login screen every time I have used the function of mission control.

    Hey hernj103,

Thank you for using communities of Apple Support. I can see your post after upgrading to Mac OS Sierra that reboots your MacBook Pro, if you use mission control. There could be a number of reasons that could cause this and I want to help you have a reliable working Mac, so I'm here to help! If you have not already done, you want to make sure that you have a backup of your data and you can use the option in the link below:

Use Time Machine to back up or restore your Mac

Once your data is secure, you'll want to test this function in Mode safe mode and see if you get the same effect. Safe mode (sometimes called secure boot) is a way to start up your Mac so that it performs certain checks and prevents certain software from loading automatically or opening. Also, it verifies your startup disk and trying to fix problems if necessary directory and delete font caches, hiding the kernel and other files of the system cache. The following link can show you how to start your MacBook Pro in Mode safe.

Try safe mode if your Mac does not end commissioning

If you continue to have problems after the safe boot mode, let know us and we can continue to solve the problems there.

We seem to be affected by intermittent empty login screen on my company's website, but only for the microsoft login page, the login page Skype charges well.

Loading Skype upward, you get this screen:

And users choose 'Microsoft account '. They should then see this screen:

    Instead they get this:

Inside, there is a warning message stating the following:

"This page contains errors. Go back'

The site uses OpenDNS to filter queries DNS for computers and politics is quite locked.

    On any affected PC, if:

    -Close Skype

-Run the DNS settings to something like 8.8.8.8 (google DNS server)

    -Load Skype

The login screen (image 2) loads normally. The user can connect and I can then folding the DNS settings on the OpenDNS server and there is no other problem.

Which means that Skype is trying to communicate with a Microsoft/Skype server somewhere on the interent and because it is not on my whitelist OpenDNS it gets blocked and it fails as in Fig. 3.

My question can someone tell me what is the server? I went through the OpenDNS logs and the white list a bunch of stuff from microsoft and other things related to the certificates, but still no luck.

Evetually I took the suggestion of Techfreak and sniffed packets with wireshark. Was annoyed to discover that the root cause of the problem is strangely named sb.symcd.com.

Some quick Google-fu led me to a page that said that this area should be on a whitelist for Lync facilities. Hmm.

Why microsoft couldn't use Server intuitive/descriptive names more is a mystery. In any case, I have whitelisted *. symcd.com and of the limited testing it seems to be resolved.

  • Errors of pixels on the login screen

For 3 months I have faults of pixels in my login screen. Some black pixels on the screen. But once the connection disappears all the defects of pixels. I have this problem only on the login screen.

I have this mac for only about 11 months. iMac 27-inch with AMD Radeon R9 M295X 4096 MB. (Retina, 5K). In my opinion, it could be a software problem.

Someone at - it the same problem? I hope this isn't a hardware problem.

    Thank you.

You should try to reinstall OS X from your recovery partition. If you have not already, you should consider purchasing Apple Care extended warranty before your one year warranty runs out.

  • X 220 changed for Windows 7 login screen

My laptop X 220 happened two days ago and the (before going on the desktop) login screen has changed black background with the word THINK of the plain background of Windows 7.

Within two days I got my computer, I was in love with the black background with the word THINK every time I signed in my computer. Just as I got back I wish. Is it possible to return to this screen?

Probably you have changed your Windows theme. One option would be to return to theme Thinkpad. Otherwise you could follow this article:
