Where you initially bought the whole?  You could try to contact the staff of store if nearby.  They may have additional elements of broken games.  Or, you can try to contact Microsoft for a replacement.

Or call: 1-800-Microsoft (642-7676)

  • E280 plugged into a USB port may be bad and it fried my sansa?

Hello everyone, this is perhaps my last posting! I am so sad and upset: I just plugged my V1 e280 on a friends computer using a sandisk connector cable I got free on a freebox (variable n ° 1) and plugged into the front USB port (variable n ° 2); He turns, and then now it won't turn at ALL.  I opened the back and took out the battery, and it was VERY HOT.  I messed up with the battery for a while and it won't always turn.  Then I plugged it in USB computer port (my friend just told me, "those before does not work") and still it won't turn.  HOWEVER, a minute or two later, always connected, the BLUE RING OF DEATH on and is always turned on, ten minutes later while the screen is still blank, until the unit is now so hot that they are almost HOT.  I put it in the refrigerator.

So.  That's happened?  I'm f * cked?  Whose heads will roll for this disaster?  PLEASE HELP I CAN'T UNDERSTAND THIS.

    Thank you very much

YES, I'M SURE IT IS a SANSA CABLE, it says "SanDisk" on it and is similar to my own cable.  What diff he would do anyway, the device is F - ed.  Also, it turns out that it was the old cable and not the other, although a big deal.  Any advice for me?

    Hello

For this USB drivers should be installed automatically by Windows 7, when you connect the player to what messages we get as appropriate, if you open the computer to open the drive it appears as a removable device?

If not and with only the connected USB device opened upward Device Manager (Manager type of devices in the area start search to quickly find) then open the USB Buss controllers branch, click it + and looking for USB Mass Storage Device righ click on uninstall, then unplug and plug in the USB pen and see if Windows loads the drivers ok.

If not there yet with the USB pen connected open disk management and check if the USB key is listed as a removable drive, it may simply need to change its drive letter, change it to X, Y or Z for example.

Whenever I plug my iPhone into a USB port on my Toshiba laptop, I get a message «overload the hub» I tried to reset the ports using the Device Manager, but it does not work. Can someone help me solve this problem?

This means that the phone ends so much power that the ports are closed to avoid damage to your laptop.  Get a USB hub powered (the one that plugs into your computer and comes with an adapter to plug into the wall) to provide more power, or less plug items on your USB ports at the same time.
