I have a complete picture of 12 months subscription given by Canon, but Adobe CC guard resetting my account for free from the trial subscription. I've updated Photoshop CC 2014 last month to find he wasn't an update at all but a trial version of 2015, which seems to have deleted 2014 my system, so I do not have Photoshop at all now. Adobe support is a continuous loop of questions meaningless and I find myself at a forum instead of a human being who could address this issue. In the average time that I tell my clients that are waiting for images? My subscription runs out in October, and now I see little incentive to renew because I don't get what has already been paid. If someone from Adobe would like to contact me that would be a start.

I joined the Adobe Creative cloud and bought an annual plan more 2 months free with Creative cloud as a user of University student. I could download apps (not in first instance) that was available in the plan, but since I reinstalled a new operating system on my Mac laptop, not only I was able to download only the apps for the trial, but found no order history in my account. As if I never bought the plan. Could someone help me with this problem?

As you said, the offer is for customers who own a previous product of perpetual Creative Suite (CS3 - CS6) rather than a subscription.
You can switch the plan of photography to full creative cloud for the normal price.

Hi all
I purchased a monthly subscription which has never worked since the day that I have ordered. I need InDesign for a project and was not able to spend time with Adobe because it did not work. I think that I have spend 4-5 hours to try to make it work and it didn't work.
But now, they are paying me monthly subscription, but I've never used... If I want to cancel my monthly subscription. I tried but they say, they did not work again and so I need to contact Adobe. I clicked on contact us and their offices are closed again. Every day are closed, they should be open with the times. Moreover, their schedules are not friendly at all, I live in North America and their opening hours are in Europa...
I'm really tired of wasting so much time with Adobe. I really believe that this is the worst customer service I've ever seen. There is at least a place with them by a simple email or I don't know, as a normal easy way?

I signed up for Photoshop CC2014 on a monthly subscription and I am still getting a message that my trial version expired one that I have to sign in every time. How can I stop this?
I set everything up as you show. I can't remove the OPM. DB file because it is open in Services for Adobe desktop applications. What they're talking about? I tried everything and it seems that it is the last thing to try, but I can't it deleted.

The monthly package for Photoshop exists only in a single plan App. You won't find under the Plan of photography that exists only in an annual plan.
4 months single application monthly plan Photoshop ($120) = 12 months photography Plan $120 (Lightroom + Photoshop).

I contacted the Adobe Customer Service (via chat) on 20 Sep about my attempt to unsubscribe from the monthly subscription of Adobe Muse (order No. 13389165429). The operator said that my subscription has been cancelled... But what intrigued me was that adobe kept deducting monthly subscription price of my far debit card.
Why is still cool my debit card subscription deduction - I thought that the subscription has been cancelled? It's strange how it is easy to subscribe, but the opposite when it comes to unsubscribe. Anyone?
