  This image does not yellow-orange on my side. It seems that we have a color management problem going on here. Have you had your screen calibrated? Do you know what profile is connected to your monitor (or if a customer one has been created due to the calibration)? What you have in your color settings from the Edit menu?   From the desktop, hold down the Windows key and press R.  In the run window, type services.msc and press to enter.  Scroll down to the print spooler service, right click and select Properties, then click the Stop button.  Now search for C:\Windows\System32\Spool\PRINTERS, then delete the work inside this folder - you may need to click a command prompt to get the authority to open the PRINTERS folder.

  Restart the computer and you should find that the documents have been deleted.

  I have a desktop H8-1228 and 6510 e - printer.  I got both products at the same time.  I did the initial installation, and everything worked perfectly.  I was able to print of my HP Touchpad (the printer was on the floor and my Touchpad was down.).  Recently, I made a trip for two weeks.  I turned off the printer.  This seems to have been a mistake.  Now, he will only contact my network and Internet, but not the computer.  The Setup program keeps telling me that it is 'Impossible to find the printer' and that he wants me to check the IP address of the printer.  I did this many times by printing the HP's Configuration Page from the printer screen.  I also used Windows "Add a printer" without success.
