Hi, I currently use LR5 but I am looking to buy the plan of creative photography cloud.
I want to know is if I have to cancel yet will I be able to use the applications?

Just to clarify:
If you have LR5 and you purchase the package photography for a while, and then cancel, you will still be able to use LR5, but once you cancel, you will be no longer able to use the version of Lightroom or photoshop creative cloud.

Hi, I have been on the monthly plan for illustrator and photoshop, but felt that it would be cheaper to just buy these programs instead of paying every month. I don't see this option
There is no option to buy the latest versions of the software. Creative cloud is only available as an ongoing subscription.
However, you can always buy CS6 software if you wish.

I want to cancel my monthly, but cannot do so online. I typed a wrong e-mail address when making the purchase and the e-mail address cannot be verified. This means that I can't sign in with my Adobe ID to make the changes.
Can you recommend a solution please.

Ive tried to cancel online, but your site suggests that I don't actually have a monthly! How is it possible that I had to pay for almost 12 months.

I have been in touch by e-mail (initially via this forum) with Jayashree on my plan that I no longer require and want to cancel. I learned my plan did not exist and that maybe I should have problem with my Bank! Then, I sent a statement partial of the Bank PROUVANT that Adobe are charge my Mastercard EACH month for $24.99. There is no answer to this, and I'm still waiting!
I want it stopped immediately! You people are crooks and make it virtually impossible for a real consumer to cancel something giving the run around, and declining any responsibility!
Perhaps the shame of social media and a quick work with a mediator could have an effect!

The individual offer concerns the 10 images/month plan. When you register for the annual plan, your first month will be refunded - details here: Royalty free images, pictures and graphics. Adobe Stock
