In the setting of safari Simulator are as follows. Inspector Web is running, JavaScript is activated. Website fraud warning is DISABLED. In Safari for Mac menu develop appear, the entrance of Simulator appear when the Simulator was launched but only show JSContext. The UIWebview embedded in our application does not appear in the submenu of the Simulator. All the web pages in safari iOS does not appear as well. Is there a setting that I missed? It worked before the upgrade to 10.11.4

    Hello ahuang105,

If you are a developer, you cannot act as a user.

This means that you need to test the Apple software throughout each cycle of beta. You need to do this test on a complete ecosystem "burner" - iOS devices, Mac, Apple ID dedicated to the beta test. Along the way, so something that you develop breaks in all of this, you will be able to report a bug to Apple and to develop an alternative solution in case Apple releases with the bug.

In the same time, another complete ecosystem production - Apple ID, Mac and iOS devices all dedicated development of production - needs to stay on the most recent version has no crippling bugs. For El Capitan, your guess is as good as mine what build that can be. 10.11.3 I guess.

For now, I suggest to ask in the developer forums if this bug in particular is fixed in 10.11.5. I have seen engineers Apple recommends this build for Simulator in 10.11.4 problems.

  • Debug using iOS Simulator (cvm.properties file missing)

    Hello

I'm trying to debug your sample of JavaDemo. I already have the deploy in an iOS Simulator and I have done the job. But now I'm changing a little more sample and I would like my debugging code.

I followed the instructions of Testing and Debugging ADF Mobile Applications - 11g Release 2 (11.1.2.3.0)

Can't get to step 3 to specify the debug cvm.properties file settings. Without this clarification, I can't debug my app.

Where is this file or how it create?

    Thank you for your attention,

    Kind regards

    Will be.

  • Entry at the invalid iOS Simulator test

Did not work with the Simulator in the past so to put it simply, I created an empty pro CC flash application that do nothing or have any donkey.  I have MAC OS El Capitan with Xcode 7.0.1.  I have a simulator iPhone 6s running more.  I have all the dev CERT and dist and all work very well for the publication on a real device, but I want to test in the Simulator.  If I do a control - test animation - iOS Simulator, I get an invalid entry dialog box.  This is not very useful.  I wonder how to get the path to the IOS SDK Simulator?  This is not something can be explored in the finder, so I tried a bunch of stuff and I think that is what the invalid entry.  Anyone can help to clarify this point?  In addition, what else causes this error or thoughts on how to set up?

    Mac OS El Capitan

    Xcode 7.0.1

    Flash Pro CC 2015

    AIR 19 (19.0.0.213)

So I was able to go beyond that to guess the path that would work and trying several iOS simulator SDK paths.

  • iOS Simulator launch, id: point of entry (start) undefined error

I'm still not able to launch the iOS Simulator after update to AIR 16.0.0.245. I see the following on the execution of a debugging error message run:

    Create iOS package

ID: undefined (early) entry point. Usually in crt1.o for architecture i386

    Compilation failed during execution: id64

My adt settings look good, and path to the SDK (iOS 8.1) is good. Debugging on unit works very well. This occurs in a pure ActionScript project that makes heavy use of Stage3D/Starling/feathers.

Can anyone point to some troubleshooting on this topic?

This issue is fixed in the latest beta (16.0.0.250), please try with the same and let us know if you face any problem.

The main reason to test this way is that because of the pixel dimensions doesnot app on the computer screen.

In the air for the parameters of the iOS, I traveled to the iiPhone Simulator.app

After you set the path in this way, I went to the control > test movie > iOS Simulator

The result was this error message:

  • Request for suspension after deployment iOS Simulator

    Hello

If a deployed application of JDeveloper for the iOS Simulator is 'suspended' just after the Simulator presents itself (no content displayed - only a symbol of the wait, blocked Device Simulator), this behavior have trigger known causes? If so, who are? Has anyone experienced this problem as well?

If you have enabled java debugging by setting java.debug.enabled = true in cvm.properties. I fell on the same subject. As soon as your application starts, it waits for the remote debugger to connect and appears to hang. It's a warning in section 17.3.3, but I think that a lot of people will continue in this issue.

It would be better if the rotation animation could be replaced by a message saying that it has to wait for a remote debugger to connect. Maybe a nice improvement ask :-)

  • CS6 update 2 - iOS Simulator Support - not found UIKit - OSX Lion

Hi I just updated day at CS6 update 2 with the support of iOS Simulator, but trying to push the flash Simulator I get an error of

    -UIKit framework not found

I'm on OSX Lion with the latest Xcode.  I think that it may have to do with Flash are looking for directory of developer to the UIKit, who with Xcode and Lion, moved inside the XCode application.  Anyone encountered this?

It's the suggestion that Adobe has worked for me:

    /Applications/XCode.app/Contents/developer/platforms/iPhoneSimulator.platform/developer/SD Ks/iPhoneSimulator5.1.sdk

He also worked with the Simulator SDK iOS6.0.

The app lke it does normally with Xcode, however, don't you find on the springboard Simulator and launch it yourself.

    Hello

I use Jdeveloper 12.1.3 for the implementation of the MAF on MAC device. I used to use Jdev 11.1.2.4 with Xcode 5.1.1 and jdk 1.6. Now, after the release of the CRG, I uninstalled Jdev 11.1.2.4, jdk 1.6 and installed Jdev 12.1.3 and jdk 1.7. Open examples of good applications that created new application also. But when it is deployed to the iOS Simulator, it gets deployed successfully but in the Simulator, no icons appear for applications. Pointers please.
