  Run EasyBCD and remove the entry for the second copy.

  You can use another cd, as long as it's the same as your pc and then use your product key.

  Hello - I have a photosmart c309a working fine wirelessly with a Win XP computer.  I recently bought a mac mini which is running Win 7 64 bit.  I went to the hp site and downloaded the driver complete and appropriate for this printer for Win 7 64 bit and went through the installation.  When it goes through the steps to add the printer wireless, he can see the printer on the wireless network.  However, when I click on the printer to select it and then click the button to continue installation, it tells me that the installation failed (big red X).  No matter how many times I tried/re-tried, it always fails with no information as to WHY, or what I could do differently.  The printer was awake during this process, and as noted the computer could 'see' the printer during the installation attempt.  Any suggestions out there?  I would really appreciate it!  Thank you.
