    If I understand, you went to have the screen of your iPhone repaired to the Apple authorized service provider, but did not receive a confirmation email from the provider regarding your visit in? I understand that you want to have a form any registration. I would recommend that you please contact the store by their phone number and pull them to the top of your repair/service order and send a copy of you if possible. They might not have your voucher by e-mail or e-mail only those details when requested directly by the customer.

    Anything can be corrupted on your MacBook Pro, but from what you say, it seems that the cable drive/SSD/flash memory/SATA hard was seriously damaged. Him "question mark" means that your Mac is unable to find any bootable device, meaning that it does not yet detect your OS X drive.

    You should make a backup of your files (if you can still do it) and take the Mac at the Apple Store or dealer to get a diagnosis. There may be several damaged parts.

  • DeskJet 3630: HP DeskJet 3630 doesn't recongize 803 black carteidge int

    Hello. I met a problem when I using 803 ink cartridge black (instead of 63 black cartridge int) in my DeskJet 3630. The printer cannot detect the 803 even black ink cartridge, I tried two new 803 black ink cartridges that have been purchased in the supermarket. If DeskJet 3630 can use only 63 ink cartridge? If not, could you please give me some suggestions on how to fix this? Thank you very much.

    BTW: I tried all the solutions on the site of HP comfortable support.

    You bought the printer in a country and are now in another country?  You will need to Contact HP to ask a "regionalization Reset." Do not charge for this, it is covered under the warranty of the cartridge. You will need to have access to your computer and printer then on line with HP. You will also need to have a set of cartridges for the new region, once completed reset cartridges of region of origin no longer works.  Webpage of HP on the subject is here.

  • Question re: Y at - it an analogue of "sh int status?

    To get the same information that I see on a Cisco when I do a 'sh int status' I have to do a 'sh int status' and a 'sh int inf.

    Y at - there a command that I'm not aware of that will show everything?

    Hello

    Thanks for joining us.

    Currently the switches support explicitly two commands

    'sh int status' "sh int inf.

    In the future, it is planned to merge them into one and to support a cisco as the command 'sh int status. "

    Thank you

  • SetCtrlVal on "control of the string" request execution 'int' data

    Hello

    We at KPIT Cummins use LabWindows for one of our automotive projects. We have a GUI with multiple tabs and one of our boxes of string text is emerging the error (also attached jpeg) below.

    FATAL ERROR: 'Temp.c', line 2642, col 38, id thread 0x00000F4C: invalid argument type: found "pointer to char", should "int".

    We tried to debug this project, and we believe that the line which gives us a question is:

    ret_val = SetCtrlVal (h_Tab_Intgd [INTGD_CFG_DATA_TAB], INTGDTAB_ACCXSCALE, aa_uc_Temp_Array);

    where,

    h_Tab_Intgd [INTGD_CFG_DATA_TAB] is an array of handles of the form (stores all handles to the tabs)

    INTGDTAB_ACCXSCALE is the name of the string object (exactly the name of constant as it appears in the file .h created constant LabWindows GUI)

    aa_uc_Temp_Array is an array of characters. ("0.000000\n" which currently occupies)

    There is another form in our code with similar functionality, but with a different constant ID... and the SetCtrlVal seems to work for this form. We do not understand why it gives an error of execution for this particular form.

    The code in this project is a big piece of code, and we cannot currently share the project because of a confidentiality clause. You can help us find exactly the problem with what little information shared us?

    Thanks for the snippet of code... the error was in the tab page handles... we are grateful for your help.

  • How to convert a negative "signed short int" in a picture of two "tank"?

    Hello

    I'm having difficulties to convert a signed short int (2 byte) in an array of two characters.

    My current test is like this:

    void ConvertShortIntToByteArray(short int value){ unsigned char byteHi = 0x00; // High Byte of result unsigned char byteLo =0x00; // Low Byte of result

      unsigned char C1 = 0x00;  unsigned char C2 = 0x00;  unsigned char C3 = 0x00;  unsigned char C4 = 0x00;  short int tempValue = 0;

        C4 = value % 16;  tempValue = value / 16;   C3 = tempValue % 16;  tempValue /= 16;  C2 = tempValue % 16;  tempValue /= 16;  C1 = tempValue % 16;

      byteHi = C1 << 4;   byteHi += C2;

      byteLo = C3 << 4;   byteLo += C4;}

    It works OK for positive values (for example say that 240 = 0 x 00 F0) but negative values don't work here.

    Is there a way to convert signed short int values to an array of two bytes of an easier way?

    I know that common sense would be to go over binary like this:

    Assume value = -240:

    So abs(-240) = 240 = 00 F0 = 0000 0000 1111 0000

    One-Complement:1111 1111 0000 1111

    Add '1' to the One-Complement: 1111 1111 0000 1111+0000 0000 0000 0001  ------------------- 1111 1111 0001 0000

    Result = 1111 1111 0001 0000 = FF 10 = -240

    But is there an easier way that doesn't have to go to binary to achieve?

    Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Thank you and best regards,

    Bernd

    If you want to just let C do its thing:

    void ConvertShortIntToByteArray(short int value)
    {
        unsigned char byteHi = value >> 8; // High Byte of result
        unsigned char byteLo = value; // Low Byte of result
    }

    Or maybe a little more understandable:

    void ConvertShortIntToByteArray(short int value)
    {
        unsigned char byteHi = (value >> 8) & 0xff; // High Byte of result
        unsigned char byteLo = value & 0xff; // Low Byte of result
    }

  • CVI2013: WARNING: implicit conversion changes signedness: "long" to "int".

    What is Clang was trying to say with this warning?

    int f( void )
    {
      int i1 = 4;

      int i2 = 1l << ( i1 - 1 );
      // ^^ warning: implicit conversion changes signedness: 'long' to 'int' [-Wsign-conversion]

      return i2;
    }

    Hello CVI - User!

    The explanation is quite technical...

    The result type of the expression of SHIFT is "signed for a long time." The target type of the initialization is "signed int". Clang injects an implicit "signed long" conversion to "signed int" and check the different properties of the conversion.

    In particular, clang tests if the sign of the value can change during the conversion. For this test, clang calculates the range of 'values' of the source 1 L< (i1="" -="" 1)'="" and="" the="" "value="" range"="" of="" the="" target="" 'int="" i2'.="" the="" warning="" indicates="" that="" the="" signs="" of="" the="" source="" and="" target="" ranges="" do="" not="">

    The range of values of the source depends on the expression 1 L< (i1="" -="" 1)'="" and="" here="" clang="" is="" applying="" a="" special="">

        [excerpt from GetExprRange in the clang 2.9 source code]

        // Left shift gets black-listed based on a judgement call.
        // ...except that we want to treat '1 << (blah)' as logically
        // positive. It's an important idiom.

    Therefore the range of values of source is: wide, 32-bit positive.

    The range of values of the target depends on the type of "i2" and that's the range of default values for "signed int": 32 - bit wide, positive or negative.

    In other words: 1 L< (i1="" -="" 1)'="" is="" considered="" positive="" (unsigned)="" and="" it="" is="" converted="" to="" a="" signed="">

    Note that this is really a special case and that you do not get the warning for other values:

      int i2 = 2l << ( i1 - 1 ); //no warning

    Unfortunately, I can not explain why clang didn't just compare the source and target types, it calculates the ranges of values and why 1< (blah)'="" is="" treated="" specially.="" i="" don't="">

  • TestStand database error - error converting data from nchar int type.

    Hello

    I used SQL standards database stored procedure options to store records of my test and I added the generated tables and stored procedures in a database and it seems to work OK in this form. However when I change the UUT_Results table to include a new column that contains the value of the primary key of another table in the database that I meet problems.

    I run a query that returns the primary key value (integer) for a given series number and stores the result as a global station (number format). The correct value is stored in the variable, but when I try to use this value in the stored procedure I get an error like below:

  • Binary variable display does not work for long long int

    According to this document , CVI 2013 supports long int. While clang is without doubt, the variable point of view don't always support it... If you want to look at the value of a long int variable and choose binary format, the value can be too large to be displayed, see below: nothing is displayed if too many digits are necessary - in fact 64 digits must be supported but are not

    Yes, looks like a bug: 423654.

    Long long support are not new for 2013 or said by the way. They have been supported since 2009, also a long time that you have enabled the C99 extensions.
