• Receiver for wireless controller Xbox 360 to PC does not

  I've had my Xbox 360 controller for at least a year now and so far it has been working perfectly. But yesterday, I decided to visit my brother and took my Xbox controller and the receiver with me. I put them in a bag with a controller leads and additional third-party, got in a car to my brother's House. When I got there, we plugged the receiver to the PC, but the receiver does not light. In fact, the computer does even not recognize that a new device has been connected.   OK... I just bought the game of the year Elderscrolls oblivion eddition and I bought a XBOX 360 controller to use considering how it is compatible with windows 7... Everything works great with one exception. The right analog stick on the controller is supposed to control the movements of camera but it does nothing, so I have to resort using the mouse which can be quite the pain. How can I set the analog stick right to act like the mouse to control the camera? Its very important and any help will be greatly appreciated.
