• OFFICEJET J4680 ALL IN ONE PRINTER does not print after installing Windows 7

  THIS HAPPENED MORE THAN A MONTH. I STARTED WITH WINDOWS VISTA. HP SUPPORT ADVISED LATER FOR THIS WINDOWS 7 WORKS BETTER FOR MY PRINTER. NOW I HAVE INSTALLED WINDOW 7 AND I GOT THE PHONE SUPPORT TO GO ON MY COMPUTER AND SET IT UP. EVERYTHING WORKED AS SUPPOSED, PRINTING, SCANNING. THE NEXT DAY I TRIED TO PRINT SOMETHING AND I WENT BACK TO SQUARE ONE. The SCREEN LIITLE ON THE PRINT JOB CAME AND SAID THAT the PRINTER does NOT PRINT. I WENT TO THE HP SOLUTION CENTER AND A NOTE SAID THAT THE PRINTER IS DISCONNECTED. I RETURNED AND COPIED MY NETWORK CONFIG. AND THE WIRELESS TEST. EVERYTHING IS RUNNING WELL HUNG OF THE PRINTER. THE DEFAULT PRINTER IN THE RIGHT IMAGE. THE ONLY THING I NOTICED WAS IN THE PORT AREA. UNDER THE WINDOW VISTA, I GOT TWO PORTS. ONE WAS FOR THE PRINTER AND OTHER FAX. WHEN THE HP PRINTER HAS BEEN REINSTALLED, I DON'T KNOW IF IT STARTED WITH ONLY ONE PORT. THE PORT IS ENABLED BY IT AND HAS THE FAX FROM WORD TO THE END ON WINDOWS VISTA, BOTH PORTS HAVE THE SAME INFORMATION, EXCEPT A EU FAX OF WORD AT THE END ANY HELP ON WHAT SE PAST.

  I JUST INSTALL WINDOW 7, MY OFFICEJET J4680 ALL IN ONE PRINTER. NOW IT WON'T PRINT. THE DAY BEFORE, IT WORKED.

  I have a HP j4680 all-in-one printer and am running Windows 7.  I no longer receive the audit reports of transmission when I send a fax.  I received of these reports, but for some reason any printer no longer prints this form after the fax is sent.

  I want to help you with the confirmation report of fax on printer all-in-one HP Officejet J4680.

  I don't know why it would stop printing. Did you do any sort of reset of the printer? Or make changes to your configuration? Either way, here are the steps to make sure that it is turned on:

  1. On the Panel of your printer, tap the Setup button (it looks like a key).
  2. Press the right arrow until you see print the report to the screen. Press OK.
  3. Press the right arrow until you see Fax of Confirmation on the screen. Press OK.
  4. Press OK when you see IT, on the screen.

  I have a 64 bit Vista Home Premium Toshiba laptop connected wireless to a HP j4685. In another part of the House, I have a Compaq F750US laptop plugged into a 4315 all-in-one.

  My understanding is that HP offer no Driver printer until January. Apparently, the driver of Windows 7 proposed in the workaround HP will work with the Compaq and 4315 since it is a wired connection. But if I read workaround, I'm out of luck with the connection between the Toshiba laptop and the j4685 wireless.

  Anyone used workaround to print/fax and photocopying? I must learn to several people to use the two computer-printer combinations. Is it easy to use for the print/fax/copy?

  I don't know if the J4680 has the particularity of webscan. Try accessing embedded web page printers using his IP address and check on the left for a link named Webscan. Alternatively, download and install the complete software for the J4680 using the link below.

• My OfficeJet J4680 all-in-One is a Clipboard

  My printer all-in-ONe Office Jet J4680 Wireless does not connect to my computer running Windows XP.

  I managed to install the driver and it appears on the Control Panel, but nothing happens when I try to print connected by USB.

  When I try to configure the wireless feature, the printer is not found by my computer.

  Using the printer configuration, it detects my network, but does not recognize the password entered correctly.

  When I run the ConvergedIO_HPcom_V3, it says that I don't have a driver who needs this update.

• Scan to PDF doesn't work don't not with J4680 all-in-One

  I can't get the scan to searchable PDF (PDF and PDF) file to work as expected with my new J4680.

  It works very well with other formats (TIF, JPG, etc.), but not with the PDF.

  It scans well request for additional pages correctly, and then try to create the PDF file. This is the process fails.

  An empty PDF file (size 0) is created and it fails with an error message:

  unexpected error, click OK to close the program, and perform the following steps:

  -Restart the program; -start the computer and try again. -Reinstall the software and try again

  (freely translated from the German - except for the error number ;-)

  Of course, none of the suggestions above, or any combination of these, or restart the printer works. Any ideas?

  Thanks, the problem is resolved for now.

  Suppot of HP was somehow in the right direction. I uninstalled the drivers all (!) of the 'old' hardware HP (6110 OfficeJect, ScanJet,...), reinstalled the J4680 completely and from there everything worked.

  Internal error (WIN XP) seems to be related to a conflict with older drivers.

  I hope this help if someone having similar problems.

  I have recently installed Windows 10 on my Dell laptop.  Yesterday, I was able to print wireless at my J4680 JO.  Today, I tried to analyze, and he is identified as not online.  Can't print now.   I turned off laptop, router and printer and restarted.  I added the latest driver.  Still no luck (in print or scan - still says offline).  Help, please.

  If you have not completely uninstall and reinstall the printer software already, I'd say to start it there first. Here is the link to the latest drivers: OJ_AIO_J4600_Full_Win_WW_140_408 - 5.exe

  You can download and run the print and Scan doctor, he will diagnose the problem and could solve it automatically.

  What were the results when you ran the Print and Scan Doctor?

  I have provided a paper for not being able to scan using Windows 10. If you're still having problems, try one of the applications in step 6 of the document, unless can not analyze after the upgrade, HP printers - printer after Windows upgrade problems 10

  I had to uninstall and reinstall my printer.  I have windows 7 and it will not support my printer so I had to download the driver and software.  Everything went well and I printed a few things.  But when I restarted the computer, the printer has been installed is no longer.  I reinstalled via printing HP and scan doctor but the printer will not be displayed.  Don't know what to do.

  No problem. Please follow these steps in order:

  1) click on the start menu, then click on all programs

  2) click the HP folder

  3) click the Officejet J4680

  4) click on the printer and software, then add a new printer

  (5) click on wireless and follow the instructions

  Let me know if a printer is installed after you complete these steps.

  The driver is always available online for the Officejet J4680.  Click here (the case in the United States), select your operating system, then download the full feature software and drivers for this printer. If outside the USA, go to www.hp.com/support then type Officejet J4680 on the Green tab software and drivers. Let me know if you have any problems with it. I'm more than happy to help.

  OK, let's do a uninstall, reinstall the software.

  Go to Applications/Hewlett Packard / click Uninstall HP
  Click on continue
  Highlight your device in the left pane
  Hold down the Ctrl and Opt, as well as Apple and click on uninstall
  There will be a pop up that asks if you are sure you want to uninstall all hp software. (At this point, if you continue, all HP printers you have installed will need to be reinstalled, this is why we do not run this thing all the time)
  Click on continue
  Let the cleaner it is.

  Now run a software update (Yes, again).

  Then, Reset thePrinting system by right clicking in the list of printers in the Print & Fax System Preferences.

  Finally, download and install the software from here.

  I see that you have problems with copy.  I would like to help!

  I recommend you load the document into your ADF.  Once it's loaded, go to your copy settings and adjust the size of legal document. You should be able to copy this document at this time here.
