  Help!

  My C7180 All In One Wireless printer won't connect, I trouble shoot error code: 0x803C010B rises.

  This printer is 9 years old.

  Its been having problems printing as point by point when I copy it scans then prints point by point. However, when I printed a downloaded doc it would be normal printing. But now it won't connect to my laptop or my desktop Dell all-in-one wireless.

  Just installed C7180 All In One Printer on a Mac under OS 10.9.4.  Scans OK and saved on the desktop. The scan to send the opening, I have just a spare page horizontal black and white lines.  Any help gratefully received.

  Try scanning of Image Capture or preview, if you can use the HP Scan application, it is not compatible with the operating system for the C7180 and can cause outpus issue as described here:

• print jam transport Photosmart 2575 All In One

  I have a HP Photosmart 2575 all-in-one.  I get an error message that the transport is stuck, but when I opened the door there doesn't seem to be any jams.  I don't see anything in the way, and I can move the cart.

  I am using Windows XP Pro.

  Any suggestions are welcome.  I couldn't find the repair shops for an inkjet.

  Thank you for the information. At this point, printing a page and still get the error for carriage Jam message. I've included a link to another HP Forum post that you can try, "jam of transport will not be deleted. Please follow the steps described by Bob_Headrick.

  For half a page of printing, it starts printing the top of the page and then stops? You have to pull the rest of the page printing? Or it sounds like it is printing the rest of the page, but comes out blank?

  I use an all-in-one HP Officejet 6310xi priniter.  I send the print command and when prinited sheet is delivered first four lines or are so prinitinig that half of the line and the message thenrerst prints OK.  However, after the delivery of the printed sheet I get message, "Transport jam" I received instruction of "open the door.  Clear jam and then press 'OK '.  How can I stop this from happening?  My operating system is Windows 7.

  Have you removed all paper from the input tray and shined a flashlight upwards in the status bar to ensure there is nothing caught in the rollers?  Remove the duplexer/rear access door and make sure that there is nothing in the rollers at the back.

  I would also check the printer.  The top and look down inside the right-hand side of the printer (right side of the carriage house).  Do you not see any paper into a ball in this section?

  There is also a document with steps to help fix a carriage jam in an Officejet 6310xi.  The document can be found here.  Let me know how it goes.

  The computer and the printer are turned on and connected.  The menu scan give 2 options of scan and reprint or scan to storage device.  In the past, I was always able to analyze the items to a file in the computer.  What should I do?

  I understand that you are no longer able to scan directly on your Windows 7 computer from the front of the printer all-in-one HP Photosmart C7180. I would like to help you today with this problem of scan. The issue you are experiencing seems to be due to a problem of 'No Scan Options'. To solve this problem of menu scan can I please have you follow the steps below.

  To begin troubleshooting can I please have you click here. Once the support document opens, please follow the steps in the Solution, Solution two, and three and four Solution. This includes all sub-steps under listed to complete Solutions. Once the diagnosis is complete please try to scan from the front panel of your print to confirm if the problem is resolved.

  I recently changed in the course of an older PC using Vista Windows 8.1 a new unit.  I downloaded and installed the latest software and drivers from the HP support site and can print documents and photos.

  However, everything I print seem to have a green tint, pictures are green and when I print in black and white, the color of any text is printed in green and when I print in color, red fate yellow, etc.

  Can anyone suggest what is the problem?

  From your description, it seems that this quality problem of barely since the upgrade to Windows 8.1. Colors appear turned off when you copy to? From my understanding of the issue, I suspect that the following document will be more useful; HP Photosmart C7100 Series all-in-One - color wrong.

  I inherited my son C7180 printer.  He's been great to work until he asked me to change one of the colors.  (PS... never had a printer color before, and I'm older and not much less anything like that).  I did this and the printer accepted color.  I checked all inks... they are great.  I cleaned everything as I was asked, and he still says... can not print... replace the next cartridge.

  It asks you to replace the same cartridge that you have replaced or another?

  When you replace a cartridge itself, all inks are used to clean the print heads.  So, if another color is low, it may pushed above the "low on ink.

  I always one of each color on the spot at any time for such situations.  She is less aggravating and causes fewer trips to the store.

• Jam cartridge hp officejet 6110 all in one printer

  Red exclamation point will appear on the front of the printer and it says 'jam Catridge and press ENTER.

  I opened the catridge section and saw the whitish stripes on the left side of the shifter, but I could not eliminate them. I pushed the cartridges several times to make sure that they are fixed.

  I have a Photosmart C7180 all-in-One I've had for many years, with no problems.

  Now it's show the message "Wrong cartridge" - use the introductory cartridges that were shipped with your printer.

  As I have had this printer for many years, I have more Introduction cartridges so the machine can not currenty serving. I just put a full of brand new HP cartridges in the printer so would address the problem the printer rather than throw it away.

  Any help would be most welcome.

  Welcome to the HP Forums.

  I understand that you have a problem where your c7180 wants to install cartridges. I want to help you with this problem.

  Today the program installation, or introduction cartridges are not easy to find. Call to HP for a game is probably not an option that the printer is no longer supported.

  You printer had been implemented, but seems to have forgotten this fact. This looks like a firmware issue.

  I'll try first the troubleshooting questions ink cartridge .

  If this does not work, I would recommend a partial reset, or if it does not reset semi complete.

  I will private message you the steps to perform these resets. I highly recommend you to look at Bob_Headrick
