  I recently bought a used laptop from Samsung. When I got to the computer, he had the previous owners info, photos, etc... So I did a factory reset using Samsungs embedded software.   After reading several posts, it seems that everyone has problems with Windows 8/8.1.  Bought a new computer from office touchscreen in March 2013.  Within 2 days of shopping, began to have problems with the W8 closing and/or mode auto repair at least once a week.  I had to do a complete factory reset at least 4 times now because the repairs and upgrades are not solved the problem.  I spoke in support of so many times my head spinning.  I don't see where my computer is the problem, because many jobs in the face of the same or similar problems with many different computers, even with simple updates to computers that worked well until the W8 was installed.  And Microsoft can't even get my right warranty information, saying that it expired three days after I bought the computer.  I scanned my receipt and sent to them, as indicated, all the information and I'm having problems.  They have yet to set this warranty issue, or helped with the accidents that happen, other than to direct me to make yet another factory reset.  I am extremely frustrated with the constant question with the W8.  When it does not work, my computer works well.  The last time I talked to the support, the man I spoke to said that there was a file corrupted in W8.

  You must contact the manufacturer of your computer and ordering a set of discs if you do not have or cannot create from your computer. You may also be able to restore your computer using a special hidden part of the hard drive.  The best way to find out what your options would be to check the documentation for the computer, or the support web site.
