  but click on any other key, the cursor just sits there intermittently at me and the keyboard does not respond.
  What makes strange, is that an external keyboard is recognized but the mirrors one internal.
  I have the latest version of the bios update.

  Start in win7 - keyboard ok.
  Insert bootable back disk via F12 option-charges but no keyboard reagent.
  I think a partial corrupt bios
  Someone has ideas about problem or even a solution.

  I installed OS using different disks of Microsoft or USB recovery media and all you have to do is click on most of the time on the button NEXT.

  The operating system uses the pilot to clean keyboard and generally it s not necessary to reinstall the special keyboard driver.

  The list file you most often is a process associated with Norton 360. However, malware is sometimes assumed the names of the legitimate files in order to deceive the end user. Norton is a Devourer of known system and as a result, I wouldn't be surprised to learn that he is a legitimate file in your case. However, I recommend you download, to update and scan with Malwarebytes and Superantispyware, just to be sure. You can restore your registry files manually to a previous point through the steps described below. The process is complex and requires some careful typing. Ask a computer-savvy friend to help you if you lack experience in this field. You may reset your password to an earlier value.

  Check the date of the file C:\Windows\System32\config\regback\System. It precedes the date when you became aware of your problem? If so, follow these steps:

  1. keep tapping F8 during the first phase of startup.

  2. Select repair in the menu that looks like this.

  3 log in as administrator if you are prompted.

  4. Select repair when prompted.

  5. Select the command line in the menu that looks like this.

  6. identify the correct drive letter for your Windows installation. It could be one drive other than c, but it will not X:. You do this by typing commands
  DIR C:\Win*
  Dir D:\Win*
  dir E:\Win*
  until you find the Windows folder.
  I'll call this "Q:" drive
  7 type these commands exactly:
  CD /d Q:\windows\System32\config
  xcopy *. * Q:\MyRegBack\
  CD RegBack
  8 type these commands:
  copy software / y...
  /y copy system...
  /y copy Sam...
  (the two points are part of each order)
  10. restart normally. If things don't work then you can go back by copying files from the original register of Q:\MyRegBack to Q:\Windows\System32\config.

• BlackBerry smartphone 8330 keyboard does not respond

  There may be a program to interfere with Parental controls so that we can try a few things to see if we can determine the application or program that is causing problems.
