Did someone else gets the same question?

Because of the hardware architecture, the offset of the mouse is the result of the P2815Q requiring 100 ms to process video data. This can be changed with an update of the firmware. It should be that the new architecture from the ground up, which we will not be made. If you have this problem, and he can't work around, your only recourse is to return the monitor to return. Outside the first 30 days from the date of invoice, it will take the Manager's approval to get a refund. Using the P2815Q Dell service tag number, contact Support Technology Guide for your region. Explain that we do not have a fix for this problem. The technician must degenerate to their Manager.

  • VSYNC = Lag mouse.

I have a video card NVIDIA GeForce 9800 GT with 512 MB of RAM embedded. On XP, change "frames max pre-made" 0 and enabling vsync and triple-buffering is very responsive mouse in DirectX games. On Vista, enabling vsync with the same settings makes the train mouse close to a second when I move the mouse. Why is this?

    Sub node,

For most of the game that you have listed I wouldn't even have vsynch at all.  The only one I can see that he had to use the vsynch is Unreal Tournament, but I was able to play without using the vsynch.  My friend has the same card with some of the games you listed, and it uses any vsynch.  If I were you, I would check Tweakguides.com were you can find a comprehensive guide for your nvidia driver settings and what each setting does.
I will include a direct link with the guide written below by Médard Ghazi.  This site helped me to solve many issues.

    http://www.Tweakguides.com/NVFORCE_1.html

UPDATE: my friend just told me that you should not use senior drivers 182.08 to avoid problems with the 9800 cards you have.  So maybe downgrade the drivers can solve the problem.  He said that the latest drivers are especially for the 200 series cards above and have some problems with older cards like the 9800.

    Hope this info helps you.

Search on the website of the computer mftr. updated drivers for all your hardware. Make sure that you have nothing from Windows that you have installed which may not be compatible with Win7. • Satellite L510 - mouse WLan late when you're connected Dynadock

    Hello world

Basics: Toshiba Satellite L510 laptop computer (about 3.5 years) - two USB 2 ports and one esata/USB2 port
    Windows 7

In the last two weeks, I bought and plugged:
1 Benq screen (via DVI - VGA adapt to the Dynadock)
2 Logitech M515 Couch wireless mouse (using the Microsoft drivers and no program Logitech)
    3 Dynadock U3.0 - model n ° PA3927A-1PRP
Installation CD: Version 1.1 / DisplayLink Software version 7.x

The programs and associated (now) the Dynadock drivers:
    DisplayLink Core Software 7.0.43526.0

My problem is that when the Dynadock is connected I have terrible lag mouse when you browse web pages and especially when I'm surfing ebay.
I have disabled the touchpad (stays powered off when the wireless mouse is connected), also have the screen Benq display and notebook computers.

As I said in the topic this frustrating lag occurs only when the dock is connected (via the esata port). I am at a loss at how to solve this problem and don't know what else to do, I have little experience with computers about where to look and what to try (to) etc.

If more info ask please! Any future assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Small WLAN receiver is connected to the USB port of the laptop directly or perhaps on Dynadock USB ports?

I had the KB976902 recently updated on 2 of the 3 computers and 2 who got now have a mouse that does not correctly.  The computer number 3 does not have the update and still works fine.  All three are almost identical hardware and software and have legitimate versions of windows 7.

The problem of the mouse made play almost almost impossible. Left click crashes, lag mouse click one or two times when I I try to do a restore from the left eventually drag a shortcut of the thing, I clicked on and don't know how or why.

I did a restore on a single computer, but it did not help.

  • Performance of Bluetooth problem

I, two headphones listening separate bluetooth (Jaybird X2s and Airfix Matrix 2) this pair perfectly and work fine with my iPhone 6.

The problem is that when I connect it to my Mac, performance system - audio and video, jump tanks lag mouse, slow individual tasks, etc.

However, I see no increase in the pressure load of the CPU or memory in the activity monitor.

I see no unusual chatter in the Console, only messages I expect:

I contacted the support from Apple via Twitter and they recommended the usual Voodoo PRAM reset, but it was not effective.

    Any ideas?

Now, I'm sure that this is caused by low battery on bluetooth devices to 99%.

This is a problem that does not occur on my iPhone (even with a low battery), but the loading devices seems entirely solve the problem. Audio begins to jump and performance degrades again once the battery is less than 40% on the headphones.

  • Need help with extremely low rates of FPS on X 51 new R2

I just bought a new Alienware X 51 R2 to replace an old Alienware model with a Radeon graphics card that I bought in 2012. My old machine has done useful work to run the games, and I was getting about 30 FPS on Grand Theft Auto 5 to high heat (especially) with a resolution of 1440 X 900. For most of the games I could play on normal settings and get 30 + FPS and I was happy with it. Not so with the new X 51 R2 I bought.

Almost immediately, I noticed that my FPS with GTA V was extremely low. When I start a game (1920 X 1080 with normal settings), the FPS is around 120, and the game plays smooth as butter, but as soon as I start to move starts to decline until it is of the order of 15-20. Enter a car is even worse, with FPS readings between 5 and 10, and at this rate, it is impossible to play. The problem seems to occur any resolution, I start the game or if I push the graphics settings to the lowest available.

I thought it was a driver problem, so I uninstalled all the drivers and software NVIDIA and a clean installed drivers, but that has not helped. Then I started to download and test the other games that I have to look at my FPS with them. Note that I tested each game first leave the game choose the graphics setting, then I tested it again on smaller settings at 1920 X 1080 and 1440 X 900.

    • Skyrim on old PC: 40 FPS and smooth at 1600 X 900
    • Skyrim w / default: 8-12 FPS and a lot of stuttering and offset
    • Skyrim @ 1920 X 1080: 12-15 FPS with less stutter but terrible mouse and keyboard delay.
    • Skyrim @ 1440 X 900: even at 1080
    • RAGE on old PC: 50 to 60 FPS and smooth at 1600 X 900
    • RAGE w / default settings: 25-35 FPS, but ran pretty smooth.
    • RAGE @ 1920 X 1080 and 1440 X 900: performs the same as the default settings
    • CoD4MW on old PC: 50 to 60 FPS and smooth at 1600 X 900
    • CoD4MW w / default settings: 10-15 FPS and a lot of stuttering
    • CoD4MW @ 1920 1440: 10-15 FPS and a lot of stuttering
    • Civilization 5 on old PC: 40-50 FPS and smooth at 1600 X 900
    • Civ5 on default settings: starts at ~ 35 FPS and descends until it is less than 20 years. Game play is smooth enough, as long as I'm not scroll the map.
    • Civ5 on 1920 X 1080: as with the settings by default, starts at ~ 35 FPS and begins to drop immediately.
    • Civ5 on 1440 X 900: much better that it begins at 60 FPS, but like the others, begins a fall after a few minutes, but not too far. Tube in the lower 20s.
    • Roller Coaster Tycoon 3 on the old PC: 90 + FPS to the highest settings (game released like 10 years ago)
    • Roller Coaster Tycoon 3 to 1600 X 900: 50 to 60 FPS and quite smooth.
    • Dead Island on old PC: 40-50 FPS and smooth at 1600 X 900
    • Dead Island in 1920 X 1080: 5 to 10 FPS and a lot of stuttering and keyboard/mouse lag.
    • Dead Island at 1440 X 900: 10-15 FPS and stuttering with some lag mouse.

Here is a list of some of the things I've tried:

    1. Downloaded FRAPS and used instead of the tool integrated FPS w / steam. Readings FRAPS corresponding to the display of the steam.
    2. Wipe the old NVIDIA drivers/software and did a clean install only the driver.
    3. Turn off VSync and tried the Adaptive VSync; neither helped.
    4. I bought a keyboard Roccat / mouse and I was wondering if they were part of the problem, so I uninstalled them and used a plain Microsoft keyboard and mouse. Did not help.
    5. Set the executable of the game to the highest priority in the Task Manager. Not good.
    6. Watched the memory usage, CPU utilization and disk i/o while playing to see if I have the hardware bottlenecks. CPU usage never had more than 20%. Memory usage has never had more than 37%. Drive e/s never had more than 10% after the initial load.

    System Specs:

    • Alienware X 51 R2
    • Windows 8.1
    • Processor: Intel Core i7 core 4 4790 @ 4000 MHz
    • RAM: 16 Gb DDR3
    • Graphics card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960 w / 2 GB of memory
    • HARD disk: 7200 RPM Toshiba DT01ACA200

I'm pulling my hair out trying to figure out how I can solve the problem. This is the first time I've owned a GeForce card (always had ATI Radeon in the past), and I'm starting to question that decision. The only game I could get decent framerate on is 10 years and more, and it's pretty frustrating.

Someone has an idea of what I can do to get to a resolution?

There must be something wrong with the fan 960 GTX. Either it has disconnected or broken. Or in bulk (screws not doing their job). I do not think that it is disconnected because it is detected, so it is either broken or it is loose.

You can check yourself on the GPU or contact technical support to examine it.

  • Bluetooth keyboard and mouse Lag

MacBook Pro retina end of 2013

    OS X El Capitan 10.11.4

I have finally upgraded to El Capitan in Yosemite. I never had any problems with my keyboard and mouse before. However, immediately after the upgrade I experienced lag/stutter my Magic Mouse. In addition, my keyboard is sometimes unusable. I hit the SPACEBAR and my computer will insert 5 +. I'll hit back and it will delete entire words/lines.

    I tried...

    1. restart the computer.
    2. bluetooth disconnection/connection
    3. keyboard and mouse of disconnection/connection
    4. Remove and repair the keyboard and mouse
    5. restart the computer several times :-)

    Hello

I can't with a Toshiba Wireless Mouse with BT Tech model N554 when I connect to my laptop (Toshiba Satellite L650-111) for a LG TV via an HDMI cable.
The mouse cursor does not move, but with a lag horrible (delay time), about 2 seconds or more. The distance of the laptop and the mouse is little less than 4 meters,
so this shouldn't be a problem. I want to use this configuration for the games, so no late development is essential. This, however, occurs only when I have laptop connected to the TV, if not the mouse works perfectly fine, even if the distance between the mouse and the laptop (not connected to the TV) is greater than 10 meters.

Please kindly advise me a solution for this problem.

    Hello

In my opinion if it s a USB mouse it s not necessary to install the mouse driver because the operating system automatically recognizes the USB device. I recommend you remove the mouse driver. After the restart of the operating system, you can try to reconnect the mouse to the port.

  • Spectrum x 360-13-4003dx: mouse Lag!

So, I use my laptop anchored much and I keep getting a HUGE mouse lag when you run a program or the two (e.g. MS Word and Firefox). I tried using my dock usb 3.0 docking or just plug my monitor via HDMI so I think that I removed the USB key as a possible limitation facor here. Doesn't this sound like the laptop suffers from problems of load, or simply bad MS drivers for my mouse (FYI it's a MS mouse).

OK, so I called HP customer care today and the phone said to go online and create a ticket. So I went online to create a ticket, and he told me that my ONLY option was to call. It was 10 minutes of lost...

So I called again and talked to a woman who has been kind enough and understood my problem. After booting into recovery mode and play in the menus that we seemed to be sure that the equipment works fine as I had no lag in these menus, so it must be a software problem. Because I have all the Windows updates and all updates via the HP Support Assistant installed, the only option that I was with was to factory reset my computer. Obviously I did that, I didn't lose my files.

So, I paid a private company in the region. $100 and three minutes later, I uninstalled the Synaptics drivers and everything works.

I am happy that my computer is works better, I love the computer, but quite upset that HP is unable to provide support for their own equipment and I had to go elsewhere for this support.

  • Mouse and keyboard lagging

My keyboard and mouse began trolling about a month ago.  Now latency is up to two seconds at a time. They have worked well for the first 3 years. The keyboard is plugged in and that the mouse is wireless. I am running windows 7 on a desktop computer.

    Hi whatever4507,

Mouse and keyboard lagging may be system related issue or a device related issue. To determine the cause of your concerns, we suggest for your device to boot in Safe Mode and see if the delay occurs again.

You can start your PC in Safe Mode by using the Advanced Boot options. To access to your computer by pressing the F8 key before the Windows logo appears. In the display Advanced startup options select Safe Mode.

For more information about safe mode in the Advanced startup options, click here.

If you have a mouse and keyboard trolling while in Safe Mode, your concern might be the result of recent changes, you have done on your PC. To resolve this problem, we suggest you to perform a System Restore.

Follow the steps below on how to do a System Restore:

    1. In the dialog box of files and research programs on the Start menu, type "restore".
    2. In the list of results, click System Restore .
    3. In the System Restore window, click Next.
    4. Select the date and time (it should be the date and time until you encounter mouse and keyboard fill) in the list of restore points.
    5. Click Next, then click Finish.

However, if you still experience the same in Safe Mode, your concern that may result by out-of-date drivers for your mouse and your keyboard. We suggest you to manually update the device drivers in Device Manager.

For more information about how to update the drivers manually, click here.

Let us know how it goes.

    Kind regards

  • Mouse lag wireless

Hi, I am using the microsoft 4000 wireless mobile mouse. The left button of the mouse seems to have a lag of 2 seconds press the button to perform the function of the button. In this case, the button on the left side has been to minimize a window. When the function do sometimes he minimizes the current page instead of the page that I pressed the button. That is to say. I press the side button minimizing my browser chrome and alter-tab straight to another page as a folder. The record would be then minimized after the 2 seconds of delay.
