Laptop HP Pavilion dv7t after connection then blue screen display problem

My phone displays the Windows 7 login screen very well.

After I login, I see the desktop and icon and it flashes a couple times with a gray screen.

Next, I get a blue screen and restart the computer.

Any ideas?

Hello

The fact that it works well in Safe Mode, more points to a problem with the video chip.  Unfortunately the video card (called a card or a built-in chip) is physically soldered to the motherboard.

That's what I would recommend.

As you can access the safemode, make a copy of backup all your important files, etc.  Then try to reinstall the operating system or your discs recovery or Partition of HARD drive - if you still have the same problem, you could be quite certain that it is not software partner.  As I mentioned earlier, if you could possibly connect the laptop to an external display and you still get this problem, you could then be confident that the problem is with the video card - in this case, see the link below.  The page does not mention your particular model, but it can be useful in communicating with the guys.

  • E - 17e125nd laptop computer Pavilion bad internet connection.

Yesterday, I bought a laptop HP Pavilion type 17-e125nd. This laptop seems to have very bad internet connection while the signal is 100%. All the time he said that some sites Web cannot be opened. After the page refreshes it does sometimes or I have to close the browser and try again. After that, the page opens sometimes well, sometimes it opens but does not completely load or load into a very strange layout.

    What can be the problem?

Once again: the signal connection is 100%. 2 other PCs on the network have no problem at all. If its a problem with the bought new HP laptop, I'm afraid.

Pretty strange for a new computer.

Anyone here with the same problems? Or perhaps someone who knows how to fix this?

    Thanks in advance

  • Display driver nvlddmkm stopped responding and has recovered successfully after sleep, and then blue screen

original title: display driver nvlddmkm stopped responding and has recovered successfully after sleep, then BSOD.

Well, if not some time ago, we got a Nvidia GeForce 240GT video card. We used an ATI Radion 3460 I think and it worked normally. Then when we got the nVidia card, we started to see the problems. Occasionally, he would show the blue screen of death. I tried to reproduce the error and came to an interesting conclusion. Whenever I put the computer in sleep mode turn off mode 'sleep', I wait a bit and then the login screen appears. I connect and it shows me the "display driver nvlddmkm stopped responding and was recovered successfully. Then after that, if I go on YouTube and try to watch a video, the computer hangs and a BSOD would leap upward. I am angry. I used "standby mode" so and with the new map video, everything got worse. I tested this problem on Windows Vista and 7. And btw, the drivers are up-to-date, I made sure the driver nvlddmkm himself file is up-to-date, and temperatures are perfect.

update the drivers from NVIDIA. Also make sure that your power supply is powerful enough to handle the new nVIDIA card. "A programmer is just a tool that converts the caffeine in code" Deputy CLIP - http://www.winvistaside.de/

    Hi RAS.

Thanks for posting the query on Microsoft Community.

It could be due to drivers or system files corrupted or damaged. Don't worry, will help you with the question.

You can try the steps in the link below and check if it helps.

8.1 Windows, Windows 8 or Windows 7 hangs or freezes: (at the start, recent hardware or software changes, system files damaged due to hardware problems, due to malware or Antivirus software)

Anti Virus WARNING: The data files that are infected must be cleaned only by removing the file completely, which means that there is a risk of data loss.

To run the above steps if you are unable to use the system, then I suggest you to place the computer in Safe Mode and the clean boot and check if you can try these steps.

Operate the system using the safe and check. It starts with a minimal set of drivers and services.

Start your computer in Mode safe:
    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows/Start-computer-safe-mode#start-computer-safe-mode=Windows-7

If the problem is not in safe mode then try to clean boot.

Try the system to the boot. This will eliminate the conflicts of software that occur when you install a program or an update or when you run a program in Windows. It starts Windows by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs.

It seems that you are using a module of memory without a name. These modules can malfunction. It s nothing unusual.
So I use and always buy modules memory Kingston or Infineon brand, for example.
I have goggled autour and actually ntfs.sys error might have something to do with the fault memory.
It s whatever the module has been properly recognized in the BIOS. Certain areas of memory may malfunction

In my opinion, you should check if the laptop will be functions correctly with the modules of memory recommended by Toshiba

    1. are you able to boot to the desktop?
    2. What is the exact error message when you run the installer?

If you are not able to boot to the desktop, then you can try safe mode and check if you are able to boot to the desktop.

If the solution provided above does not resolve the problem then try to disconnect all external devices except the mouse and keyboard and try to start your computer, and check if you are able to boot to the desktop.
You can try this link below and check if you are able to boot to the desktop.

  • Registry problems cause hard disk by clicking on, then blue screen

Dell support said the clicking hard drive and next blue screen is caused by a registry error. In order to solve a problem of major virus and start over, I have completely reformatted the hard drive and installed the operating system and other programs, so I can't understand why I always have a registry problem.  Although I can not specify the exact moment, it seems to happen after an update of Windows, but also occurs at random.  It would also be the installation of MS Office 2010, because I do not remember what happens before the 2010 Windows Installer.  I read that registry cleaners do not work, so I am at a loss for what to do. What I don't understand is how the registry is damaged when all that I've done is install everything from scratch.  I have a Dell Dimension 5100 running Windows XP Home Edition w/SP3.

    Hi LiveToFish,

    1. What is the problem on the computer after reinstalling Windows?

    2. don't you still get the errors blue screen on the computer? If so, then what is the message on the blue screen?

It is possible that some third-party programs installed on the computer is causing the problem.

I suggest that you put the computer in a clean boot state and check if it helps.

To help resolve the error and other messages, you can start Windows XP by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. This type of boot is known as a "clean boot". A clean boot helps eliminate software conflicts.
