  Here's what you need to do to get the HDMI audio to work...

  Download and save, but are not run this graphics Intel W8.1 driver.

  Download and install this free utility for files.  The 2nd file is 64-bit.

  After installing 7 - Zip, right-click on the file of the Intel graphics driver that you downloaded.

  Select 7 - Zip from the list of items.

  Have 7-zip extract of: and leave it to decompress the file in the file name (sp63750).

  After 7-zip created the driver folder, go to the Device Manager and click on the Audio device high definition with the! Select this option.

Given that I've upgraded to Windows 10 bluetooth driver is not detected by Device Manager and it seems that Mediatek has not updated their software Ralink for Windows (at least for my PC) 10. Windows 10 settings page shows no turning bluetooth power options. I have tried to reset my pc but lost all my apps and also hp Recovery Manager has been lost. I also downloaded Qualcomm-Atheros bluetooth drivers (since I wasn't sure of the hardware version of my PC). Always bluetooth does not work. The idea of reset was given by a representative of hp service in the online chat system. I would be grateful if someone comes up with a good fix tested since I need blutooth to use my bluetooth headset.

  I have HP Envy 15-171nr notebook pc installed with Windows 8.1 pro. Since the last 2-3 days, I was not able to connect my cell phone to the laptop via bluetooth. So I removed my paired phone and once again tried to pair it with my phone, but I couldn't pair. So I tried to reinstall the HP Recovery Manager bluetooth driver.   Your laptop was also initially running windows 8.1? If this is not the case, the driver in the Recovery Manager would for an earlier version of windows.

  Looks like you are not able to turn on the laptop despite trying several times

  We will surely help you with this problem

  You will find advice and the steps involved in solving this problem:

  01. remove all cables and devices, disconnect them and try to turn on the device

  02 check LED light situation and ensure that the action of the spring button / stop is normal

  Note: With No Power scenario, there would be no LED lights

  03 Exchange with a well known power cord and the AC adapter

  04 incase no adapters are available, check if the power adaptor is slightly warm

  Note: This will give us an indication that the power adapter could be good

  05. do you know if the laptop was in battery or power adapter when you used the last time

  Note: Ensure that there is no spill of liquid or cutting

  06 off the laptop

  07. disconnect the power/AC adapter and also remove the battery too

  08 hold down the power button on the laptop for a minute

  09. now we will re - insert the battery back in and plug again the power supply/adapter

  10. run Notepad.

  Anyone know if the recovery disk Windows 7 for laptop HP ProBook 640 G2 is compatible with the HP TouchSmart tm2t-2200 CTO Notebook PC?

  When I bought the Tm2 a few years back, I not create a system for her recovery disk. Now that I have the ProBook 640, and realize how much faster it is... I want to do a restart of the system on the Tm2 and add the extra 4 gigs of RAM.

  The proBook 640 came with recovery disks when I bought it...  Anyone know if I could also use them for the tm2?

  Probably an obvious answer to this... I just haven't the experience or the knowledge base.

  My Toshiba Satellite with bluetooth stack in Windows 7 and connected to the V2.0 & V1.2 compliant USB dongle connects both of my Sony Ericsson mobile large.

  My problem is it does not pick up my Samsung Tocco Ultra when you search for devices and my Samsung cannot pick up all the same laptop. Is there a problem between Toshibe? Samsung connevtivity.
