I won't be using a product that ignores my intended way of use. I only give you the way to lea to solve this problem, because you have (at least appeared) reliable up to this point. My patience is not long in this respect.

  I'm sorry that you are having this problem. I can assure you that we will be using the homepage of your choice, and w are not even in partnership with google, because it is not something that Mozilla did it on purpose (that we will always respect your choice to the user)

  I would try the following:

  • Sometimes, this can result in a corrupted Firefox profile. Try the procedure described in How to set preferences that will not save and let me know if it works.
  • If this fails, try an update of Firefox, Firefox Refresh - reset the parameters and modules
  • Finally, this can be caused by malware. Try looking for malware with scanners to troubleshoot Firefox problems caused by malicious software

  Thanks for the idea of F9 return addresses. Such an easy solution. Now, I need to know how to avoid the step of picking an address book every time. Assume that there is a defect or something. Seems maybe lazy, but it's a pain in the neck.

• Can I feed paper manually at the top of my HP Laserjet 3050 or is this slot just for scanning?

  I'm trying to print an endorsement on the back of a cheque.  Can I feed paper from the bin to the top of the page where you are scanning from where is - this just for scanning.

  MorningCall, the scanner has the function of copies/scans only and can not transfer text on the control.

  My LaserJet IIIp was a special paper feeding problem.

  It feeds paper out of the slot to eject before without problem, but out of the rear slot, the last third of each leaf looks like a sweet accordion fold or pleated in flange.

  The problem is definitely in the last set of rollers.

  If I eliminate these rolls the feed is good, but the leaf does not come completely out of the machine. (I ran some tests with the lid removed to prove that the entire sheet is printed and smooth (and) all the rolls before the last series comes...

  I don't understand why the first 2/3 of each sheet comes out of the printer smoothly but the third last undulations.

  Does anyone have a suggestion as to the cause?

  Nice to see that some HP products are capable of longer than a few years.

  I have a Laserjet 5200tn who gets a tray 3 paper jam, each time, prints fine from Tray 1 and 2. Page feeds on tray and stops with the leading edge just below the exit rollers. I replaced rollers pick up in tray 3 and checked for obstructions the paper path, no effect. Any help would be appreciated, I'm stuck.

  When you say it "self loader feed", do you mean the ADF on the 8500 a top or the way main paper for printing?

  Do you mean that the appliance blocks or it won't pick up the paper?

• Do not feed paper for incoming faxes, officejet pro 8600 premium

  I have a HP Officejet Pro 8600 Premium.  Recently I started having a problem with my incoming faxes.  An incoming fax comes through, and when it will feed the paper to print, it shows on the screen that it is paper.  He goes through the process of trying to feed paper through and makes the sounds, it does usually when I am out of paper in the feeder, but I'm not.  It prints and copies fine.  Just having this problem with the incoming fax is not able to print.  Help!

  Too bad!  I found the problem.  This is a printer 2 bins and sort my incoming faxes were trying to feed from the 2nd drawer (which was empty).  I have no idea how the setting has been changed, or how to restore it, but I'm not worried about it, now that I know what it is.  I was able to print any faxes that never came through (all 24 of them, Ouch!)

  Looks like you have tried most of the steps within this ADF (ADF) does not Pick Up paper , but I will include it so you can check yourself.

• Amazon "click to buy" don't touch any funcion & not visible. Same time: an unknown icon will appear to the side of rt of the toolbar. It cannot be deleted.

  Win 7 & FF 28/29. Beta feeds. I noticed the icon first time only two days before. It is square in shape, the size of the icon menu; with a flag with a star of five PT in the Center. Always in last place on the toolbar. RT clk: the removal of the option toolbar is dimmed. CLK on icon: it stirs and the furthest side of the toolbar tab rt move. No other observed. Once, the duplicate icon. SafeMode FF: icon does not appear. But Amazon buy button remains disabled/non-appeared. This problem IS NOT to occur on IE - the purchase was made.

You can look at the drop down window of pages and just choose whatever you want. I use it all the time and it is not on FF4. I want to go back to the old FF.

  If you right click on your back button, or click and hold down the mouse button, it will display the list. (I prefer a click-right, because sometimes my fingers slide when I try to click and hold)
