After I typed the password Vista gives me an error screen... "The Service user profile service is a not the user profile cannot loaded e to logon.
Any ideas? Someone has encountered this problem before?

Common problem with temporary profiles being loaded
I have a recurring problem with temporary profiles being loaded. This problem appears more widespread when moving from one user to another. Usually it is a user with administrative privileges to a user with admin rights, but also occurs when switching between non-Admin users. Reboot allows profile to be loaded successfully. I saw posts on what it needs to be done with a single corrupt profile, but have not seen anything about this type of persistent problem.
Corruption of persistent profiles can be caused by 1) malware infection; (2) defective material. I would like to start by making a thorough analysis and then if the computer is clean, test the equipment. This last start by testing the RAM, then the hard drive.

If you cannot connect to your admin account, no tutorials can help you because they need you to connect to an administrator account to carry out the instructions.
See if the following can get an admin account...
Go to Safe Mode...
Restart your computer > immediately and repeatedly pressing the F8 key until you see a black and white screen. The top/down arrow and select Mode safe mode with networking.
Now, while in safe mode, you perform one of the following?
1 can connect to your account admin without the error message?

You can try the following.
Shut down the laptop. Tap away at f8 that you start the laptop to enter the Windows Recovery Console. Use the arrow keys to select Safe mode and press ENTER. If windows will load in this mode, on the Start Menu, click principally made programs, click Accessories, click System Tools and run the system restore. Choose a restore point at least 24 hours prior to the issue of logon and then proceed to the restoration. When you are finished, Windows will restart as normal in order to check if you can now connect correctly.
Another option is as follows.
Shut down the laptop. Tap away at f8 that you start the laptop to enter the Windows Recovery Console. Use the arrow keys to select "Start using last good known Configuration" and press ENTER.
If none of the suggestions above to correct the problem, try the steps detailed in the guide on the following link.

Failed the user connection cannot load profile.
Very good as well. It is a sort of story, but I'll try to be as detailed as possible. There are 2 parts of the story.
First of all:
So I'm going to turn on my computer today and it loads, it took very long however. Once it starts it showed orange desktop compaq computer which is the temporary profile I guess and it showed a message saying it was the temporary file and contact admin etc.. I am the administrator who doesn't really work. But anyway, if I go to some forum I found on google for help [I know, not the smartest idea] but I was desperate, I have a project due tomarrow I have to do if I need this problem. So I'm looking and looking and I found what seemed to be a good solution. He said go into regeit and go through a group of tabs and change some things to .bk clear some things and change things to 0. So I did what he said and restarted...Second part:
Once I restarted. He wouldn't let me even in my profile. It just took me to my icon and I clicked it and it said "failed user login" or something like that and not allow me to log in. At this point, I was panicing. So I pressed the button off and restarted and click on safe mode. I went in there and read microsoft solutions. I tried to create a new profile, as he said, but it when I clicked on the Manage another account nothing poped upwards, as I tried it many times thereafter he'd still not jump upward. At this point, I'm lost and just wish I could go back to my regular computer and do my project and print, but this does not seem that this will probably happen in light of my computer is basically dead. All solutions would be useful. Thank you.

Always problems with my windows xp - I am not the administrator more?
The restore option has not worked but thanks. The problem is that we use this station as our computer for UPS shipping. The software is no longer opens upward. I contacted UPS and after some troubleshooting we determined that it may be a bug in my windows. Reason for this is that when we tried to rename the folder UPS in my drive c: the computer wouldn't let me. Than any other while it says that I am the administrator, that indicates that I am not. The only thing that has changed from one day to the other is that the computer has been disconnected accidentally, would it? All other functions of the computer seems fine. Any suggestions?
The quick test to check if you are administrator must right click on the button 'start '. If "Open all Users" is one of the choices that is displayed in the pop-up window, then you're probably administrator.
You seem to be confused in regard to access to the files and folders as authorities apply to administrators. Permission-Wise, directors are like any other user and can be denied or granted access to any file or folder. The only feature that administrators have that standard users are not is the ability to change the permissions on any file or folder.
The most common problem that arises when power is disconnected unexpectedly on a computer is damaged disk sectors. If the computer just happened to write to disk when power is interrupted, this sector and those who surround him he might have been damaged. Therefore, the first thing to that after such an event is to perform a disk check complete with repair options (or/r option specified on a chkdsk /F). Procedure for that is here:

About the inability to move the UPS folder... Is not unfamiliar with this 3rd party software, it would be useful to know what the UPS Directory directory resides in and the error message you received when you tried to rename it. Remember that if the directory is already used by an active program, it could refuse to rename even with permissions. You will need to start safe mode and rename it from there.

This showed on my computor someday on my connection, and I am the administrator. So now I can not change anything on computor or backups or add programs or delete. I did nothing before that happened.
