    Hello

19 code means there is a driver conflict such as two devices attempt to use the same resources.

Please make all below even if you have done some before as it is often the set of operations which solves
    the question.

    Try this - Panel - Device Manager - CD/DVD - double-click on the device - driver tab - click
Update the drivers (this will probably do nothing) - then RIGHT click the drive - UNINSTALL - REBOOT
This will refresh the default driver stack. Even if the reader does not appear to continue below.

Normally the above will solve this problem otherwise working your way down through them, even if you did

  • Cannot install programs on Windows 7

I had a problem with the Wild Tangent game console that came pre-installed on my Dell laptop with Windows 7 OS 64 nit. I uninstalled the app, but now when I try to re - install, the program starts to install it, but the icons are missing in the Setup Panel and I can't click on anything.

    • Manually, I deleted all the old files and run a registry clean to remove old registry keys.
    • My firewall is off, like all viruses, spyware and other programs that may interfere with the installation.
    • I scan a file system [SFC] Checker to see if there are problems also ensured that the windows service install is started.
    • I turned off the User Account Control (UAC)
    • I also recorded and saved the installer of Windows
    • I also tried to install as administrator and also tried to install it using the Windows XP settings.

I don't understand it. This program was on my computer when I got it, so I know it is compatible.

    Hi KatSmith0629,

You have tried all necessary measures taken to address the problem and nothing seems to work, it is possible that the problem may be with the game itself.

I suggest that you try to install the game in a user account, and if this fails, then you will need to contact the game support.

    To create a user account

one) to open user accounts, click the Start button, select Control Panel, click user accounts and family safety, and then click user accounts.

    (b) click on Manage another account. If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

    (c) click on create a new account.

    (d) type the name that you want to assign to the user account, click an account type, and then click create an account.

  • Cannot delete programs. Windows 7 says that I am not an administrator.

I'm trying to delete a program in my laptop.  I am the only user of this laptop and its sole owner.  I get an error message that says that I can not remove the program because I am not an administrator.  It is doubly annoying because I'm unable to install a similar program that I really need to use because I can't remove this program (i.e., I can't install program verizon wireless because I can't uninstall Cricket).

I have no need of several user accounts (more a user account account administrator) and will not be set up anything like that, no matter what Microsoft is necessary.  With my current setup, which is ONLY AN account with my name (and apparently not an 'administrator' account, whatever that means) how can I remove programs I didn't need?

    e. to disable the account administrator of Buit-in-
    (a) check the account is disabled box.
    f. click OK.
    g. close the window local users and groups.
    h. disconnect you, and you will now see the built-in Administrator account log additional icon (active) or removed (disabled) to the log on screen.

NOTE: Click on the Administrator icon to open a session the built-in Administrator account.

Now the steps provided above you must check if you are able to solve the problem,

If you are able to resolve the problem with the default Administrator account, then you must follow the step provided to create a new user account and set the below corrupted user profile.

    Create a new user profile.

Now you must create a new user account and check the question of do you need to follow the steps below.

  • HP PSC 2179, cannot load the driver Windows 7 from MS Update

    Hello

Just tried to install the 2179 PSC on a DC 7900 running Windows 7. It installs all the drivers except for one very last: 2170 Hewlett-PackardPSC series. I tried the HP printer running Installation Wizard, but it does not work Advisor I don't have an internet connection (even if I do but I'm behind a firewall to work-). Is it possible that I can download the drivers separately? Any advice would be very appreciated.

    Thank you

    Hello Ripjing,

Please try the below mentioned steps, which should allow you to print...

Click START > device and printer > add a printer > add a local printer >

(if the printer is connected with USB)

Select "Use existing Port" then Virtual USB from the drop-down menu, click on NEXT, in the production list, select HP / Hewlett-packard and in the right pane, select Deskjet 6980 and finish the wizard

Now print a document. It should work.

I just reinstalled windows on my Dell computer and have struggled to reinstall the different divers, applications and programs that I used to have.  The long, everything went well, except for the audio part.

    Hi BarbaraWolfe,

There are many causes of Code 39 errors:

    • A required device driver is missing.
    • A required binary file is corrupted.
    • There is a problem with the file I/O process.
    • A driver that refers to an entry point in another binary file cannot load.

  • Add/Remove components error and DVD driver error: Windows cannot load the driver for this hardware device. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)

Original title: Add/Remove components error and DVD driver error

Yesterday, I removed several components of windows to attempt to clean my cpu. After the reboot, I noticed that my DVD drive disappeared. I tried to update the driver but told me I have the most updated version, I uninstalled and reinstalled the drive, but I still get the same error. Under Driver Details, it shows that I have a lot of drivers for my Phillips DVD player. However, the status of the device is the following: Windows cannot load the driver for this hardware device. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39) Click Troubleshoot to start the troubleshooter for this device. I've done the troubleshooting, and the two options has not fixed the problem.

Then I tried to add windows components that I removed, thinking maybe that was the problem. However, when I try to add them, I get an error message that says: 'Setup cannot copy the file zClientm.ex_' it shows the location of this file as being in windows/i386, and of course, the file is located in this folder. So when I go to browse to locate the file, I find and click on it to open it, but I keep getting the same error message that the file is not found and Setup cannot continue.

I realize that this problem seems very rare and weird, but any help at all would be appreciated. Thank you.

Try the following per this KB.

    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/812339

Also, note, that link above is for XP. But it certainly looks like a profile problem. Here's how to create a new. Just create a new profile and delete the old one after the documents have been moved to the course.

1 / click on the Start button

2 / on the start menu, click the control panel option

3 / in the Control Panel, click the user account

4 / the user account window is now open

5 / in the list of options "Make changes to your account", click on manage another account

6 / user Account Control will now kick and ask permission to keep you. If you are the administrator, then simply click on the button continue. If you are not the administrator, then you need to get the administrator, the user name and password before you can continue.

7 / him choose the account you want to change the window will now open.

8 / click on create a new account

9 / the window "account name and choose an account type" open now

10 / type the name of the new account in the name dialog box.

11 / now select the Type of account you are interested in. You have two choice, Standard or administrator.

    • Standard - standard accounts allow the user to use most of the software installed on your computer and also to change the settings of the system that are not related to other users or is security settings.
    • Administrator - the administrator has complete control over the computer and can make changes they wish to

12 / once you have selected the type of account you want to create, click on the button create account

13 / new account will be created now.

    Hello Dixon7,

You can also do a simple check to confirm or not the temporary profiles are created.

    • First check in C:\Users for all profiles not created by your customer.
    • Then check Control Panel > System > Advanced system settings > user profile > settings.
      • This will display a list of current profiles on the system.

Also, take a look on Microsoft for the Windows Vista KB Article, to see if it applies to your case: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/947215.

Overall, the underlying issue is simply corruption profiles of Hordie recommendation to create a new profile if the best. You could then just migrate the older user profile data to the new.
