Malware pcreg.exe and SupraSavings, windows 7
Security Essentials does not detect them. They also are allowed in the Windows Firewall. They are in the register but do not show under installed programs. I tried to download a malware program recommended too but stops working when it starts an analysis.
Can I delete everything in the registry?
Are there other options?

When I try to watch a folder that I did not open in a while to see the pictures on this particular machine, which is Windows 7 with full updates, I get nothing bug a white windows with only the name of the image where I should see a way the image thumbnail. Dell Dimension E510 system was crushed by a virus. The files were dumped, authorized reader and a reload fee system has been done. When all files have been charged and the system is recovered, the following errors began to appear at startup:

I'd rather be able to clear these by using the operating system disk I hope it do not screw the system. Any ideas would be nice.

DLCJtime.dll part of your Dell printer drivers. If you have or had a Dell printer, then re - install printer drivers / should solve the problem.
Reinstall the printer. In addition, install the latest drivers from the manufacturer's Web site.

Original title: files missing error
Whenever I start the system complains that the following files are missing, c:\\Windows\System32\igfxpers.exe, igftray.exe and hkcmd.exe. Two of the three files are probably part of the malware infection and not the files infected. The third is probably the same details in this link:

You will find the three points and they will have a description 'file is missing' against everyone. Your antivirus software has removed the files, but not the startup entries in the registry. All you need to do is delete the entry using Autoruns to eliminate the error messages.
Another useful feature of the program is that you can click with the right button on an item and select search online to get information about the selected item.

When I use the DXDiag.exe to check the DirectX version of my hardware version, the version reported is not correct. I then tried Windows Experience Index and it also reports the wrong version. The hardware manufacturer said that the material is DirectX 11 but DXDiag.exe and WEI report DirectX 10.1. Is this a known issue? How can I fix it?

Found the answer!
When you run the diagnostic DirectX (Dxdiag.exe) tool on a computer that is running Windows 7 or Windows Server 2008 R2, the diagnostic tool incorrectly reports a device DirectX 11 as a DirectX 10.1 device. This incorrect version information is displayed in the DDI field on the view tab. This problem is only a reporting error and this does not affect the functionality of hardware or software DirectX 11 graphics card.

I found the only thing that has worked will Microsoft .com and low loading a Windows Search 4.0 upgade.
I installed it and now it works fine. All blogs online even came close helping.

I just downloaded codecs on a website affiliated to microsoft. I decided to remove this program and my desktop icons went, including shortcut icons. Double click on these icons got me the message "Windows cannot open this file". Then displays a folder on my desktop more Winxp32. Great, now my whole OS is on the desktop in a folder and I can't open any file. I have since run REGEDIT. EXE and am waiting for additional help in our community...
