  I develop for a Blackberry Storm using the plugin Eclipse JDE 4.7. I have change the version number on my application and reconstruction & regenerate ALX. I go to BlackBerry Desktop Manager to upgrade the application, and the phone has to reset. It's very frustrating because it takes almost a minute for it to end.

  The application is a CLDC application, not a module of the system, and does not auto-run at startup, why my device needs to reset?

  It frustrates me to no end, because whenever I make a change to the app and I want to test on the device again, it takes too much time.

  I also noticed that this reset is not always necessary, sometimes just upgraded... but I did not understand why.

  As well as the suggestion of RexDoug on termination of your application (which is very good advice), you also think that if you do not change the signature of all the persistent classes, the application will upgrade easier.

  I need to cancel a subscription.  I was informed that I must go to 'Settings', then 'iTunes and App Store'.  I'm typing on my Apple ID.  This is supposed to take me to a menu where I can manage my subscriptions.

  This is not the case.  When I type on my Apple ID, I chose "View Apple ID".  I have window starts to open, but closes immediately, without any additional effect.  I connected several times and rebooted several times.  I don't use iTunes software.

  Thank you for using communities Support from Apple. I know have a problem with the management of your subscriptions, it's not what you expect.   Today, I found my trackpad on my BB9900 had ceased to work for any scrolling. I could still use it as a button to select something, but not to move. So after the reboot to check that I had installed any new software or applications during the last month or so and even pulling the battery... I know that I know that it still did not work.

  I then plugged on my laptop to try reloading software. When I did he wanted to update BB Desktop Manager. So of course I did.
