• I can't see changes in a folder unless I go up a level and then re-enter folder, for example, create new folder, rename the folder, rotate the image etc. Can someone please?

  I do not see changes within a folder, except if I go up a level and then again enter the folder, for example, create new folder, rename the folder, rotate the image, etc..

  By pressing the "F5" key would probably be to refresh the folder.

• Someone ~ please help! Microsoft remotely downloaded Windows 7 Vista b/c they have messed up my pc, but never saved nor told me that I had only 90 day warranty!

  A Microsoft Technician messed up my PC (I used Vista at the time) and as it was their fault, they downloaded Windows 7 on my PC remotely. However, they didn't transfer or back up all my files or my Microsoft Works, only the word and I talked to a technician and he said my 90 day warranty is up and wants $99 for reinstalling Works. This is NOT right! They screwed up again and they did not even tell me about a 90 day warranty. Who do I go to get my Microsoft Works, without having to pay for a program that I already paid for? Help, please!

  They did this, and they don't at least upload my program works... I don't know how to get in contact with a supervisor! Nor I know how to recover my works, I don't have to pay $99 to get help with this... I have the name of technicians who installed and have not backed up my system!

  If they did a clean install of Windows 7, then you wouldn't have your old data or programs.

  If you talked to a Microsoft Support Engineer, you should have a case number or Ticket with contact information. Contact them again with your concerns about your problems.

  First of all, make sure you use the latest version of QLB. If not, install from below:

  One important thing to keep in mind. Before update no matter what driver, make sure that your first uninstalled old version.

  Try installing this driver and check it works:

  I am learning to use photoshop and could really use it little assistance! I need to cut and paste an image from a photoshop doc to another. What I can do very well, but when I do, it resizes the picture I stuck and makes it smaller. Since I work with scans that need to keep their exact dimensions, it's not good.

  Can someone please tell me what I am woring?

  -In addition, the part of the doc that I am cutting is a little larger than 8.5 x 11 letter size doc that I am pasting.

  To avoid confusion, make sure that your documents are with the same level of zoom. The zoom level is always displayed on the title bar of your document, after the name of the file and also down to the left of the document window where you can type the same zoom for both documents. There will be no surprises when you copy won't paste between the two.

  I am stuck in a loop of redirection while trying to accept the new terms of use for XBox Live. I have a child account parental consent is required. I KNOW im putting the good info because when I put wrong information, it tells me that the password is incorrect. When I put the correct information and click identify you, let's return to the page where I have to click on I accept. Is this a problem with Xbox.com? Is this a problem with my account?
