  • Bluetooth mouse not detected on Windows 8.

    Original title: mouse bluetooth problem

A cleaning set to win 8 on Netbook Acer Aspire One 722. So far, so good except a 'Service Exception' alert. He himself worked and finished configuring updates at startup, but it is another question.

My 'add a device' does not recognize my new Bluetooth mouse. I went to services and turned to automatic and always win 8 is not see it. The manual of the manufacturer says that the mouse is looking to be recognized because the light will blink. I went to gigabyte.com and the only available download is the manual. Flight mode: Off and Wi - Fi: on.  I read comments before I bought it, and others said they used it with Windows 8. I always use a Wi - Fi with this Netbook. I tried to turn on network discovery and sharing, as recommended through help? Still, the operating system does not see the mouse.

    System:

Thanks for any help you can provide.

  • Mouse not detected in Windows XP SP3 feet.

    Original title: foot mouse

    OK, this is meaningless.

I work with my friend that you just returned from Iraq. I bought her mouse FOOTIME. When I try to insall on its Windows desktop is not see it. However on my portable device is workign correctly. Both are Windows XP SP 3 HP.

    Things I've tried so far:

    Put another USB port.

    Update the USB drivers

Search for new harware in Device Manager

    MrFixit downloaded from microsoft.com

I think I should update the chipset drivers, but I have really no idea.

    Hi curious,

I think is a good idea to update the chipset drivers.

It can solve the problem of USB and the printer is not identified.

If you list the HP model, we can try to direct you to the update if you are unable to locate it on the HP site.

I'm sure you have, but make sure that you have to restart the PC after removing USB Device Manager instances.

  • Intermittent problem "USB not detected" Genius Traveler Laser 315 mouse.

Original title: the USB mouse not detected

    -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

My problem is this: I have a Genius Traveler Laser 315 mouse which I brought last summer and it worked perfectly on my laptop. Recently I bought a new laptop, on which the mouse no longer works.
The problem is very awqward, because the behavior of the mouse on the new laptop is completely random: repeatedly he actually worked perfectly when it is plugged-, but most of the time (e.g. After restart of the operating system or unplug the mouse and in him plugging back) it didn't. This behavior is even more strange, because on my old laptop and several others, the mouse still works perfectly.
My opinion is that the problem is with USB drivers or a mouse, but when I tryied another mouse and disk external DRIVE on the new computer laptop, they both worked very well. I even copied oriented drivers on my old laptop to the new usb, hoping that I could solve the problem in this way, but the result was the same (on two laptops, the OS is Windows 7).
Another possibility is that one of the sons of the mouse cable was broken, but I passed that, too, because I've tried twisting the rope as much as I could while he worked on the new laptop and it has always worked well.
The USB on the new laptop computer Sockets all work (I tried all).

I know that the simple solution is to buy another mouse, but rather what's wrong with it (or my new laptop) to spend the money to replace a mouse I know it's functional, because I feel that this money would be lost, I have no guarantee that the new mouse work (if I wanted to buy a new (, I'd still go for a genius) and, for that matter, I would be really happy if I could solve this annoying problem.

If you have an idea where is or where could be the problem, or how could determine to hit or where I could get more help, I would be grateful for any comments.

More details that might be useful:

-on all laptops I tried the mouse of the operating system is Windows 7 Ultimate (and my old BONES and my new laptop was installed on the same CD)
-the old laptop (on which the mouse works) is an Acer Aspire 5630
-the new laptop is a Dell Inspiron N5010

    -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

OK, sorry, this is the mail that I sent to the support of the engineering team. But it provides a good background.

I tried all the 'classic' fastening means (I'm not really sure, but I think that I also reinstalled windows AFTER seeing the problem)

    Any ideas? Thank you!

EDIT: I mean REALLY not detected, not even as an unrecognized device by the "undetected".

I have tried them all. The only strange thing that happened was when I opened the mouse: strangely, he started working beautiful (I disconnected and reconnected it several times and it has continued to work). Of course, the miracle did not last, but at least now I'm sure that there is a problem with the sons of the mouse - I think that one of them might be slightly broken somewhere inside the mouse, or immediately after the release of the cord there. Now, the question is why is my new laptop the only one who refuses to detect the mouse.

The new most plausible problem is far beyond the scope of this forum, I'm going to look elsewhere, but I thank you again for your time and patience!

  • My macbook does not detect the dell wireless mouse

I have the macbook air. I tried to connect my macbook to my Dell Wireless mouse. But my macbook could not detect the mouse

Without a model number, we cannot exclude that particular mouse is incompatible with OSX, especially if it is old.

OS X pair with a large number of devices bluetooth automatically, but some need to be put in pairing mode.  You will find the Dell mouse model and see if that is his business.

  • IntelliPoint 8.2 will not detect the 4000 Wireless Mobile mouse

I'm running Windows 7 pro 64 bit on a mobile workstation Dell M4800.  I bought a mouse Wireless Mobile 4000 which is supposed to have programmable buttons.  I went to the web page of material/downloads and downloaded Intellipoint 8.2 who is supposed to be the software for this device.  The software installed with no problem, but it will not detect the mouse and I can't program the buttons.  On the devices tab, the program detects the touch pad mouse and Dell (listed as compatible mouse HID).  The mouse works with the basic functionality, but I need to program the buttons

    Hi John,.

If you have installed the correct versions for the mouse, then, it could be a problem with the mouse settings associated with the soft keys.

For confirmation, this is the link for the latest driver:

  • Bluetooth mouse is not detectable

I've been using a Bluetooth mouse for a month, and he would sometimes disconnect. I usually remove him in the devices tab and try to add it again and it usually starts works very well, but this time it was not detectable. I changed my Bluetooth Support Service to automatic, and then he asked an access code I never together. I tried to enter "0000" to get the code, but it didn't work. I tried to update a Bluetooth driver and I restarted my computer, but now my computer cannot detect my mouse even when I try to connect it. To be honest, I've been frustrated of some sort, and I'm not really even sure if I should have updated the Bluetooth driver. I used the "Intel Bluetooth" (Version V2.6.1210.0278) driver update. Can I try if I need to provide more information. What should I do?

    Hello!

You will find hundreds of discussions here in the forum about this, if you install Windows XP and Vista from a Microsoft disc and the HARD drive can't be detected... So he s strange to read these questions again and again.

However, to install Windows, you need the SATA drivers or let's say the Intel Storage Manager package. It contains the driver you need. You can then create a new installation using nLite [www.nliteos.com]
Or look you at this Toshiba document: http://aps2.toshiba-tro.de/kb0/HTD9401AN0000R01.htm

    Good bye

  • Dynadock U3.0 has not detected 2nd screen to help to win 8

I don't want to return this product, but if I can't solve this problem I don't have many choices.

I have Windows 8 Preview of consumer and Dynadock U3.0

The mouse and keyboard work fine. The second screen was working fine for a few days, but suddenly stopped working after having to reboot my system.

I have install the driver of Windows 8 Beta. I tried to uninstall and reinstall it, but this does not resolve the issue. My computer does not recognize the USB cable is connected to the computer is the dynadock. The Dynadock screen icon does not appear automatically.

In view > resolution of the screen, my computer does not detect that a second screen is plugged.

If I plug the screen directly into my computer, it works fine.

When I try to install the driver while he is already installed, a message appears saying 'DisplayLink DisplayLink Graphics Software is already up-to-date.

I tried to restart and re - plug in the USB. Nothing has worked yet.

    > I have Windows 8 Preview of consumer and Dynadock U3.0

I think the problem is you are using Win 8
I imagine that there are some compatibility issues as Win 8 is not official on the market

You have the same problem with Win 7?

I wish I had pictures with exactly what I need to do.
    Thank you in advance.

    Hello

If I understand you right touchpad is not detected and do not appear in Device Manager, right?

Problem is that you can not do much and touchpad to work force.
What you can try is to test the feature with the factory settings. With other words, you can set the BIOS to default settings and reinstall the original recovery image. After that this laptop will have the same parameters as for the first day after the first start.

If you do this, and the result is the same, that it is possible that the touchpad is defective or there is a problem with the touchpad to the motherboard connection. This should be controlled by the service of Toshiba.

You use an external mouse at this time?
