multiple static

I put in a 515 PIX to an ISP, I work for. We have three different subnet for our dial account. I need to match all the same inside the subnet/IPaddress. How this is done. first of all, I did this command:

public static 206.x.74.0 206.x.211.0 (indoor, outdoor)

After that if I need to map a different subnet to 206.x.74.0 and then he says that he on towers, that i can see. but I don't know what to do next. suggestions anyone? Thanks for any help

Mike

You are welcome! Given that you have these:

access-list 101 permit 206.x.74.0 206.x.211.0 255.255.255.0 ip 255.255.255.0

(Inside) NAT 0-list of access 101

You don't even have the following line:

public static 206.x.74.0 (Interior, exterior) 206.x.74.0 netmask 255.255.255.0 0 0

As nat (inside) 0 ACL will come before the static method and with nat (0) acl, you run the pix is not to use the nat engine at all. So, in short, your config seems good.

One thing I suggest is 'clear xlate' on the pix and see if cela ressolves the question. If this isn't the case, then my suggesrion must be run syslog at the pix. This will give all the details of what happens:

opening of session

debug logging in buffered memory

then run "See logging" which will give you the details of what continues?

If the pix is pretty busy then record information on buffer may not be useful (as buffer has limits to how much it can store), in this case, you can use the system log to collect logging information. Here is the link on how to do it:

http://www.Cisco.com/en/us/products/HW/vpndevc/ps2030/products_tech_note09186a0080094030.shtml

I hope this helps! Thank you

  • Name resolution fails when you are using multiple static IP addresses

    When multiple static IP addresses are set on my single Ethernet adapter, name resolution fails most of the time in both directions. It sometimes works, but this seems like only I can when he in thing to go back to the IP address of a specific subnet (changing the order of the IP addresses in the config?).

    Settings IPv4 of the Ethernet adapter (which I will refer to PC - 1, Win8) are generally the following:
    IP: 192.168.15.180/24
    IP: 192.168.1.254/24
    IP: 169.254.1.1/16
    Gateway: 192.168.15.1

    Check name resolution from another PC (which I will refer to PC - 2, Win7) on the 192.168.15.0 subnet via ping returns often to the other two survey periods. PC - 2 IPv4 settings are:
    IP: 192.168.15.182/24
    Gateway: 192.168.15.1

    PC - 2:
    c:\>ping PC-1
    Ping PC-1 [192.168.1.254] with 32 bytes of data:
    Request Timed Out

    The outcome here is, of course, the PC-1 sees a query of a computer name on 192.168.15.0 subnet and it returns the IP address for this subnet.

    In addition, and more to my main problem, PC - 1 does not return an IP address for our servers local (I'll call Server-1), returns the following error.
    c:\>Ping Server-1
    Ping request could not find host Server-1. Please check the name and try again.
    Ping the IP address directly works without problem.

    The two problems are solved when the two 169.254.0.0 192.168.1.0 and subnet subnet are removed from the PC-1, leaving only the statically assigned subnet 192.168.15.0. The issue can be reproduced on 2 PC (Win7) as well by assigning similar static IP.

    Does anyone have a suggestion or two to try?

  • X 2000 and multiple static IP addresses

    Hello

    I have a X 2000 router which is connected to a DSL cable.

    My DSL contract have 16 static IP addresses.

    In order to make this work I had to choose PPPoA with my user name and password.

    The router automatically got my IP address and I can go on the internet.

    Now, I need to map one of my other IP addresses to a server inside my local network.

    How can I do a NAT between (for example) port 80 on my another static IP address to one of my LAN IP?

    Thank you

    Max

    The X 2000 is a consumer. It supports only a single public IP address.

  • Several short pictures with multiple static IP addresses

    Hello

    I have the following problem:

    I created an Oracle Linux 64 - BIT image with short V3.1. I put the NAT network connection and only registered intellectual property in my Host file with my host name. Everything worked well, because I used a static IP address > as configured in the Host file and installed short later.

    But now, we would like to use this image for the training. So I would like to copy this image like 10 times and use static IP addresses for each image. BUT each image has a different static IP address.

    The problem to which I face today is that I can't connect to my server via the Terminal short or the Studio. The static IP address of one of my images is 172.31.10.20. I have configured my Host file like this:

    172.31.10.20 localhost.localdomain

    127.0.0.1 localhost.localdomain

    Short server starts but I can't connect to it and get the message:

    "Could not connect to the server short at localhost:7001.

    Does anyone know how I can fix this problem so that I don't have to re - install short for each image?

    Thank you!!

  • Anchor WLC in DMZ, FW does not support mulit-static Rts.

    Hi gang,.

    Not looking for someone to hold me hand, but you can use some advice.

    We work through our deployment of a WLC guest. Our WLC anchor is in our DMZ.

    Management and the AP Manager are on the same subnet. The dynamic interface "VLAN" is on a different subnet from the other interfaces, and its Portal is the DMZ Firewall interface.

    Problem, the firewall does not support multiple static routes.

    Always do the management and dynamic interfaces must be on different subnets?

    Someone at - it experience with this type of configuration?

    I understand the value of the time, if I appreciate honestly all help I get.

    Best regards

    Larry feet

    Just to clarify, we're talking wireless access visitor right? Wired not invited?

    Wired allows you to create a custom in a vlan port specific necessary (but not when you configure this on the controller of anchorage)

    In any case... just make sure that the WLAN you want to dock is configured the same as on the controller of the DMZ. Make sure you anchor this controller to the DMZ and make sure you anchor the wlan dmz to himself.

  • Protect nest wants several ports per device IP address

    Hi all

    Rather a strange this...

    I have 4 x nest protect smoke alarms or fire.  All seem to work properly and talk to each other.  I THINK (but I'm not sure) that they connect to nest/Google Internet because the software was getting updated.  So I do know that I have a problem to solve...

    I have configured each of them to have a static IP, and I put the port forwarding for each IP address to have Public and private TCP and UDP ports 80 for device 1, 443 for camera 2, 9543 for unit 3 and 11095 for unit 4.  These port numbers were given to me by the support of nest.

    BUT - when I asked for confirmation that these four setting was correct, I received this statement:

    I understand that you have assigned port 80 of your first protection, 443 to your second Protect and 9543 for your third Protect (or a variant of it).

    Please forgive me for not giving you a complete example of what you need to do before that. As I said in the paragraph above, all ports apply to all devices.

    So if your static IP address for your 1st Protect is 192.168.1.10 will be assigned TCP + UDP 80, TCP + UDP 443, 9543 TCP + UDP and TCP + UDP 11095 to it.

    You must then do exactly the same for the following 3 nest protects you have. Thank you this is a bit tedious, but I assure you there is no additional configuration required for this.

    How is it possible to assign 4 ports on a static address of P?  When I asked this with the assistance of the nest, the response was "I'm really sorry to say this, but it was already not my support framework to help you as I have with the router I was using personal knowledge of port forwarding and hoped that it would be possible for you to apply my instructions using the provided Apple of instructions that I shared with you"

    Ideas anyone?  Or should I just leave it alone because it wouldn't even be a problem to solve?

    So if your static IP address for your 1st Protect is 192.168.1.10 will be assigned TCP + UDP 80, TCP + UDP 443, 9543 TCP + UDP and TCP + UDP 11095 to it.

    You must then do exactly the same for the following 3 nest protects you have. Thank you this is a bit tedious, but I assure you there is no additional configuration required for this.

    How is it possible to assign 4 ports on a static address of P?

    To assign multiple ports to a single static IP address, just enter each required port followed by a comma, for example:

    Public or TCP ports: 80, 443, 9543, 11095

    Public or UDP ports: 80, 443, 9543, 11095

    However, you cannot assign the same ports for multiple static IP addresses.

  • Z560 headset static?

    OK, so this laptop is about a week and a half and I have some problems with it. But this one is me the angriest.

    Whenever I have the laptop connected to an electrical outlet, there is a static/buzzing/beeping through my headphones noise if I hooked them up by the headphone. It's not strong, but it's extremely frustrating during slow songs, the quieter parts of the songs, or if I'm watching a movie that has a part without dialogue. The best part is that when I unplug the laptop, the static method completely goes away. I did research immensely, but the only solution I've seen say that there is something wrong with the laptop itself (so I have to replace) and others say that I should take off at the third pane on the AC adapter... I honestly don't know what to do and it's really frustrating, so if someone could help, I would appreciate it a lot. Thank you.

    I already did those things... nothing resolved. This laptop has multiple problems, I probably just he sends for a completely new.

  • data binding single graphic multiple graphic xpf in curves

    I am to evaluate MS2013 in VS2012.  I have a long history with MS and Visual C++.  My goal is to trace frequency vs. voltage data from two channels of dac.  I collect data at a particular frequency for both channels, process the data and then plot two points xy resulting.  As indicated in the messages earlier I found examples of bind a data set unique xy via an array of points connected with. Source of data but not a way to bind to multiple locations.  I tried without success to find a ChartCollection who would treat a double clue and two values double y.

    A stated differently, I would link two chart XY plots in one NOR: Graph of unique to a data source wpf I can fill over time and I am the Microsoft graph chart throughout the period.

    My apologies if I missed an element of documentation that addresses this requirement.

    Unfortunately, we do not have predefined data types that will draw more than one value of Y against a single value X. Using a ObservableCollection<Point[]> is a valid approach.

    If you draw (X-values are always growing), you can use a table of ChartCollection instead and imitate a picture to multiple values by using an extension method:

    public static class ChartExtensions {

    public static void Append( this ChartCollection[] charts, double x, params double[] ys ) {
                for( int i = 0; i < ys.Length; ++i ) {
                    double y = ys[i];
                    var chart = charts[i];
                    chart.Append( x, y );
                }
            }

    }

  • Summary of functions (two entries) for classes of brother with a dynamic distribution of entry: the static entry retains the type of the parent class.

    Suppose that in a hypothetical example, I have a superclass (number) with two children (real and complex) classes.

    I would define a function of sum for these classes, using dynamic distribution.

    Real or complex would have its own method of the sum (VI) which would be subject to various operations, such as the real and complex numbers are different.

    As I understand it, the normal way to proceed in OOP is for each of these methods to have an entry of dynamic distribution and a static entry of its own type.

    Problem: Labview doesn't let me do this!

    I first define an input method dynamic-shipping dummy for the numberof the parent class, but only the first entry can be dynamic-Envoy while the other is statically typed as number.

    Then, when I create override methods in my two children classes real and complex, the second entry (static) remains under the number (the type of the parent class). This is not fair, because then I can't access the private data of the child class of type real or complex that will be connected to the second input (static).

    What is the solution to this problem (usually)?

    I think that, in LVOOP, you use only a dynamic terminal or a static terminal to the terminal object.

    You can have several other terminals, but all the dynamics VI (methods with the same name) must have the same API (terminals).

    If you have to understand your preferred mode to pass, use multiple terminals, not used by each method, or use a cluster that contains all the numbers to pass (real or complex, both of which are not used in each method) or you can try a Variant, as shown.

  • Open/run multiple windows of the same VI

    Hello!

    In my current project, I would like to create a user open multiple windows of the same VI.  I made a re-entry VI:

    This is, actually, a very simple VI which has just a digital control, a loop and a stop button.  Then I have a VI that calls the VI re-entrant.  I would like it so that whenever the user presses the button "Call home VI", a new window of this VI is created and run.

    The first time the button is pressed, the reentrant VI opens and works very well. The title of the VI in the title bar is "Re - Entrant.vi:1 (clone)" (as expected).  When I try to launch another instance I get this error:

    I'm in LabVIEW 2009.

    Thanks for your time.

    I think you can do this with a static reference of VI, because it always points to the same instance of the VI (returning).

    You must open a new instance using Reference of VI open with option 0 x 08 (prepare environment run).

    Hope this helps,

    Hi all

    I have a problem with my printer HP Deskjet 3070 printer all-in-one.

    I have 2 accespoints with the same SSID for better coverage of the pit of the wireless home network.

    For some reason any my HP printer keeps losing wireless connection when the 2 accespoints are rising.

    I use a different frequency for the 2 accespoints channel and it works fine with all other wireless devices.

    I did that a DHCP are used, r, but in fact it doesn't matter because the printer uses a static IP (192.168.0.3)

    When the two AP is the printer loses wirelesss connectivity. (The blue led will blink)

    If I take one of the accespoints offline, the printer becomes available.

    Is this a problem on my end or a problem of software/firmware printer?

    I have verizon fios business with 5 static IP addresses and am set up for ethernet wan. I can use EA6500 as the router instead of use the own router to Verizon, but I can't understand how to assign every 5 static IP on the internet interface addresses. I have already affected the first IP address in the Web interface, but don't see a way to add multiple IP addresses internet interface or NAT section where I can create static NAT.

    Is it still possible with EA6500? If so, how?

    I don't think it's possible, given that the router support 1 address static IP at a time.

  • Assign the server a static IP (static local, internet)

    I use the linksys router in my office. WRT54GS V4

    I have T1 line and my ISP is an IP address static 5.

    The DHCP option is enabled in my router. My server is connected to the router.

    If I set up my server with the static IP my ISP provided, my server will not connect to the internet.

    It seems to me that the only way to assign the static IP address to my server's getting a switch/hub

    and connect my router and server to the switch/hub.

    Or disable DHCP and configure networksetting for each n my Office PC. In this case,.

    I need to assign some with local and other IP with static IP address. Can it work?

    If you have any suggestions, let me know.

    Thank you.

    The WRT54GS is a consumer router. It does not support multiple public IP addresses.

    The only way this will work is the way in which you have already found: connect a switch to the conduct of the internet and then connect the server and the internet port of the WRT to the switch. Of course, make sure you configure the firewall on the server very well as it is fully exposed to the internet.

    Otherwise, you will need to get a router which supports multiple public IP, for example the Cisco Small Business series addresses or better.

  • From single to multiple IP addresses external IP traffic internal

    We are transitioning to a Symantec SMS to a Cisco ASA 5505, and I'm running into a lot of trouble to replicate our configuration for inbound traffic. We currently have a Setup something like this:

    (Of course I pick up a bunch of arbitrary numbers here.)

    1.2.3.4 port one--> 10.1.0.1 port one

    1.2.3.4 port b--> 10.1.0.5 port b

    1.2.3.4 port x--> 10.1.0.20 port p

    1.2.3.4 port is--> 10.1.0.21 p port

    1.2.3.4 port z--> 10.1.0.22 p port

    1.2.3.4 is the unique external IP address we use for traffic that passes through, and 10.1.0.x internal host. x, y and z are ports chosen arbitrarily in a sequence.

    I'm doing it via the ASDM. The ASA is running 9.1 2 software and I use ASDM 7.1 (3). I'm trying to accomplish this by using Configuration > firewall > public servers.

    What I do is the following:

    1. In Configuration > firewall > objects > network objects/groups, create objects for the external IP address and all internal hosts.
    2. In Configuration > firewall > objects > objects/Service groups, create objects TCP ports x y z, and a TCP object for p port (which is not in the default set). Protocols on ports a and b are in the game by default, so they do not need to be defined.
    3. In Configuration > firewall > public servers, add a series of entries of public server with the external host as public IP, address the external interface as the public Interface, the internal as the private Interface interface, the host in question as IP address private, and in the case the two first entries, the protocol chosen as the private service sector. In the case of the last of three entries, I also selects "public address specify if it is different from the private Service. This will allow the static PAT. "I then selects the associated service from port p as the private Service and the service associated with the ports x, y or z (respectively) in the public service.

    .. .or at least, that's what I'm trying to do. I have encountered the following problems:

    1. If I do not use 'Specify the public address if different of the private service', the first mapping I do works very well and pass the traffic correctly. If I do, it does not. (I'm testing it trying to connect from the outside and I get a connection in the case of the former, but not in the latter scenario.) I generally choose tcp/aol as my test "public service" and are trying to connect to the external IP address on port 5190, which is the port for tcp/aol.)
    2. At the time wherever I try to do a second mapping, the system rejects saying «server address configuration comes into conflict with a rule of existing translation»
    3. Even if it worked, when I select "Public address specify if it is different from the private service", it only shows me the list of integrated service objects, not everything I've created. This isn't really the end of the world - I could divert just a series of services that we do not - but it would be nice if I could get actually ports my users are already using so that I could make a transparent exchange rather than giving them all the new connection information.

    Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. I guess I'm missing something pretty obvious, but I'm not that knowledgeable about the Cisco ASA family at this point, I can probably use a few pointers get this working.

    Thank you!

    Hello

    There's something really weird happens with the end of your post. The second section of numbered points has its text completely messed. The lines of text are on top of eachother.

    I don't personally use the ASDM at all to configure ACL and NAT configurations.

    I could help with the configuration of CLI format however.

    Seems that you are trying to configure static PAT (Port Forwarding) for several internal hosts using the public IP address unique who will be on the external interface of the ASA.

    In general, you can use this format for all NAT configurations

    network of the object

    host

    NAT tcp service interface static (inside, outside)

    Naturally, the names of the interface may be different and could be "udp" instead of "tcp". Also since you can configure a large number of these I suggest you come up with a clear policy naming for your 'network of the object' so that they are easy to read and to clarify the purpose.

    Each 'object' that is created can be used on your external interface ACL to allow traffic. However if you want to configure a large number of these configurations PAT static and there are several ports for host even then it might be easier to make different 'object' to be used in the ACL list or it can be annoying.

    Could resemble a basic ACL corresponding to the "nat" above configuration rule

    access list permit tcp any eq object

    Once again the ACL above may look different in your use. You can limit the traffic of certain source addresses that would mean multiple ACL lines.

    Hope this helps
