  Might be interesting to try to open Movie Maker and go to... Tools /.
  Options / compatibility... tab and uncheck all filters.

  If you still have questions... do a Safe Mode system restore

  I recently encountered problems with my ac adapter when I plug, there is no green light on laptop (its loading sign) and I need to unplug plug several times up until the green light appears. In addition, laptop is overheating and won t work if adapter isn't plugged in, if I unplug the device, it turns off.

  This happens even if the battery is charged and connected?
  This means that the battery is dead. This would also explain the question why battery does not charge.

  I think that the battery needs to be checked at the beginning.

  Regarding overheating:
  I guess that the laptop has not been cleaned in the past.
  This could be the reason why don t cooling fans work as it should. Dust inside the cooling module prevents the fans run at high performance. I think that's the reason why there is a problem with air circulation.
  Then try to clean the fans with a jet of compressed air. This allows to remove dust.

  You mean that you are not able to access the BIOS?
  Have you tried to use the FN + F5 key combination to switch to view different devices? Select this check box. Maybe the output display has been switched to external monitor?  :|

  If nothing will not help to remove the battery and disconnect the portable AC.
  Wait for about 1 hour then reconnect both sides and try to turn on the laptop.

• Equium M50: State of battery power remains on 12% and will not load

  I bought my M50 about 6 weeks knowing that I had a few years of work in Goa in India. My problem is since I got the bloody thing works with the charger connected. The battery shows that 12% full and go any higher.

  I put a meter on the charger and it seems fine. A local computer repair shop suggested that maybe it's an internal fuse that blew, but he would need to open the laptop to change. This would invalidate my warranty.

  The closest Toshiba repair center is in Mumbai, which is almost 600miles away.

  If it of not possible to charge the battery, so either there is something wrong with the electronic power supply on the motherboard or the battery has a malfunction. I guess that the battery could be defective.

  However, according to your assignment, the laptop is about 6 weeks old and the guarantee must cover all replacement. I n t recommend trying to solve the problem yourself, because of the warranty. Moreover, I don't think you have enough experience and the tools to locate the fault.
  Unfortunately, I put t see any other possibility as to contact Toshiba service partner in your country. I'm sure guys will help you.

  This isn't a matter of 32-bit/64-bit.  32-bit Windows 7 programs run without any problem on both 64-bit Windows 7, although the reverse is not true.  The website of Sony presents the program compatible with Windows 7, and they offer no 32-bit versions and 64-bit separate (as is true with many, if not most of the software).  I would contact their support download and installation issues.

Noticed that the creative application cloud still showed as being installed lightroom (5.7 has disappeared the first uninstall). Choose uninstall again and this time she went from the installation of the application to be an option to install section.

  Could someone please advise how to solve this problem I would like to be able to access my files and the changes that I made.
