My computer does not recognize my Wireless Mobile Mouse 3500 more

I just bought this mouse about 1 month ago. It worked perfectly today until the connection has been lost suddenly while I was installing some drivers and programs... I tried out the USB and then place it into other usb ports, but that has not worked. I also tried to stop my computer and turn it back on then tried usb thereafter, but that did not work either. I don't think his damaged in anyway but maybe it has something to do with the connection bluetooth if it I really don't know...   Any help would be appreciated, thanks

PS: when you choose a category for this question I have not found one for microsoft products...

Hi, thank you for your answer, but I refreshed windows 8.1 until I received your answer and that solved the problem. Thank you once again.

  • 5520 e - ONE - IN - ALL printer: my computer does not recognize my wireless printer

I've done all the troubleshooting that was recommended.  The printer is connected to the network and my computer is also connected but when I try to add the IP address of the computer to connect to the computer, it does not recognize the IP address.

Direct wireless is for printing by a device to connect to the printer instead of a network. I would like to disable the function.

That being said, here's what to do next:

    1. Turn the printer off.
    2. While the printer is turned off, disconnect the power cable from the back of the router for a minute.
    3. When the lights come back on the router, turn on the printer.

    Now:

    • If the IP address of the printer starts with 169.254, the printer is not getting an IP address from the router. Contact who provided you with the router to determine why it is not assigning IP addresses.
    • If the IP address of the printer starts with 172, the printer is connected to a network of comments. Contact those that you provided with the router for assistance with deactivation of the feedback network.
    • If the IP address of the printer starts with 192.168, the printer is properly connected to a network.
    • If the iP of the printer address begins with any number of other, the network is maintained. Contact one that keeps your support network.

    Hello

Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)

One of the motors controlling the unit notified the operating system that the device has failed in some way. For more information on how to diagnose the problem, see the hardware documentation.

On the tab General properties of the device, click Troubleshoot to start the Troubleshooting Wizard.

  • My computer does not recognize a wireless mouse

Suddenly, my wireless mouse doesn't work.  It's a HP that came with the computer.  The mouse and the keyboard, both connect to the same USB.  I tried a different mouse and that no longer works.  I tried to use two mice on another computer and they work fine.  I tried to unplug and plug in, by restarting the computer.  I don't think that the usb driver can be the keyboard works fine.

I use a HP PC with Windows 7 (would like to upgrade to Windows 10 but when I did I lost access to all my emails and photo documents!).

    Thank you for any ideas

Upgrade to Windows 10 will lose any files, programs, settings, or images.  Just make sure you choose 'keep my stuff' when prompted.

But in regard to your current problem, you can probably fix it easily by going to the website of the company that made the mouse and re - download their most recent software available for it.

  • Equium P200 does not recognize the wireless network with Win XP card

    Dear team

I recently installed windows XP on my Equium P200 (he had originally vista).
Now, I have a problem with the Atheros wireless card. The computer does not recognize the wireless card is installed. I tried uninstalling the drivers and reinstalling, but nothing works. In the hardware Manager, I get an error code 10 when you try to install the drivers. Can someone please help.

    Thank you

Are you sure that you have an Atheros WLan card installed on this laptop computer at 100%?
I recommend you to check the bottom of the unit. There are labels with information about the wireless network card! I think that there is a number. Then google for this number and you should get information on the wireless network card.

Eventually he s one card Intel. | In this case, you should try to install the driver from Intel.

  • Satellite L655 sometimes does not recognize the wireless card

I have a L655. Most of the time it works perfectly fine. Sometimes when I turn on my computer, it does not recognize my wireless card. He considers that it is not at all.

The icon in the status bar says that there is no cable ethernet plugged in and nothing on the wireless.
Usually this icon is not present, and one for the wireless is (whether it is connected or not and if there are connections available or not). In the device manager there is nothing for the wireless card.

Under network card it has only ethernet. Its as if it does not exist.
Basically the way to solve this problem is by restarting simply my computer until he figures it.
Sometimes, it can take 5 or more times.

    Any help please?

    Hello

What satellite L655-xxx you have exactly?
As far as I know there are different models with different wireless network cards.

Your BIOS is up to date? Please check this box.

So now to a few proposals of solution:
First of all that I recommend to check if the update of the Wlan driver would improve the Wlan functionality.
In addition, you must deactivate the energy saving feature for Wlan in Device Manager and Windows 7 power options as well.

Download updates but let me choose whether to install them - if you select this option, Windows will download the updates on your computer, but not install them automatically. If you want to install updates, then you must install them manually. You should only select this option if you have a reason to not install updates automatically. Only advanced users should use this option.

Check for updates but let me choose whether to download and install them - if you select this option, you'll be alerted when there are new updates available for download and install. You can then choose to download and install the updates that you want. This option should really be reserved for people who know exactly which updates they need, or those who have little access to the Internet.

In Device Manager, it is there, but says "initialization error".

    What should do?
    Thanks for the replies

You have partitions software installed on the laptop you?
I guess that the HARD disk does not appear in windows Explorer, but common partition as the partition Wizard tool might be able to recognize the HARD drive.
You can try to format the HARD disk and to create the new NTFS partition.

    Another solution:
Usually, you can initialize the disk by DiskManagement.

In disk management, right-click the disk you want to initialize and then click on initialize disk.
In the dialog box initialize the disk, select the disk to initialize.
You can choose to use the master boot record (MBR) or the style of partition GUID partition table (GPT).

Once a disk is initialized, you can create partitions on it.
After you create a partition, you can format the partition to create a filesystem (NTFS).
