  It's a delicate issue... like some patches cannot stipulate pitchbend...

  But to quickly test your pitchbend wheel actually works properly...

  We tested the restoration of the smartcopy on one of our virtual machine, this virtual machine has a single 60 GB vmdk disk, the restoration of this virtual machine took about 45 minutes to complete, is 45 minutes of time consumption normal duration for the restoration of a single 60 GB vm? I thought that it would take 5-10 minutes to recover.

  Part 2

  In a scenario where I need an immediate recovery of entire virtual machine (as oppose to wait 45 minutes for the restore to finish) I have everything just bring the snapshot online and make it writable and let users access this virtual machine while troubleshoot us the original virtual machine, obviously that would take lass than 5 minutes to bring the snapshot online , but what are the implications of this method.

  I think you will find VSM 3.5 faster than the ASM/VE.

  Re: snapshot.  As long as you realize how it works, in the short term, it is fine.  Another trick I use is typically trying to recover a file, not the whole VMDK.   Bring the snapshot online, add this VMDK to a different VM.  One that you can stop eventually.  By adding the VMDK from the snapshot, you can see the files, then simply restore the files on the network.  Then stop the virtual machine, you can remove the VMDK and the instant back offlne.  ESX allows you to add a direct VMDK, but not delete one.  It is a very fast operation compared with a copy of 60 GB.

  You should always turn off Time Machine when you're looking for old backup files.

  TM will delete the dropbox because he is no longer on the Mac. Especially if you upgraded the operating system between when you made the backup, and now that you are trying to recover the files.

  Here are the prerequisites for the upgrade to El Capitan. OS X El Capitan - technical specifications

  El Capitan performs better at least 8 GB of RAM.

  Before the upgrade to make sure you have an up-to-date backup.

  I have a 13 inch, MacBook Pro early 2011 and the upgrade of the Mavericks at El Capitan with no problems. I got a few apps that need the update as Carbon Copy Cloner and HMA Pro VPN.

  In my opinion, I recommend upgrading to El Capitan, before moving on to an SSD.

  You don't have to worry about Apple in charge and the SSD because not only your computer from taking in charge, but it will be listed as obsolete quickly. Vintage and obsolete products - Apple Support

I am running windows 7 on a samsung r440. I want to be able to do one or more of these logical partitions rather that prima / ry because of a desire to dual boot ubuntu.   You cannot use D: or one of the other 2 because they are also important to your installation of Windows 7 and
  Samsung recovery options designed for this system.

  You can split C: in another partition and install Ubuntu on that if the drive is large enough to allow
  the split and for both systems in order to have an operating space.

  It would be best to add another physical hard disk to install Ubuntu on.

  Hi - I've finally managed to implement a jQuery solution!

  The CSS solution was not suitable for me because the main client browser is IE and there are very few things you can do to change rather ugly (IMHO) scrollbars IE to change the color.

  I used NiceScroll: jQuery NiceScroll plugin - scroll for desktop, mobile and touch devices
  It's really easy to implement-, I never added a jQuery plugin for EA before and tried with a few others, but it's super simple!

  This also works in IE, Chrome, Safari AND EVEN FIREFOX!

  I write here incase everyone present and future needs Ref

  Instructions for v. 2014.1.1, and later - I don't know how to implement for earlier versions.

  1. Download the plugin jquery.nicescroll.min.js and import it into the actions panel in your EA file
  2. DocumentCompositionReady on the main stage in your document has this line:
  3. SYM.$('put-name-of-text-box').niceScroll ();
  4. Add the name of your text box in the first set of parentheses, or if it is integrated into a symbol, you need to add the path to it.
  5. sym.getSymbol('mySymbol'). $('_put-name-of-text-box').niceScroll ();
  6. You add the style in the 2nd set of square brackets.
  7. The web page NiceScroll (link above) has all the css style options listed.

• Menu horizontal widget - advice please

  
  

  I used a widget to create a horizontal menu that runs along the top of the banner. My banner is set to 100% ' width so I wish my menu was the same, but when I put my menu 100% width it is not spread over the entire length of the page.

  The left hand side reaches the edge of the browser window, but the right side ends more than a short thumb!

  I feel like I've tried everything I can think of to send to 100% width but no luck so far (I'm fairly new to Muse so I can miss the thing)

  Any help/advice would be very very much appreciated!

  This is the default behavior for full browser width, you can use the control panel and create menu with accordion.
