My system is a PC 64 bit (Windows 10) why so my Creative Cloud 32-bit?
Is there a simple way to upgrade to 64-bit?

the desktop application is 32-bit.
major programs (ps, premierie pro, busy etc.) will install 64-bit.

first of all, rename folder OOBE OOBE.old.
to find the OOBE:
Win 64 bit OS: Program Files x86\Common Files\Adobe\OOBE
Win 32 bit OS: Program Files \Common Files\Adobe\OOBE
Mac os: HD > library > application support of > adobe > caps
Mac os: USER > library > application support of > adobe > OOB
If it fails or isn't the exact error you see, uninstall, clean (http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html) and reinstall.
If you use an installation dvd:
Copy the contents of the drive in a desktop folder and install from this directory.
If you are using a mac:
1. try to create a new user account in Mac with administrator privileges.
2. connect to the new user, navigate to Mac HD > Application > utilities > Adobe Installer folder, locate products such as Adobe Reader, Adobe Flash, Adobe Air and uninstall the
3. navigate to the user library > Application Support > Adobe and Adobe put in the trash.
4. navigate to Mac HD > library > Application Support > Adobe and Adobe put in the trash.
5 restart the installation.
If everything is applicable above fails, check your Setup logs:

After Windows 10 update shows only creative cloud "you have been signed."
I did the 10 Windows Update a couple of days. Creative cloud did not be connected.
I entered my e-mail address and password, he said "You have been signed."

I think buying the creative Application of Cloud, but I have Windows Vista Home Premium as my operating system. These 2 will work together. I don't want to start a monthly subscription for something I can't use.

I looked at all of the threads for error 204 but they are both for mac or don't work at all
It reads: there seems to be a problem of access to a critical file during the download.
I tried a lot of things from other threads as delete the OOBE and adobe, run the cleanup tool and disable the firewall
Please help I need to do a project and it's very frustrating

My creative cloud for photographers of the trial does not load on my desk. I have the CC icon but when I click on it my browser reports a "Lightroom download", but then nothing happens. I even tried to install modem with network safe and got a new window of creative cloud with a top that just kept spinning. Fiewall, protection against viruses and ad blocker are turned off. How can I get this installed?

I suggest you follow these steps: -.
(1) uninstall Adobe Creative cloud application. Creative cloud help | Uninstall the creative desktop application Cloud
(2) go to public services, delete the folders of cloud (if not removed during the installation of the United Nations) Adobe Application Manager and Adobe Creative.
3) go to the library to the user, delete the folder AAMUpdater and OOBE. (~/library/application support/adobe) in mac (C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe) in victory
4) go to the library system, remove the folders AAMUpdater, AAMupdaterInventory, and OOBE. (/ Library/application support/adobe) in mac (C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Adobe) in windows
(5) reinstall Adobe Creative cloud application. DOWNLOAD Adobe Creative Cloud apps | CC free trial Adobe

Problem with Creative Cloud Desktop app for Windows 8.1 update
Hi, I have updated my desktop and laptop to Windows 8.1 over the last day and have noticed a problem with the Cloud Desktop creative application.
Some menu items when I right click on either the CC system tray icon, or click the menu settings in the interface of the application itself does not show. I've included a screenshot of the problem.
I tried to uninstall and reinstall the desktop application, but it did not work. Any ideas?

My Creative Cloud Apps window does not give me an option to install the previous versions
Don't know why but my Creative Cloud Apps window gives me an option to install the previous versions. Any ideas? I just recently installed creative cloud and I'm connected with my Adobe ID on Windows 7 Professional.
No where help or support information said that previous versions are only available if you are currently subscribed to the current version.

I ran into an issue where one of our users cannot see its applications in the suite adobe, rather than creative cloud window is empty.
I tried the following fix, but it still does not work:

Also tried to uninstall creative cloud and reinstalling the software but it just brings me right to return to the empty window:

If the cleaning of creative cloud tool did not help, try the steps mentioned below.
Remove the OOBE and AAMUpdater folders.
Mac OS:
- Exit creative Cloud Desktop
- Access \User\
\Library\Application Support\Adobe *
And/Library/Application Support / Adobe *.
To access the hidden user library folder, see library user access hidden files. Mac OS 10.7 and later.
- Find and delete the files AAMUpdater and OOBE
- / Library/Application Support/Adobe (rename Adobe Application Manager and Adobe of joint office)
- Go > utilities > (rename Adobe Application Manager and creative cloud)
- Download creative-cloud

Windows:
- Exit creative Cloud Desktop

I got creative cloud and all products works fine before I reinstalled windows.
I reinstalled windows 7 and reinstalled my creative Cloud applications, but now I can import is no longer any of my AVI files, who worked all before. As the title saysI managed to fix it, the original program that has saved the file AVI Fraps, which uses its own codec. Relocation of reinstalled Fraps codec.
